I bought this mattress topper as my normal mattress is a little bit saggy on one side. I’ve been using it for a week and it’s very good. I use the memory foam side up and appears to have solved the problem. A excellent discount of 20 was appreciated.

This is like lying on a marshmallow I’ve suffered with a bad back from a child and after having this a couple of months now I don’t wake up crippled it keeps it shape moulds too you and just feels so comfortable to sleep on , don’t think I’m matter how you lie I’m a side sleeper and it’s great but equally as good when I’m on my back watching tv in bed too , highly recommend this toppe
Comfortable mattress
Only a week since the mattress was delivered but so far so good.Using the softer side seems comfortable for me.Perfect fit for my king size bed.Bought the 10 cm good thickness,no smell.

I bought it as I have a sore hip and leg. I already have a relatively new very expensive mattress and base but I still have a lot of pain in the night and stiffness on waking.
I’ve had this topper for under a week, and the pain, soreness in the night is gone and I’m lot less stiff on waking. It fits exactly on my king size bed, it doesn’t slip about when I move on it, it’s cooling to sleep on.

Topper was of excellent quality. Easy to unpack and took less than 25 hours to expand. Both sides were very comfy. Unfortunately had to return as did not resolve my issue (not the product fault!).
The request for redund was dealt with efficiently and promptly. I would highly recommend this product and the company which was very easy to deal with.

Thick and comfortable toppe
Bought this for my campervan. I already had a compact one but it’s too uncomfortable and although I now have to leave the bed out at least I can sleep now.
Remarkably Comfortable
Actually purchased for our camper van as previous mattress was not ideal, so considered putting this on top for extra comfort.
However this mattress felt so good we just use this & dispensed with our other mattress altogether.
Since our return from last holiday I have actually been using this on top of my own mattress ( only 6 months old ) and it’s been a total game changer in the comfort department.
Comfortable mattress
This is a comfortable mattress topper but not 4 inches high although that isn’t an issue except my bedspread now sweeps the floor on both sides of the bed. I was impressed with how cool I remained during mini heatwave as I didn’t wake up hot and sticky as I used to with my previous topper. It also appears beneficial to my hip and back problems they have been less painful when I get up. My partner prefers this topper to the previous one also.
Decent not amazing
There is very little memory foam and what there is doesn’t seem to be of a very dense grade which makes it quite flaccid and fast to rebound. Nonetheless the it’s reasonably comfortable but not what was looking for.

Topper is as thick as specified. Be advised that this is a firm topper. If you want to sink in deep – this product isn’t for you. It is however comfortable and supportive.
The chemical smell that is present with many toppers is much less subtle with this one which is good.
So comfortable
I brought this to go in our caravan, we have a fixed double bed at one end, there is a join in our mattress to help when putting the sheet on. It has been starting to get uncomfortable for me so I thought I would give this mattress topper ago. It was packed really well there was also I small tool to help the unwrapping which is very handy to keep. I wasn’t sure if it would make much difference but OMG! It’s fantastic so comfortable I don’t feel the join in the bottom mattress at all. I highly recommend, best night sleep ever.
So comfy
I’ve seen reviews where people whine about the smell of these mattresses when they’re new, but I couldn’t smell anything from it at all.
It came with a nice little cutter thing so it opens nicely. I’ve kept the cutter as it’s so useful- and sharp, but safe.
The instructions say to open it and then leave it for 48 hours but I just don’t have the spare space. It was on my bed immediately and when I went to bed a few hours later, it was very comfy indeed.
It took a couple of days before it became perfect, but my bed is now my favourite place to be in, in the whole world.

My sleep has improved by heaps and bounds. The topper has really helped my back pain and I’m taking less pain medication as a result. I honestly couldn’t go back to sleeping without it.
I was having an issue with the topper sliding off the mattress, so I emailed customer service and I was dealt with so quickly and thoughtfully by an agent called Zoey. She sent out a pack of 4 topper fasteners, and when I realised that one came broken, she sent out a replacement straight away.

