Well pleased!
My dog has a small neck and the collar provided was very stiff and hard to make fit properly. This collar adjusts comfortably and is also soft and fits well. It also looks very smart!
Soft material dog colla
Attractive material collar, matching the dogs colour!! Only one small problem, it has hard resin /plastic band holding the adjustment area of the collar together & as it is shaped the corners are hard. The dog doesn’t seem to mind, but I would have preferred a soft band, or rounded corners!! Otherwise Mabel has had comments about how smart she looks in her new collar!!!
An Indoor Colla
This is soft fabric and looks very pretty but I wouldn’t rely on it for hard use or a situation where your dog pulls or is likely to. The hardware is pretty but it doesn’t look especially sturdy. I like the way it looks, but I’m limiting it to indoor wear.
Item can torn but lovely otherwise
Item came with a rip in the collar. But ordered 2 as have 2 dogs and the other one was fine. Other then the tear they’re lovely materials. The clasps is slight tight but otherwise a good purchase. I just couldn’t be bothered to return them
I bought this for my akita, as she seems to find all collars uncomfortable. This one is the best we have bought so far. It’s very soft, like a strong corduroy fabric with a very strong clasp.
4 stars as after a few months there is some signs of scuffing but I think this is just the nature of the fabric.
I’ve never attached a lead to it as Lucy has a harness but I should imagine it would be a reliable collar.
It’s hard to find larger dog collars in pretty colours so the pink option was ideal. I will probably buy another in a different colour, after all you can never have to many collars!
Pretty in Pink
Really pleased with this collar, it’s made from corduroy material making it a very soft collar which is so much more comfortable for my dog than stiff leather or webbing. I love the gold buckle and D ring which makes the whole thing look so much more fancier and more luxurious. The buckle does hold when the collar is pulled around but it sometimes gets a little stuck when trying to undo it.
My dog is roughly 40cm around the neck and this collar fits well having been tightened almost as far as it can.
