Thisnis a good set up i was suprised it was alot.more simple than I expected to install it. If you need help there are links availible to videos to help show installation.
Once set up and working your away. Picture is very clear there is a very slight delay from camera to monitor but its a split second and you will get used to it quickly.
A helpful thing to have if driving something bigger like a motor home or if have a trailor on back of car etc..
Signal is strong I’ve had no issues of it dropping.
There seemes to be a very faint light buzz coming from monitor but after a while I forget about it.
Good value for the price and great quality but not as easy to install it properly

Super Kamerasystem
Die Kamera war Ruck Zuck montiert. Der Monitor ebenfalls. Alles wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet, es ist eine gut verstndliche Anleitung dabei sowie reichlich Zubehrteile wie Kabel, verschiedene Halterungen – sogar ein Schraubendreher und ein Inbusschlssel. Aber das Wichtigste: alles funzt absolut perfekt. Super klares Bild, zunehmender Warnton bei kurzer Distanz zu Gegenstnden, top bertragung vom Heck des Wohnwagens ins Auto. Und alles ohne zu Bohren in der Kederschiene befestigt. Klare Kaufempfehlung bisher.
Monitor noise
Good piece of kit for the money however the monitor emits an annoying buzzing. I solved this by removing both antennae at the rear of the screen. The monitor still managed to receive the signal from the camera even though the system was installed on a long wheelbase Transit flatbed .
It can be used as a permanent rear view camera on top of the reverse camera function.
Easy to install, good quality reverse camera kit with a permanent rear view function as rear view mirror.
Alice at costumer service was quick to answer queries regarding set-up of the camera.

I received this reversing camera which arrived quickly. I was very happy with my purchase and how good the quality is. .The view shown by this camera is so sharp and clear also the radar function is so useful. I purchased this reversing kit for my Motorhome and it was so easy to install.

