Got for a gift and got great feedback. Regular hiker (Snowdon, Peak District) and says they were comfortable and ‘great’, so take that as a plus. Good size pack means plenty of time for drying if camping etc.
Largest size feels more like size 11
Nice and comfortable so far but a bit tight round the leg for sitting around in and could do with being a bit longer in the leg. I am about a UK size 11. I got the largest size because I wanted to be able to layer them with other socks when wearing big boots but they are a very neat fit. Largest size feels more like a UK size 11.
If used for high activity the elasticated close fit will be ideal and the padding is above average construction. Can’t comment on durablility yet but they feel well made.
Nice to see the packaging say they have been tested for harmful substances.
Something to remember about socks with high cotton content if combining them with breathable footware for outdoor activities. Although they tend to feel nicer initially, they will hold a lot more moisture, rather than wicking it away.
