A4: Please try to clean the charging port. If the frequency of use is relatively low, it is recommended to charge the earphone once a month to ensure the normal operation of the earbuds.

Buy it, Pair it, Use it. No fancy bells and whistles.
I got this because it looks great with the glowing eyes [bat version] the only downsides for me with this is the earbuds themselves don’t light up like the pics suggests, it instead just has 2 tiny lights that indicate if its connected or charging etc, i don’t care too much about it i am just mentioning it because i feel like its false advertising to show in pics that the earbuds light up in the bat LED when it infact doesn’t.
the product has no dedicated app for it so you have to rely on whatever music app you are using for its mixer/equalizer. you buy it, you pair it and you use it, is basically how to sum this product up.
1st pair great, 2nd not grea
Bought a pair over a year ago, work great and sound is amazing, unfortunately lost the case and bought a new pair but the earphones in the new pair come up as two separate connection points and so won’t play sound together. Good thing though is that the old pair still charge in the new case!

Unfortunately these are a Christmas gift for one of our grand-daughters, hence no rating on the above sections. However I am sure she will be delighted with them if they are as good as first impressions. Very speedy delivery and good communication. Thanks.
Right ear was not working
It sooo cute I love it but the right ear was not working and I couldn’t understand the charging situation so I had to return it order than that it a great product hope they fix these issues soo
