I bought my tens machine because my wife had suffered a bad fall in the shower and injured her back and both legs, sending her muscles into spasm. It has been a godsend providing both pain relief and stimulation to her knotted muscles, which have now released.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was dubious about getting a tens machine but I suffer with fibromyalgia and I have a slipped disc, it doesn’t cure the pain but it does take it away short term to get some relief, it’s small and portable so can be used when out and about I would recommend this produc

I have suffered with chronic back problems for 25 years recently. Had a major episode where I could not stand 30 minutes with this tense machine and I was the pain level was brought back down to bearable best 29 or spent for a long while

started using this tens machine after working out and it has helped alot with the pain in my legs and arms the day after, i was sceptical at the beginning if it would work but after reading the instructions and getting used to what setting i preferred on different parts of my body it has become a useful tool I couldn’t live without. would definitely recommend if you have problems with cramps around the body or if like me you go to the gym frequently.

However the sticky electrode pads are useless only stuck for one usage fortunately I had a set of new pads for my old tens machine which are great
The machine is the best I’ve ever had with it’s multiple settings the battery life is great it’s only down point is not having a belt attachment, there does not appear to be one available which is disappointing but all in all a good easy to use solid machine and as I suffer pain constantly this gives great relief

So I bought this as I’m struggling with fibro symptoms in my legs. A pharmacist recommended a tens machine as I was trying to reduce my dependence on pain killers.

I bought this one after doing quite a bit of research, this one didn’t disappoint.

It has 8 different patterns, good range of intensity, can take 4 pads in one go if required and comes with a small bag to keep together.

The main unit is small like an old iPod. It has multiple pads and as long as you remove as instructed, the adhesion remains.

I’ve found it very helpful when I have pain lasting for several hours.

Easy to use, battery lasts a long time and does exactly it says it does. Pads do loose stickiness quite quickly but that’s the only down fall. It’s really helped with my lower back pai

The is a first class product. Excellent design being very small and neat. It is very easy to operate with a program to suit everyone. I definitely recommend the Auvon tens unit.

Different to a pain-interrupting TENS machine, and more designed for ‘massage’- different settings suit different parts.
Easy to use. The electrode pads last a good few uses.
Good value for price, but having used more expensive machines, the quality is not great. But has lasted a few months now already and still working.

I thought a TENs machine was worth a try as still experiencing significant pain 8 months after breaking my leg. Day 3 and I can walk without pain (while wearing the gadget) and able to comfortably do my physio exercises without medication.

The advice is that TENs doesn’t work for everyone, but certainly effective for me.

It could only be improved by having a clip to fasten it to my clothes when in use.

For a small unit it packs a punch. There’s a selection of different modes to choose from, all of which can be individually set to the users intensity levels. I personally find there are a couple of the modes I choose all the time.
With the option to use 1 cable with two pads, or both cables using four pads, I find I use all 4 pads together, might as well as the unit is on anyway.
Easy to keep charged up by USB, this little machine is good to go when needed. There are many very similar items available but I can definitely recommend this one.

I had a car accident, so my physio recommended a TENS machine. I bought this because it is compact and would be useful when away from home. It is rechargeable. The instruction booklet is a bit confusing and the writing and pictures are very small. Once I have got used to it, I think I will find it helpful for my neck pain.

Pads are very sticky but easy to get off the body, make sure you have the clear plastic sheet they attach to close to hand before you remove pads from body.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve had one from Boots in the past that was battery-operated and quite large, making it not very portable. This device, on the other hand, is compact and portable, with a rechargeable battery and excellent battery life. I took it out while playing golf, and it got slightly damp, which is encouraging, as it seems to handle a few drops well. The screen is very good, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that each program has subprograms, making it a win-win for pain relief.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersI have used tens for 16 years since a back injury. When that broke I searched for alternative.

At first I was shocked at the tiny size, and my immediate reaction was it would not be so effective. But the size makes it so discrete and it can be slipped into a pocket, wires hidden by clothing, and therefore can be used easily in public places without anyone knowing.

The sticky pads are smaller than I was used to, but do seem very sticky, and the plastic plate to replace them on after use is extremely helpful. It ismuch easier to replace pads after use, than an individual thin plastic as I was used to previously.

This little machine does not have combined heat and vibration which my old one had, and I did sometimes use and found beneficial.

There are 24 different settings for vibrations which give lots of options, and you easily can swap between modes, or stick with a favourite. Session times can also be altered from 20 to 60 mins

A massive benefit is that this is charged with USB and therefore cuts cost of replacing batteries.
It lasts many sessions on one full charge, although that did take a while. I left it running overnight.

Regarding pain relief, I find it helps my lower disc issues and also helps to reduce the effects of sciatica.

    Definitely recommend

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWhen I first saw the product, I was a little underwhelmed.
However, when I used it, it was easy to follow and gave some really good sensation and relief.
I have been using quite a lot since it got delivered, and the powerbank is really good. Definitely delivers a longer charge than stated.
    Really impressed.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this for shoulder pain / knee / foot . It’s a lovely portable product with great variety of settings that each feel different , start slide and work your way through the intensity setting to see what feels right .

Use both pads / connect both behind you turn on

Pads are easy to stick on and stay on

It’s a nice feeling when it’s on and each time I’ve used I’ve slept great

It’s good value for money and worth trying gif yourself if you suffer from pain

    You can wear it discreetly

The charge lasts as I’ve used a few times and not had to charge up so fa

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersMy physiotherapist recommended one of these for my shoulder pain ( & hip pain!). I have calcific tendinitis in my right shoulder and using this has helped with easing the pain. I have used it on my hip and my knee as well!
Make sure you read the instructions regarding pad placement – I used all 4.
I also purchased the case for my TENS machine, as well as extra pads.
    The pads are very sticky!
It’s easy to charge up & mine didn’t take long at all & I was able to use it within the hour.
There are loads of ‘massage’ options ( if you can call it that!) & you control the intensity of each one using the + or –
I used mine for 10 minutes each time.
It feels weird at first but I quickly got used to it.
You can use 2 pads or 4.
I can’t recommend this enough, such a good price for pain relief.
