I bought this phone for my mother in law in Greece, and it has turned out to be a god send for keeping communication lines open.
The buttons are nice and big – perfect for fingers with arthritis.
I would heartily recommend this phone to all, and am considering purchasing one as a backup for home.

Works well just like my parents existing DECT handset so retraining was not needed. One idea for improvement would be to increase the delay on the power off button by a couple of seconds just to make it a little harder to turn off. That said though there is a great function that allows you to set an auto power on or off control at a preset time so you know even if they decide to turn it off it will always come back on.

Got this & set it up for mom today she’s very pleased but….how do you top up? There’s nothing in the phone menu about how to top the phone up! & where do you see your balance?

My grandfather uses this phone and it’s the perfect for him. The big buttons and talking numbers make it easy for him to see and hear who is calling him. He also likes the SOS button, which gives him peace of mind knowing that he can get help quickly if he needs it. The phone is also very affordable, and the battery life is good. My grandfather can use it for several days on a single charge. It’s the perfect phone for elderly people or for people with limited vision who need a phone that is easy to use and has all the essentialfeatures.

Gifting this mobile to my elderly relative was one of the best decisions. The design, with its clear menu and large buttons, is very senior-friendly. The loudspeaker ensures they never miss a call, and the SOS function adds an extra layer of safety, keeping our minds at ease. The multi-functionality, including the handy torch, is a thoughtful touch, making it more than just a phone for them.

his is a feature phone designed for elderly, it’s unlocked to all 4g network, compatible to all sim card include pay as you go sim; the extra big button design is easy to locate and press, particularly good for elderly, i like this phone has dedicated phone volume button on the side, easy to access

it’s rechargeable with usb-c cable, also a charging dock is included, more easy to charge than plugging in cable

there are max 5 preset phone numbers for emergency call; call cycle can be triggered by long press the sos button at the back, really handy

the call volume is pretty loud, no problem with voice communication on both ends

also there is a torch function with the phone, it will be very useful for dim environment or any other emergency use

for more advanced user, there is sms, fm radio, media player, alarm clock function with the phone

all in all, i’m satisfied with this product, would recommend

I got this for my Nan. She finds this one much better and easier to use than an iPhone another family member got her last year. It just does what she needs. The buttons are big, the screen is clear, the menu icons are big, clear and easy for her to see and understand. The battery lasts around a week before needing charging again, although it doesn’t get a lot of use tbh, but then it doesn’t cost too much to keep charged then either, and is always there if she needs it. It’s perfect for what she needs. The price is also very good I think.
I recommend it to anyone that wants a simple to use phone to stay in contact.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese mobile phones serve as an excellent option for individuals seeking a portable home phone or emergency backup, especially since landline phones are no longer as popular as they once were. Although they have limited functions, such as making calls and sending texts, they still satisfy the fundamental needs of a phone. I recently purchased another one for my mother, who suffers from arthritis in her hands and partial blindness. This phone has proven to be a helpful device for her and most likely will be for other individuals with similar physical challenges.

Setting up the phone was a bit challenging, and the instruction manual provided was not the most user-friendly. However, the buttons on the phone are large enough for my mother to press accurately, and having a cradle to charge the phone overnight is much more convenient for her than having to plug it in every night. I am relieved that I no longer have to remind her to charge the phone as the cradle takes care of that automatically.

The ringing volume is rather good, with a powerful ringtone, offering up a good audible tone. even to people who, like mom, have a very compromised hearing. Its simple form factor is great for grip and as mentioned with my mum’s arthritis she doesn’t struggle to handle it. She wears it around her neck sometimes and that gives her peace of mind knowing if she has an issue she can quickly hit the emergency button and it will either contact me or my brother.

As the phone is unlocked, we have the freedom to choose a cell phone provider that best fits the requirements of my mum. I can deal with all that for her and pay for a decent phone plan. The phone itself is incredibly robust and reliable, precisely what she was looking for. It has truly been a game-changer for my mother, enabling her to remain in contact with her loved ones without little to no learning curve needed to get used to the device. It is so simple to use that it only took her a couple of minutes to figure it out. .