Fr unser Wohnmobil haben wir eine alte Rhrenmonitor Rckfahrkamera ausgetauscht und lange im Internet nach ordentlichen Systemen gesucht. Fr den angebotenen Preis war die VASTEND M1 dann eine gute Alternative zu deutlich teuren und teilweise kabelgebundenen Sets. Der Versand war sehr schnell, gut verpackt und es sind im Set alle notwendigen Kabel und Schrauben mitgeliefert.
Der Anschluss war dann mit Hilfe der Anleitung und einem Video sehr einfach, es ist sogar ein Testkabel zum Probieren der Verbindung von Kamera per WLAN und Monitor vorhanden.
Direkt nach Anschalten war die Verbindung vorhanden und ein sauberes und hochaufgelstes Bild vorhanden.
Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs- Verhltnis und nach ersten Test ein einwandfreies Produkt!
Quick easy install
Great piece of kit, easy to install with everything in the box that is required. Didn’t need the videos available as pretty straightforward. Wired camera in to side lights so comes on straight away, not only wanted for reversing a 7m Motorhome but also as a mirror so you can see what’s behind you when driving as people seem to like sitting on your backside nowadays. Added bonus of being a recording device if you install an SD card so compliments my dash cam.
Picture quality is great and distance warnings are pretty accurate. Overall a good purchase at a good price.
Easy to install
What a simple camera to install. Follow the video links supplied as you cannot go wrong
Do make sure that you have a full 12v supply I originally had 10.5v and did not work, rewired trailer socket up and mine is powered off of the side light feed so constantly on which is ideal on my 6.5m motorhome.
We fit wifi cameras to our fleet of telehandlers where I work but these are far far easier
Do not hesitate to buy this camera.
Advanced one
It is for me so advance I took long time to install and set up. There’re so many cables to connect. Even I go through every step in the instructions manual, I can’t get it done easily.
Good thing- It comes with a lot of tools for setting up the screen, either by strong adhesive or by the metal frame, very high flexibility.
The quality of the camera and the resolution is 100% great, very good view for parking, exact distance between you and the obstacle. Overall the product is sturdy and durable, reasonable price of 120.
Das Kamerasystem wurde fr unseren Pferdeanhnger angeschafft, da unser vorheriges Modell (Nicht von VASTEND) sehr zgig den Geist aufgegeben hat.
Das Kameraset wurde zgig geliefert und die erste positive berraschung erfolgte beim ffnen des Pakets: Alle notwendigen Materialien zur festen Installation ist reichlich vorhanden.
Im Karton befindet sich noch eine kurze Installations-Anleitung mit einem Hinweis zu einem weiteren Installations-Video. Die Installationsschritte werden hier genaustens erklrt.
Das Display ist kein Touchdisplay, was allerdings nicht unbedingt negativ zu werten ist. Das Display ist schn gro und das Bild wirklich hervorragend – auch bei schlechten Wetterverhltnissen oder wenig Lichteinfall.
Auch hier sei erwhnt, dass es eine leichte bertragungs-Verzgerung gibt, die aber bei der Beobachtung des Pferdes im Hngers oder bei langsamen Rckwrtssetzen nicht weiter strt. Unser vorheriges Modell hatte strkere Verzgerungen und stndige Abbrche, die bei dem VASTEND M1 nicht aufgefallen sind.
Was man beim Kauf beachten sollte: Die Kamera ist tatschlich recht gro. Fr meine Nutzung ist das nicht weiter schlimm und strt im Hnger nicht weiter. Wer allerdings seinen PKW mit der Kamera aufpeppen will, der wird mit diesem Modell vielleicht ganz so glcklich.
Fazit: Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhltnis , geeignet fr unbersichtliche Fahrzeuggespanne oder auch zur Beobachtung des Pferdes im Pferdeanhnger. Leichte bertragungsverzgerung im tolerierbaren Bereich, Kamera htte ein wenig kleiner ausfallen knnen. Trotzdem 5*, wegen guter Verarbeitung,hervorragender Bildqualitt und vollstndiges Installationsmaterial mit Installationshinweisen.
Jetzt erfolgt nur noch der Langlebigkeitstest – 2 Jahre Qualittsgarantie wird laut Anleitung gewhrleistet + lebenslanger technischer Support.
Works well
I actually got this for a friends caravan and it certainly did the job he needed it to do , Fitting isn’t the easiest but the instructions are clear enough to follow, the screen is nice and big while been a nice clear picture quality, The only thing I would say is the camera is quite big ,We had no problems with the signal from the camera and at 116.99 it’s a pretty good buy but at the moment there’s another 20 voucher you can apply to the price making it a really good buy .

Installing this camera was a breeze, and the split-screen display is brilliant. The 1080P HD resolution provides clear rear view footage. The night vision is a bonus. Very pleased with this find!
A super clear rear view camera system.
The display unit was very easy to set up and a good quality. Despite extending mirrors on my 4×4, it was difficult to see clearly what was behind my 8.1m caravan especially on motorways, not now. The photos show with and without the parking assist whilst attached to my car. The other is on the rear of the caravan some 10m away from the receiver. Crystal clear. The camera was larger than expected but very robust. Well worth the money for peace of mind.

Large Visual Scree
You can plug the screen in via the 12 volt socket as we did in test mode in our smaller car for my video demo, I think it’s a bit too big for our smaller dashboard, but this is ideal for a caravan or similar size, it’s got great visuals, and easily will guide you reversing for a safe park, once you’ve decided where you want it permanently you need to wire the camera to the tail, bumper or numberplate light electrics or something similar that is 12 volts, option to have split screens, adjustable volume control
Too big for cars I think.
I found this camera set up to be quite confusing at 1st but now I know what to do it’s easy to use. Setting the camera up was a little tricky because you connect it to a back light which I think is a great idea so you don’t have wires all over the place. I’ve had no problems with the signal from the camera to the screen and it seems very responsive so far. The camera does make a difference when reversing especially in blind spots. I haven’t fastened the screen down onto my dash because I don’t really want to to be honest so I’m trying strong double sided tape at the moment to see how long that lasts. The screen is quite big I think so it’s definitely not suitable for cars I don’t think. Overall though I think its a good little set up and it does work well once it’s installed.
