I’m going to be a grandma soon so I’m looking out for bargains on toys and this was a great price. It’s really sturdy with lots of interactive elements and no small parts so is perfectly safe for small children.

Lots of fu
My 6 month old boy loves this, he gets to take out the tools and bash it. Tools are a good size for his small hands and he likes to chew on them. Great toy that will last him a while
Bought this for our 2 year old son, he loves it and enjoys playing with it. That being said, when he’s having “a moment” it’s durable enough to withstand being thrown about the room, which is a plus. Lovely bright colours and the tools have little smiley faces, so it’s really cute too.
Fun & fabulous educational toy!
The word ‘educational toy’ usually sends most children screaming into a corner but this is an absolutely fabulous toy for any active and inquisitive child up to the age of three!
Basically, its a chunky toolbox with a screwdriver, a hammer and a saw. Each tool has its own interactive section – a giant screw for the screwdriver to turn, a ratchet that moves back and forth for the saw and a big nail for the hammer to bang. Each tool has its own tune and theme, praising the child for getting the action correct and also naming, in the case of the hammer, how many bangs the child had given it or, in the case of the screwdriver, how many turns have been made. The voice (which can be kept soft or turned up louder) also names the colours of the items and a pop-up bit at the back goes up and down in time to the action! There’s a lovely sturdy handle that’s perfectly balanced and easy to hold which makes this a great toy for carrying around and helping with DIY around the house!
A very nice interactive toy for a child, especially if you intend to raise your child without imposing any particular gender roles upon them. Who doesn’t like banging things – all babies do and all babies need to learn about the practicalities of the world around them in a safe and exciting way. This toy does just that!