Overall, this phone has proven to be an invaluable tool that has greatly enhanced the quality of life for my mum. she is at ease knowing she has something she can use at home and also take ith her on the go if needed.

Hope this review helps someone out.

A simple, easy call and text-only phone. A little pricey for what it is, but ideal for the elderly who are a bit shy about technology!
A nice looking little thing too!

This is a very practical form for elderly people because it is a very easy to use considering that the functionalities of this phone are very simple and also for the fact that it has large buttons which are very visible in terms of size and also fault that is written on them.

In order to make this phone work it is very simple the only thing that is needed to be done is to remove the back cover and then to insert the battery but before that the sim card has to be placed inside and after this steps the phone is ready.

Based on the experience that have with this phone, even though the battery capacity it is quite small, considering the phone has a small display which doesn’t use so much power, it lasts for roughly do these but here there is something important to mention, the phone is quite basic in terms of functionality and here I mean it is suitable for making phone calls sending text messages, setting up the alarm and also what I found really interesting about it is the fact that it has an SOS button which is very practical for elderly people and at the top it has a torch which is relatively powerful.

The phone supports for g connectivity and doesn’t lose signal and also another feature that simplifies that things is the charging station because the targing cable doesn’t necessarily have to be used because the phone can be placed on the station and it charges instantly.

I didn’t pay attention to how long it takes to fully charge but based on the battery capacity it takes roughly one hour and 20 minutes.

Overall the phone is well built, the buttons are easy to press and the functionalities of it up straightforward so for this reasons I found it to be a good choice as a basic phone.

This is a decent if basic mobile phone, with core functionality like making calls, sending texts and picture messages and a built in FM radio and torch. Nothing too special there perhaps, but the keypad is extra large, screen extra bright and the speaker extra loud and clear. Someone who struggles to use a smaller keypad will definitely find this much easier, and the docking station that charges the phone up is a lot easier and more convenient than trying to fit a cable into a small slot. The weakness I think is that the navigation menu is not quite as intuitive as it might be and not everyone will find the various functions easy to find. But all told, for someone struggling with a standard feature phone, or as a mobile to be used as a replacement for a landline, this isn’t a bad option at all.

In its simplest terms, it’s a fairly basic phone that’s easy to use – However, sometimes that’s all people need! It’s very light, compact, can charge on the provided docking station/stand, SIM free, 4G and appears simple to use. It has an SOS button on the back, which might be useful for say someone of a more senior age, so they can easily contact the Emergency Services, or perhaps a designated Family member in times of a fall or emergency. It has large buttons, so anyone who struggles with their sight or pressing smaller more intricate buttons, should be able to use this phone a lot easier. There’s also a light on the top and you can obviously call and text etc. A Great simple phone overall that appears well made and easy to use. Very Happy with it. Thank you.

At the time of his review you can buy this phone for just over 50
    This is a 4G phone
You can make calls and texts with this phone
It has up to 100hrs standby time from a removable battery.
The battery is flat and square a bit like the old Nokia phone batteries this one is 1000mah
There is up to 4 hrs talk time
    Stores 500 contacts
A Dedicated SOS button is on the back

If you are getting this for an elderly parent I would suggest you do the setting of date and time as I found it less than straight forward but after around ten minutes it was done.
Contacts and favourite contacts will all have to be added manually just like many house phones.
    And setting the SOS contact.

Call quality is good. At the other end the call was clear, nothing special. At this end it was loud, almost like on loud speaker, very easy to hear.

You can charge it directly with the supplied usbC cable on a UK plug or
the same cable with the UK plug connects to a base station that the phone will sit in.

You can make/receive telephone calls, send/receive messages and if you wanted to connect to the internet via 4g you can but it will be slow, you will be typing in full addresses like you would have done on an old Nokia or Motorola phone, it’s not really meant for that but it is there..

Everything is a throwback to a different era, much simpler to use, but if we have all become accustomed to smart phones this will need relearning.
I have updated this review with a video which I hope you find helpful if you are thinking of getting one of these phones
