    Great for a prese
Bought for a present for a family member. They were very happy with the present and they explained that the taste of the cognac was to their liking and highly recommended

    Its ok
It is going to be a gift.

I did buy this at the prime deal time so was a good price and time to buy.

It didn’t come in a decorative tube bottle holder that I expected it to come In like the previous review which was a little bit disappointing!

But I’m sure the person that will receive this will like it all the same.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersHmm, very very tasty!
I bought myself a bottle to celebrate my 60th spring and wasn’t disappointed.
I don’t have th vocabulary necessary to do this credit but I do know there were a lot of flavours doing some serious stomping around on my tongue after each mouthful.

This brandy is truly refined and should be enjoyed neat. The initial flavour when taking the first sip is mesmerising, then comes the smooth descent to the back of your throat seamlessly leaving the essence of flavour lingering behind for full satisfaction. I love it.

Before a review, one must receive the product. Once again, Amazon excels in dispatch and Royal Mail in secure delivery. The dark, amber fluid promises good drinking; the bouquet invites further delights. Drink. Smooth. Vanilla, fruit cake and herby. Marzipan and figs. To appreciate what you’ve been drinking, savour the bouquet of the empty brandy glass. An Amazon special offer – hope I can repeat the experience!

    Got it on discou
Usually I’m not buying this kind of stuff, but this time i couldn’t resist myself to get it while it was on discount. i bought it for myself, but definitely can see it could be a gift for someone. It comes in nice looking box and bottle looks well presented.
Remy Martin is a well known company with big history on making really good alcohol. No doubt this is a really good bottle to have . Will buy it again when it will be discounted

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersQuality champagne cognac let down by poor packaging
You have got to admire Remy Martin. Unlike many of the other well known drink brands, it remains in family ownership and has resisted the temptation to sell out to the global conglomerates. This is admirable and explains in part just how and why it has been able to maintain its quality over the years. This is a fine champagne cognac that is dark and spicy flavoured. It is smooth too and is certainly a cut above some of the harsher products on the market. I would recommend this to anyone who has a taste for the good things in life and appreciates the subtlety of a fine champagne cognac. So why only four stars and not five? Well I certainly cannot grumble about the quality of the cognac itself, it is excellent, and at this price it is a real winner; you can pay considerable more for say an XO bottle from other producers that is not a patch on this. My one and only issue is that box that it comes in which is cheap looking and flimsy and distracts from the quality of the bottle and its contents. If I were going to give this as a gift, I would remove it from the outer box and give an un-boxed bottle.
