Very happy, no fishy aftertaste. The capsules are very big though so if you have issues swallowing big capsules this product might not work for you. I personally like the fact that it’s one capsule and I’m done.

Heart Regulator & Joint pain Relieve
The only negative about these tablets are the size but otherwise just wonderful for lowering the Blood Pressure and also helps relieve joint pain. Have been taking the Max Strength now for just over 2 years
I got these for the heart health side of things, so I don’t know if they’re working or not. Taking for preventative measures. I think my skin feels less dry than it does usually but can’t say it’s made any difference to joint pain as it’s not something I gave issue with. Possibly I’m less creaky when I move but will keep buying these. I don’t struggle dealing tablets but they are on the large side and despite being a soft gel capsule I could see some might find the size an issue
I’m always unsure whether supplement companies are honest and careful about their products since they’re not subject to the same regulation that pharmaceuticals are. these aren’t the cheapest but I trust the brand more than a generic label product. No taste, large but easily swallowed.
One thing to add is if you suffer from an inflammatory condition that causes bleeding like some gut conditions (ulcerative colitis, crohns disease), fish oil supplements can reduce clotting ability even if omega 3s are healthy fats and anti inflammatory. I don’t think I’ll continue using them as I think this risk for me might outweigh the benefits in. This is no fault of the product which seems professionally produced. The more I read, the more I hear about high complex carb diets (veg, fruit, potato starches, rice, some whole grains which results in a high fibre diet and gives less appetite for unhealthy fats/high protein, the standard western diet). But diet is complex, we all react differently due to our genetics, nutritional status and microbiome so from the literature it’s hard to know what’s best. probably a low risk supplement to try.
These are really good and I do think I have less brain fog. However they are expensive to keep buying month on month. I have just reordered as I had finished the last pack and 2 weeks later the fog is back.
I have very dry skin and I am hoping taking these will help, also my immunity isn’t very good, I keep getting minor ailments. I trust these will help me, I have only been on them for three weeks.