So far, I am loving my mattress topper. I find it a perfect level of firmness, very comfortable lying on either my back, front or side and I’m so pleased that I made the decision to replace my old topper with this new one.
When I received it, I removed from packaging the same day and left it to air for 4 days to remove any odours and haven’t noticed any unpleasant odours since putting it on the bed.
I noticed other reviews mentioned theirs moving around on their beds, but I have extra deep fitted sheets and am not having any issues with the topper moving.
It’s now been on my bed nearly a month and, like I said earlier, I’m loving it!
I bought this for use on the thin, firm sprung mattress on the spare bed which is rather uncomfortable. I bought a similar, but more expensive memory foam topper last year for our own bed and it really did help, but decided to take a chance on the Newentor, based on the reviews, as it was half the price of my previous purchase. Tightly folded and packed in to it’s box, amazingly it did expand and flatten out very quickly upon opening. It is definitely 7cm, a bottom layer of a denser foam and a top layer of memory foam in a washable zip cover. Whilst having a slight foamy, chemical whiff, that did go after a few days of airing before use. Whilst it doesn’t have straps to hold it on to the mattress, the grippy nature of the bottom of the cover does seem to hold it in place quite well. Has it helped the comfort of the mattress? It has definitely added a bit of give and made the bed more usable, but don’t expect miracles. It was a firm mattress, and it is still quite firm with the mattress topper. If you want soft, then you probably just need to buy a new mattress. If you just want to take the harshness away from a slightly uncomfortable mattress at a reasonable cost, then this seems to do the job.
Having read lots of reviews about lots of different mattress toppers I was a bit unsure which to choose. However, this one is just perfect! It has turned our tired and hard old king mattress into the most comfortable night’s sleep – I can’t wait to get in, and don’t want to get out in the morning!
I’ve experienced no temperature issues, it had no odour (apparently memory foam can), and is comfortable and supportive for my arthritic joints. Super easy to install, and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this based on my own experience.
Really didn’t expect much difference but I was extremely surprised!
Bought as our mattress wasn’t the best & was starting to feel very uncomfortable as we could feel the springs & dipping.
Arrived compressed which worried me at first but on opening the topper literally began to spring into life & kept growing.
Really easy to put on & it fit our king size bed perfectly. It’s light to move once out of the packaging.
I haven’t found it slipping at all & it stays put.
The topper is just the right comfort level, not too firm but not too soft either.
No smell as some reviews mentioned. I left it to air for around 7 hours before making the bed.

I bought two of these toppers with this transaction and I had also bought 2 previously, and the quality has really gone downhill. These are just not as good as they used to be, uncomfortable, unsupportive, more pain inducing (sadly) and at a much higher price.
I can accept that everything has gone up price wise, but I can’t accept how let down and disappointed I am with this product(s).
To be fair, I gave the product a good amount of time before I fired off a review. i wanted it to work, I needed it to work (for my sleep and my body) but because of the many hours of sleep I have lost and the many hours of pain I have had to endure and the price I had to pay, I felt I had to write an honest review from my perspective.
My recommendation is to avoid this product.
Our sheets don't fit properly. Need to purchase stretched sheets.
The topper makes the bed very high. So my sheets do not fit properly. So have to sort this out. However the mattress is great, if a little high off the ground. Many thanks.
As an independent reviewer I should state I’m picky when it comes to anything sleep related, having been through both ‘pillow gate’ and ‘mattress gate’ prior to ordering this.
I loved my mattress, but for me it was just a fraction too firm for my tastes but I didn’t want to send back yet another mattress and risk getting worse, so ordered this topper.
It arrived quickly and vacuum packed, it upon opening it soon started regaining ‘life’ but I did leave it for 48 hours before using it.
And oh my, what a difference it made. The design is incredibly clever, have it one way and it’s softer but spin it and it’s firmer. I had it with the slightly softer end because I was looking for a little ‘sinking’ sensation rather than support as the mattress was already firm. From the moment I laid on this I was comfortable and instantly slept better. My only niggle was the anti slip technology didn’t seem to be the best, and I kept having to reposition the topper every few days, so corner elastic would have been good. That said it was super comfortable and it was a small niggle.
Unfortunately though I had to downsize recently to a single bed, and thought I was looking at a partial or complete loss for this topper. But to my surprise, when I looked at my Amazon orders I noticed that this topper was still eligible for return. To put this in perspective I got it in November 2023 and have just returned it in January 2024, with a little time left on the product to return.
The returns process was easy enough, and the company made no quibble about no longer needing the topper and issuing a refund once I’d returned it. Of course the only trouble was that it was a topper for a double bed and came vacuum sealed, so boxing it to send back was a pain. Fortunately I had a large box from a previous order still waiting to go into the recycling bin and once rolled as best I could and tied, it went in the box and off it went.
I highly recommend both the product and the company, especially as I would have kept the topper had I kept my double bed.

