These storage bags are fantastic, we have many grand children & family members who love to come & stay as we live by the sea but storing all the spare duvets, bedding, pillows & beach towels has been a nightmare until we found these storage bags, we have various sizes mainly large & extra large once in the bags we use our Dyson V11 to suck all the air out they do come with a hand pump which is fine but using our own is much quicker, We are now able to store all our items under beds & wardrobes with out taking up much room at all wish we had come across these sooner brilliant purchase.
Having tried a number of the cheaper versions of these type bags and having most fail, decided to go with this brand, not the cheapest but certainly made up in both quality and customer service. We purchased 2 packs of four and used all the bags for a variety of clothing and bedding when not used in certain seasons.
We had a bag fail, the diaphragm that seals the area to remove air was allowing a tiny amount of air in causing the bag to inflate slowly. Despite giving it a wipe and clean it made no difference. The manufacturer had provided details on the warranty and I emailed them explaining the situation, they responded within hours wanting the lot number from the packaging and my original order number. They then despatched a replacement that arrived in less than 48hours. Highly recommended product and customer service.
We use these on a regular basis both for home storage and when travelling. It’s a dream to vacuum pack your quilts for summer storage; winter/summer clothes are just as easy to for the season. Great quality. Reusable. After a lot of use, the plastic does tend to crack rendering them useless, unless the tear is small enough to fix over with tape (if the aesthetics don’t bother you).
The quality of these bags is really good, they seal perfectly. Quite definitely the best vacuum bags we have ever used for storing all our caravan bedding away, 10 tog duvets no problem. Thank you
I got the jumbo bags and they are lovely and big. They come with a pack of blue plastic clips that you draw along the opening of the bags to bring both edges together and seal the bags. There are extra clips provided. The pump provided would take ages to empty the bag of air so best to use a vacuum cleaner which does it very quickly. I have used mine to store duvets.
Cannot say yet how durable these will prove to be. With the jumbo bags the little pump would take a long time to vacate the bag. With our vacuum we needed an extra pair of hands to hold the nozzle against he bag valve.
Helps with freeing up space in your suitcase but remember it doesn’t make your luggage any lighter.
They’re great for storing your winter clothes away at home, basically they are a good idea
The pack of 10 bags are all the same size 24 x 32 in
60 x 80 cm.
This size makes it easy to fit on wardrobe shelves.
Also sliders to seal end and small hand pump.
But I used my cleaner.
I liked that each bag has a line marking where to fill each bag.
The variety of sizes was nice to be able to pick what I needed for storage, the pump worked wonderfully too! Especially if you don’t have a vacuum or one that’s tubular to fit on some other, this is a great way! I’m using it to store clothes to help move between uni flats, seal is good, just be prepared for it to occasionally pop off of you put too much stress on the screw part. Obviously, it takes a biiittt of work to suck out as much air as one can with the pump, a few more minute has to be set aside to account for that when packing up. Other than the pump occasionally popping off of my bags towards the end, it’s a great purchase. You might want to invest in a small hand held vacuumed if you’re planning on doing a lot of storage instead of just something that can fit in two suitcases
