Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersInsgesamt ist das Telefon klasse!

Alles dabei was man so braucht.

Got this for my elderly mum. Quick dial button assignments is very useful. As mum can’t dial the number.

No camera, you can’t change the ringtone.
The cable is too short so you can’t. Can’t keep it plugged in at the mains.

we got this as a back up for my dad with alzheimers who leaves hislabdline off thehook at times. this phone allows you to record a message you can use as an alert. when it ri ngs ours says ‘dad your phones off the hook, please check them all’ it convebiently sits in the cradle to charge and is like one of the old nokias to use. strong and straight forward. great for what we wanted. teamed with a giffgaff sim it was all simple to set up

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersOrdered this for my 86 year old mother. Had it 6 weeks and she was just starting to get used to it when it wouldn’t charge all of a sudden. Not sure if it’s the battery or phone but not going to throw good money after bad and risk buying a new battery to find it doesn’t solve the problem. Whether it’s the phone or battery its the same result.
Update. Contacted company who responded swiftly and supplied a replacement phone. Hopefully this one should last.

Very good phone for an elderly or disabled person. But it does not come with a USB power supply. I bought this for my elderly/disabled sister and she does not have/cannot use a computer – so we had to obtain a separate power supply.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis was a brilliant phone for my father who was able to use the phone easily and access the buttons easily.
    Just a three things
    – I had to stick a label on the charging cradle to remind him to make sure the phone was facing the label – then he got the charging points aligned – if you put it in backwards it won’t charge.
    – I had to turn off the torch because Dad gripping the phone kept turning the torch on at the side button and then he didn’t know how to turn it off
I had to buy a longer cable for the charger so the charging cradle could be near enough to him

The phone is easy to use and very light. The only thing I didn’t like is when storing names into the phone because if a name is longer than 5 letters it cannot be added.
I brought the phone for my mum so that she can stay in contact with the family and her friends.

My 72 year old mother (who believes she is still 27) wanted a phone that was easy to use, big numbers, not too many confusing features and good to operate. This phone gives all of this, however, I didn’t see it coming when she refused the phone because it was for “Seniors” and she said she would be embarrassed to use it in public because of its size and visual aspects! The lesson here then is, if you have a vain senior in your family, who value looks over function, as my mum does, do not buy it for them. However, if ease of use is more important, then this phone is ideal….
