My son absolutely enjoyed going through this advent calendar. He was introduced to so many new engines and he had so many he decided to share with friends. I loved that it gave him the opportunity to enjoy something and want to share that with his friends. It was a fun little calendar. The downside was it wasn’t easy to pull out the engines and at times we had to use a sharp object to pry them out. Tiny inconvenience.

I bought this calendar is an alternative to the traditional advents. My 3 year old son absolutely adored opening a new colourful train every morning. I loved that they had many different coloirs and patterns with a warm winter feel. There was also a cardboard track included. The trains all interlock with one another and move well. The only improvement could be a better track for the trains.

If your child is into Thomas the train or trains in general, this is a great advent calendar. It is 24 mini trains, which is what made me purchase it to begin with. So many advent calendars have some objects that a child won’t be excited about, but with this being a train every day, it kept my son’s interest through out the entire month of December. When fully opened, the outside of the box is a train track and thick enough that it hasn’t gotten ruined and can continue to be used to date. Only down side is that the trains don’t stay hooked to each other and easily come apart. Worth the price and excitement you’ll get from your child!

My son absolutely LOVED waking up every morning and getting to pick his new train! He's obsessed with thomas! They're so small and cute but so amazingly detailed! None of the trains have broke so far, they seem like they're great quality! We might have to buy this again next year!

My 3 turning 4 year old son recently got into Thomas & Friends. I saw this here on Amazon & thought wow that’s kind of a lot for an advent calendar. Let me tell you, absolutely worth it!!! This is my son’s favorite thing. He SO looks forward to opening a new mini train each day, he wakes up super early to do so. Each & every mini toy train is Christmas/winter themed & just absolutely adorable. They really move & the play mat that comes with them is sturdy & great to play on. Soooo glad I got this for him. I really love them too! The whole thing comes packaged so nicely. It looks like a wrapped Christmas present from the outside.

Stupendo calendario del avvento con piccoli trenini, fatti benissimo. Sono bellissimi. Mio figlio appassionato del trenino Thomas, felicissimo ad aprire ogni giorno una casettina e trovarne uno nuovo. Si li porta dappertutto. Consigliatissimo

Beau calendrier qui a eu son petit succs auprs de mon 3 ans et demi. Le seul dfaut est que les locomotives s’accrochent difficilement entre elles. Sinon elles sont mignonnes, il y a un petit circuit et les numros se transforment en boules de Nol.

My nephew was thrilled to receive this and can’t wait for 1st December to open the day’s window and see what mini engine is inside. The only negative is that the days are in order and therefore the number of the day doesn’t have to be searched for which is a good number game for children. Otherwise a great gift.
Grandson loves trains!
Grandson had a train calendar in 2020 and got one this year. He couldn’t wait and has already opened it. He does have a few duplicates but is still excited to see what new train he can add to the collection. The designs are so intricate and make for lovely collectibles.

Bargain from prime day
Really good price for this on prime day. Works out about 50p per mini which is a bargain. We’ve had one for a couple of years now and they’re a great alternative to chocolate.