Of you planning occasionally to use it as spare mattress for your guests than choose the thicker one
Quite thick and covered well
This has stood the test of time, but I’ve just bought a quilt-type mattress topper which was 56 for another bed, and it feels much more luxurious and soft. There’s nothing wrong with this at all, it’s pretty thick and has covered mattress which really should have been replaced but for me, I prefer the quilt type one.
Not for me but...
The materials and quality of the mattress topper were fabulous. It arrived beautifully wrapped with excellent instructions for unpacking and preparing for use. Unfortunately, though I tried it for a couple of months the topper didn’t help my back problems, The company kept its promise and refund me quickly and in full without any issues. Their service was faultless. I would definitely consider their products again in the future.

I’ve only had this a week and I’m in love!!! I have fibromyalgia and my current mattress was just a normal one and was making my body so sore. I didn’t have the money to get a new mattress so I got this mattress foam topper and man I can feel the difference already! I have to spend more time in bed then I want to but now I don’t dread having to be in my bed! I also put it on my sofa bed so I could change it up and rest in the living room, it was a little big for the sofa bed frame but it was still doable and a million times more comfy!!!!
Delivery was fast and was emailed information about the topper from the company.
Cozy
Bought this to help with back/ rib pain. My existing mattress is in good condition, I just wanted this for a little extra comfort. It is a good quailty topper, nice and comfortable and supports me well (I am 5’2″ & 7& a half stone)
It is nice,soft and warm but I don’t get too hot.
Only downside is that it doesn’t have corner straps to hold it in place, but I have a deep fitted sheet and so far it has stayed in place.
Not sure how mobile it would be for someone larger but would definitely recommend for someone my size.

I rarely write reviews (unless the product is really bad and I want to let other people know so they can avoid buying it – it is not the case here, at all!). Really great topper, every morning I wake up with less and less back pain and hopefully in a matter of weeks I’ll wake up pain free. I’ve only got it for a few days so I am patiently waiting to see more improvements in my back. It doesn’t smell at all, and in my case, it doesn’t slip. It is very comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase.
Bought to cover a very hard mattress which was miserable to sleep on. This topper is lovely, it looks lovely and it feels lovely to sleep on and yes it has transformed the bed. There is no smell whatsoever, I’ve had one of these type of toppers before and it did smell and it’s not hot (and I’m very attuned to that being a woman of a certain age! However it’s not 7cm deep, it about 6cm and boy does it move about but then so do I in my sleep but it would be better if it has straps to keep it in place. The comfort factor is fantastic and having now slept on it for 5 nights I think it gets better each night. I feel refreshed each morning and my body is well supported in bed, so all in all I would buy this again and put up with the niggles. Thanks.

