    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe shape gauge is very easy to use and was perfect for cutting tiles around a wash basin. I did not use the lock feature as it was not necessary but I’m sure it would have worked had it been required. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the product.

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUsed this when laying a laminate floor to copy the door frame profile. It proved to be a great purchase saving lots of time. The ability to lock the setting was seen as a great feature. Suggest that when you copy the profile you use a narrow pencil and not a carpenters pencil. This provides a much more accurate copy which results in a much better fit of the finished piece.

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHad to fit some laminate flooring and knew i was going to have to work around some obstacle’s. In the past i would have made up templates which can add hours to the job. Looking for a modern alternative i stumbled across this type of shape gauge. There are many on offer at amazon. I chose this one as it had a clamp to maintain the shape and also allowed some control over the “finger” tightness. it was also deeper than others making it more useful for profiles around door frames etc. It was a little more expensive than others but the features and size made it worth the little extra cost. Recommended, i have no doubt i will use it a lot in the future.
