Good quality B12 supplements and much better value than anywhere else. I’m vegan and have been taking these for a few months and definitely notice a difference in energy and general health
Small tablets - life saver!
I really struggle to take tablets, these are so small it is great! I had my b12 injections cancelled 5 times so these were great in the mean time whilst waiting!

Trust the tablets are working for me, I have no way of knowing.
My GP suggested I take a B12 supplement. One lives in hope and trust these are working.
Been using these for a couple of years after being found deficient and the gp advised taking a supplement rather than injections!
Subsequent blood tests have shown B12 to be normal, so I’m guessing that these little tablets are doing their job.
These are much cheaper than h and m!
Vit B12 tablets
Arrived few days after ordering. My 78yr old Hubby started using it straight away. One small tablet per day with meals, more than a year’s supply. Hope to see tablet working in a few month’s time, as Vitamins take a while to settle in the body.
Vitamin B12 High Strength
I’m hoping that this product is doing my body well. My nails still has ridges in them. If by the time I finish taking them and the ridges on my nails persist, then I’ll know that the tablets didn’t address this problem.