It is a good mattress topper but even though I gave it 3 days to expand, it stayed more or less the same than when I took it out from its wrapping. Fully expended, it comes just under 9 cms.
It is not a problem for me as I am not using as a mattress topper but to put under my son’s new hospital mattress (see pic), which is not as thick as his old one. My son was uncomfortable and not sleeping well but with the extra layer, he seems comfortable and sleeps thorough the night without complaint.
The reason I decided to use it under the mattress and not as a topper is because I read reviews saying that it gave them bad back or made their backache worse. My son is either on his bed, or in his wheelchair so I didn’t want to take this risk.
Personally, I found the quality of the mattress excellent. It is well made, quite firm though I expect it to reduce in thickness, due to the weight of my boy plus the weight of his mattress. As long as it doesn’t go lower than 6 or 7 cms, I’ll be happy.
The base of the topper is anti-slide. It is a good idea but a feature I don’t need as I encase every mattress or topper in anti bed bug mattress protectors.
I do recommend it. Especially I bought it at its full price (129.99) which quite dear for a topper and at the time of this review, only few days later, its price has reduced to 99.99. So, take advantage of this reduction.
By the way, there was no chemical or bad smells on opening the wrapping. Which is good.
Only 4 stars because it didn’t expand to the full 10 cms as described. Be aware of this fact, if this important to you. Maybe it was just mine but I measured it to make sure. On receiving it and after 3 days .
This will be a long review but worth the read. So, I’ve had 3 cervical spine surgeries (4 level acdf) 2 of them following an auto accident. I’ve also had a shoulder & hip replacement. I have an extremely expensive memory foam bed and have gone through dozens of pillows which I thought would be the answer to all my sleeping issues.
My daughter has a pretty incredible bed and the past few times I’ve stayed with her, I’ve had the best night sleep (the only good sleep) and she finally told me it was because she had purchased a mattress topper. She sent me photos (she had a gel/foam topper). I set out on a mission. I had no idea how many options there were to choose from. So many claims / conflicting reviews — I researched dozens and dozens and read dozens and dozens of reviews on each one — Then, I came to this specific topper!! I narrowed it down to 3 different toppers and ultimately — I purchased the Newentor Dual Layer Gel Topper
I chose Newentor topper because 1) it had more positive reviews than any other on the market 2) It came with a cover that would encompass the memory foam portion of the topper (and it’s so deep that it even covers my deep Memory mattress) 3) it was a combination of the 2 types of toppers available 4) I was afraid the 2 inches would be two thin and the 4 would be too thick and felt this combination would be the perfect compromise (and it was). 5) It was extremely affordable in comparison to all of the others available.
My first night and all subsequent night’s sleep have been pretty incredible. It is slightly/noticeably higher and you do kind of fluff into the bed but not nearly as much as some of the reviews indicated. One review had me laughing so hard , it made me cry — that I’d be literally fighting and at war with my mattress every night– not true!!!
I can say that I had the absolute worst bursitis pain imaginable following my hip replacement surgery. I really did not know that is what it was until about a year after my surgery, I went to my surgeon telling him how much pain I was in down the one side. After examining my hip and showing me xrays he indicated how perfect it looked and then did a few “touch tests which were immensely painful. I received the first of many shots right into the bursa and typically count the days till I can have the next one (about every 45 days — until I got this topper (the last shot I received was in September) — Before this topper, I could not sleep on that side — EVER!! I had to lift my leg with my hands to help me turn over in bed, had to lift my leg with my hands to cross them like a lady!! Now, it’s barely noticeable and I even told my husband the other day that not only has it helped my sleeping (back, neck, hip) but my pain level during the day is almost a “non issue” like it was prior to the topper — It’s pretty darn amazing!
My husband has terrible hip issues and arthritis and he’s the biggest Negative-Nellie there is about anything I try. He had always hated our bed but he’s really loved the first days of having the topper. He has said he does feel much better since having the topper (but he needs hip surgery so his issues are different than mine).
I for sure can say that the Newentor Topper solved the exact issues I needed it to solve without it being so significantly different than what I’d already had previously based on the reviews .. I hope that if I ever need another one, this exact one will still be available because I will never order any other kind. I plan to get one for every bed in my home as soon as I start to remodel and will buy them as gifts when I can. I’ve told everyone I can think of “my story” — including all my Doctors, Nurses, PT’s etc — — If there is a way for me to sell them for you, let me know! I’ll be your No 1 sales person for sure!!
