Step 4:Put into oral
Bite the mouthguard tightly (do not bite it too deeply) and hold it for 30 seconds with your hands and tongue help to press close to your teeth.
Step 5:Cold water shaping
Put it into cold water to shape it.
Re-model again
If you don’t get a great fit ,repeat step 1 through 5 again.

Seems okay! Easy to mould to my sons mouth
Clear instructions and does what it is supposed to. So far my eon has used it for two training sessions, he seems to be getting on with it, but he does take it out a lot. Perhaps when the novelty wears off, we might re-shape and trim.
Doesn't fit the teeth
The inner part doesn’t fit the teeth properly at all, and the outer part is deformed and smaller than it should be. I have attached pictures to demonstrate that the quality is very poor and not worth purchasing.
Used for Karate
Very comfy once moulded correctly but it took a lot of attempts to try and get right.
The material is quite thick so had to go against instructions and boil at a higher temperature
I purchased this for my son who has just joined school hockey club. It was quite easy to mould, thanks to the straightforward instruction with lovely picture. My son says the quality is very good! Well, what more can I say to that? I’d definitely recommend this product!!
I’ve bought a gum shield from Sports Direct for 10, which was absolutely useless! Wayyy too chunky and barely moulded! Kept falling out as a result.
This gum shield however is amazing! Moulds easily! Comfortable! Can even talk with it in and it will not fall out!
Comfortable to wear and easy to mould. It’s gel on the inside so it doesn’t rub your gums, took me a couple of attempts to mould it but when you put it back in hot water it goes back almost completely to it’s original shape which I liked.
We have bought at least four other brands which didn’t work out for us but this one has been great. My son has up and down braces at the moment.
