Greta buy!
Quality of the product is great, providing many opportunities to engage baby’s senses especially in the early stages of life. Baby engaged with it well, enjoying the sounds and visuals.
Perfect for newbo
This is fantastic. My baby girl loved to stare a the pictures when we first bought it. Now at 7 weeks she’s grabbing the pages to try and turn them and grabbing at the tails. Worth every penny.
My baby loves it!
Bought for my baby when she was 2 months old to help with tummy time. The mirror helped her during tummy time and she loves looking at her reflection! She is obsessed with the crinkly book and toys attached to the foldable mirror/printed board, would recommend!
My babies love it!
Good size and stands up well by itself which is good for tummy time. The bottom allows me to prop it up on the side of my snooze pod for my babies to look at whilst lying in there – particularly the mirror. They are filled with different materials to make them rustle or fill them out and make them padded. Good sensory toy.
Mirror book
Absolutely perfect for tummy time and sensory play. My baby loves looking and studying the picture then loves looking at himself in the mirror. Mirror is really good, has great reflection so he can make out his own features. Stands really well too.
One of our favourites
This is a perfect toy for my little one. I wish I found it sooner as it’s so compact too I take it with me on days out and it’s handy that it has a mirror and two teether attached so don’t need to worry about teether falling off the pram
I want to start by saying that the mirror is actually very reflective, you just have to peel off the protective plastic that goes right under the sewn on border. I mention it because it would be easy to mistakenly think the mirror is dull.
My 3 month-old loves this toy. He’s not bothered by the mirror yet, but he loves to grab the pages and make them crinkle. He’s also getting precise enough to grab the tails, which is lovely to see. It’s also great for keeping him engaged during tummy time.
It’s a well made item. It feels good to the touch and so far is standing up to our young one’s rough treatment. It stands up very well when you pop the base down.
I like the design, I think the visuals are perfect for little one. I personally wish that the pages didn’t flip orientation been each number, but my little one probably just sees shapes with just a touch of colour at this point and he doesn’t mind.
As with anything related to baby, it would be good to know if this were machine washable. The listing doesn’t seem to specify.
This crinkle book is selling for 11.99 at the time of this review. Which I think is pretty good for what you get.
Perfect for tummy time
My son loves staring at himself during tummy time and helps him stay on his tummy for longer.
The dangling toys are great for helping his eye tracking and practising his hand eye coordination by grasping them.
So far, he hasn’t been overly interested in the different attachments with letters and pictures on but it’s still a good product and does what I was looking fo
This book/toy is really nicely designed for young children and basic with lots of activities and interesting tactile things to engage them.
It folds flat, for compact storage, but also so you can use it like a regular book. But the piece between the covers of the book folds down to enable it to be a freestanding triangle, so baby can interact with this lying down, on your lap or in a buggy or chair or crawling on the floor fits tummy time.
One of the outside pages contains plastic mirror (it comes with a protective film on, which I haven’t removed for the review photos, so the reflectivity is better than I’d shown in my photo). Always fun for baby to be interested and amused by an image of him/herself.
The other side is a soft-play book with eight pages. They are soft fabric pages with padding in and song crinkly material to give baby a varied tactile experience. Each page has an animal on and most of the animals have an extra piece of detail, a tail or the elephant’s ear, etc., which are stitched on at one end but flap loose fit baby to fiddle with and engage with, each gives a slightly different tactile experience.
So lots of activity and interest in quite a compact toy/book while many babies will love and enjoy.
Great for the ca
My little one loves mirrors- so this is great for tummy time. I can also attach to the head rest in the car which has been a great distraction for baby.
