We love reading the very Hungry caterpillar book, my youngest knows it off by heart.
My sister is currently pregnant with her first child, so we have decided to make a baby hamper based around the very hungry caterpillar so this was the prefect gift to include.
All new borns need a comfort blanket, this one is so cute, unisex, decent size, so soft, so colourful and such high quality.

Adorable brightly colored blanke
This blanket is themed on the character The Very hungry Caterpillar. The blanket is super soft and it’s filled with details from the series that really make it sound out from others.
The blanket is a bright green colour but also I was hint of rainbow colors throughout the blanket and even has small detail stitched on like the rainbow patch on one corner.
The blanket is very soft and lovely for little ones to cuddle with during trips, through the day or even at night time.

I love this and can’t wait to give it to baby when they’re here. It’s an officially branded and designed product, with beautifully coloured tags and materials to match the colours of the story. The green side is super soft with the white side being a smoother material. The head is a good little extra to help the baby hold, grip or chew. It looks like it will wash easily too based on the label.

Good quality
The comforter is a great size for babies and toddlers and has lots of lovely attachments to hold it by that have different textures. The colours are nice and vivid and both sides look really nice. The quality of the comforter is great, it is really well made and feels strong enough to be played with in many different environments. The caterpillar perfectly matches the one from the Eric Carle book ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’. I am really happy with this toy!

This is a gorgeous first comfort ‘blanket’ for a newborn. Based on the book by Eric Carle, it features The Very Hungry Caterpillar and its colours tone with the book perfectly, bright and colourful. Texture wise it’s mainly soft velour but has a fringe of coloured ribbon again tying in to the colours of the caterpillar.
It’s official merchandise which should give you confidence in safety and longevity.
Very sweet, lovely details and desig
I love this… it’s such a beautiful design. It has the little extra ribbons on the edge, and then the back material is a rainbow pattern, it’s really lovely.
It’s extremely well made a d great quality and the colours are so vibrant. It would make a fantastic new baby gift for any gender.
It’s a little pricey but you are paying for the brand/character and I love it, I think it’s worth the slightly higher price tag.

Cute comforte
Super cute baby comforter. The comforter is designed on the classic hunger caterpillar book. It’s a nice bright shade of green and super soft of one side. The other side has a pretty rainbow print. It also has some little colourful tabs on the side which is engaging for baby.
Would have a lovely gift for any new mum. There is even a little bit on the back of the packaging where you can write a note as to who the gift is from.
Gorgeous and sof
Really lovely, nice and soft with bright colours. The hungry caterpillar has always been one of my favourites so this is really lovely to give to new baby. Made really well and good quality. Comes with the tags sewn into the side.
Beautiful quality
This is an official Eric Carl’s product so it’s great quality. The main square of the fabric is very soft indeed, quite a plush velvet with a cotton backing. Then there is the stuffed head area, which is attached securely. I especially like the areas for fiddling..the ribbons that are attached to the side. When some babies are tired and needing sleep a little area or fiddling with their fingers can be very soothing for them. The colours are spot on accurate to the book. I have just given the book as a gift and this will accompany it as an extra. Official products to accompany a book make the experience so much richer for a child. I like this.

I love the different colours that the very hungry caterpillar is composed off and it really works transferred over to a comfort blanket.
It ticks pretty much all the boxes I’d like a comforter too – to me, it would only be perfect if a little bit bigger but it still comes very recommended.

This is such a sweet little comforter. It is so soft, has a range of tabs and knots to play with and is in one of my most favourite characters — The Hungry Caterpillar!
