I had a few issues with my Dyson Absolute and when I replaced the parts, the Dyson people advised me to clean the filter so I just fully replaced my filter and the hoover is working really well now. Great value for money and just ideal.
Fits and looks like the Dyson original, mostly
For half the price of a Dyson original filter you get three ( tribute band versions ). They fit exactly as the Dyson one does. The V15 recognises them as clean filters, and away you go. The only visual difference is the size of the Tap / Faucet design printed on the washable filter. The only operational difference I have noticed is that you need to clean them more frequently than the Dyson original that comes with the vacuum, which is a simple matter of running them under warm water and leaving them to dry thoroughly. That’s the beauty of having this many spares, there’s no downtime, you can just swap them out and away you go.
They are not quite as good as Dyson’s offering, but they are good enough, especially when the Dyson store is frequently out of stock of the OEM ones.
The problem with the Dysons which use these filters is they require cleaning quite often and you have to wash them and let them dry which takes 24 hours.
It’s thus really useful to have a few of them which you can rotate so you can keep using the Dyson.
These appear to work just as well as the original, although one of the three I received made a high-pitched squealing noise which was unbearable. Didn’t bother requesting a replacement or refund as the other two were fine and was still good value even for two filters.
works well but Dyson thinks it needs to be changed in turbo
as above really, send to do the job but when using turbo the Dyson unit thinks the filter needs changing when it’s completely clean (literally brand new out the packet)
Does the job and good value
I’ve just tried out my first one and it works perfectly. It’s a little stiffer to screw in than the original filter, but not so much as to be a problem. No error messages on the vacuum. I bought these because it takes around 2 days to dry a filter after cleaning and I realised I’d need a spare, but the Dyson ones are ridiculously expensive. At this price, I can afford to buy one pack a year and rotate them every month. It’s a small thing, but I also liked the cleaning tool that came with them. Something Dyson might want to look at.
These are great for use in a Dyson cordless machine. Fit perfectly with great results.

They are an exact fit and they are actually quite difficult to tell apart from the original!

Brilliant Replacement Filters
Should of got these replacements a long time ago – they make a brilliant difference. Doesn’t matter how many times you clean the ones you have in the hoover a new one is the bets solutio
Fits my V11 and V15 detect no issues.
Works on both my Dyson V11 & V15, defiantly worth having spares so can just swap them out and not have to wait for the to dry after washing before you can hoover again, I even chuck them in the washing machine and they hold up fine. Will buy again when these ones wear out.
Perfect Fit for a Dyson V15 Filte
I tried to order a new filter for my V15 Animal Cordless Dyson hoover from the Dyson website but it was sold out. So, I found this cheaper version on Amazon which provided 3 filters with a cleaning tool for less money than it would have cost to purchase one filter directly from Dyson.
It fits perfectly and does the job. It’s early days and I’m not sure how the cheaper version will perform in the medium to longer term. However, I’m happy with my purchase so far, as I’ve got 3 to swap in and out when I need to replace them. So, it seems like a bargain.
Did what it says on the ti
It made my Dyson like it was when I first used it. My old filter really should have been replaced before. The suction and therefore its cleaning ability was improved by replacing with a new one.
These are easy to fit and compatible for Dyson.
Fixed my issue
Our Dyson had developed a fault where it would not suck properly and the motor would oscillate on/off. Turns out the (two year) old filter was too blocked and needed replacing. One of these fixed the problem, and I now have two spares for less than the price of one OEM version!
The difference a new filter makes
The difference in suction was amazing, I couldn’t believe the difference it made. It was slightly tighter than the original to put in (as in the turning part of it) but it was doable. I highly recommend these filters and also they’re a fair price.
Works a charm - V11
I confess I’m the fool who didn’t realise you had to replace these filters, not just clean them! My Dyson V11 suction had become very poor after a year, and I figured this might be the problem (duh). Head was swimming after looking at all the variations available for this on Amazon; took a gamble with these. They are great! I’m amazed at how suction has improved, it’s like I have a new hoover. Absolutely recommend, and the 3-pack will keep me from making this same mistake again.
