Very good I use it to cut my son’s hair. I’ve used many hair clippers but so far this has been the best one I have used which does my son’s hair perfectly
My hair is so fine and these cut it so well!
Better than my old Wahl clippers.
Battery lasts ages..I’m into my 5th haircut on one full charge from new.
Other products I have used to tidy my thinning hair have taken an age to cut. This one does a great job and cuts and trims cleanly and evenly very good, thoroughly recommended
These clippers are pretty good and plenty sharp, they do however need to be adjusted to bring the gap closer to zero for optimal performance.
This is called zero gapping and you can find video on how to do this. I recommend leaving about a mil gap between the outer blade and the inner cutting blade, this will ensure the clippers dose not catch the attachments while in operation.
This is a solid choice and a good all rounder and to top it off it runs really silent.
cuts very well i have 6mm all over and its a breeze with these
had some wahls for some time which were mains driven they
were starting to pull a lot so switched to these nice weight , not too
heavy , well made , shame no nice case to fit everthing in , just cloth bag.
……these hair clippers are easy to use and cuts hair without the pull. The clippers are very quiet compared with another branded clippers I had before.
They were worth the purchase.
The BaByliss Super-X Metal Hair Clipper is great for cutting my dad’s hair, although it offers fewer guide options compared to my previous clipper. Despite this, it provides precise and efficient cutting results, and its solid build ensures durability. Previously I was using a cheap corded clipper and the difference in cutting ability is unbelievable. Truly a joy to use.
I’ve had a Babyliss clipper before and it’s been grate and still working good too .
I saw this one and decided I would buy it as it’s got more cutting blades , like a 1.5 , 0.5 so cuts even closer , cut my husbands hair and looks really good so he won’t need to go to the barbers again saves 16 every 6 weeks , they will soon pay for their self .
Just look on YouTube lots of videos for beginners to get you started. Cut my sons hair see pic , think I’ve done a good job and he’s pleased with it and it’s saved him 19 at the barbers
I’ve been shaving a number 1 on my head each week for over 30 years and have had a selection of clippers. The wireless ones would only last a couple of years and need recharging every week. I have owned these since Christmas, shaved a number 1 each week for 10 weeks without the need to recharge. Yes, they cost more than some, but they are a very good quality product, which I fully expect to last for years so the upfront cost will ultimately be a saving. I highly recommend.
Brought after my husband dropped his last pair. Work well, look nice and charging stand is a nice feature.
Only downside is it didn’t come with a storage box like our previous Babyliss clippers, overall good value for money.
I’ve tried a couple of battery clippers in the past – from Braun and Wahl, for convenience when I started cutting my hair each week. I moved from Wahl mains ones which were great and never struggled to cut hair at any speed but inconvenient having to plug in.
Neither of these ones I tried from reputable brands were great they’d easily get stuck with thicker hair and would need to go slowly to not chew into it. These ones from Babyliss are another league. They cut through without resistance and the charge lasts a long time.
The -ve is that it’s a bit bulky as a cordless trimmer buts that’s the only negative. You get a mountain of different attachments for every length of cut. Much better range of attachments than any other device. Takes a fair bit of time to charge but I’ve done three cuts and still shows a full charge so that’s a big plus. Other battery trimmers struggle to cut – not this thing, it cuts your hair like a 230v wired cutter. If I get a couple of years out of this trimmer, I’ll be 100% happy. So far all I can say is.. Buy one. You won’t regret it.
Very pleased with is. It feels good and solid and has a nice weight to it. The handle is a good shape to hold too. The combs are a useful size range and it does a good job cutting.
Along with the recent trend to lose the chargers and supply only a USB lead, there is no charger in the box. I have no problem with this.
It feels like it will last a long time, unlike the cheaper plasticky stuff.
I usually do a 10mm all over so I haven’t had the opportunity to play with the cut height adjuster, but even this has a satisfyingly solid click in use and is made of metal.
I hate cheaply made kit so I would recommend this
