Title: Beldray BEL0770N: A Compact and Efficient Vacuum Cleaner

The Beldray BEL0770N vacuum cleaner is a compact yet powerful solution for household cleaning needs. Its lightweight design and easy maneuverability make it ideal for navigating tight spaces and tackling both carpets and hard floors with ease.

Despite its small size, this vacuum packs a punch with its strong suction power, efficiently picking up dirt, dust, and debris. The included crevice tool and brush attachment further enhance its versatility, allowing for thorough cleaning of upholstery, stairs, and other hard-to-reach areas.

The bagless design and washable filters make maintenance hassle-free, while the generous cord length provides ample reach without constantly needing to switch outlets. Additionally, the compact storage feature ensures convenient storage in any closet or cupboard.

While it may not have all the bells and whistles of larger, more expensive models, the Beldray BEL0770N excels in delivering reliable performance and efficient cleaning in a compact package. Overall, it’s a great value for those seeking a budget-friendly yet effective vacuum cleaner for everyday use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirst things first. I have a dyson but with a bad back it’s too cumbersome and heavy to lug up and down stairs.

I also have a young dog who relishes the opportunity to find mud and bring as much home as she can! She also seemingly has 1 malting season which lasts precisely 12 months.

So I wanted something small, light weight with good suction and not going to break the bank – unlike other popular makes.

This is a super bit of kit. It’s under 2kg. It’s small and discreet (I hide it in a corner by a plant – unlike the dyson which has to go in a cupboard). The suction is really impressive on hard floor and carpet.

I use it daily now instead of sweeping up after the mud wallowing, malting monster of mess.

So impressed am I, that I’m purchasing more for friends and family (don’t say I don’t know how to spoil people on their birthday!) and an extra for me incase they stop making it!

It comes with a slimline nozzle and brush. Both work well and suction remains as good.

I did note a review that said the handle is difficult to remove and that it’s flimsy on first look. I have happily not experienced the problem of removing the handle. It does look flimsy but actually is perfectly stable and importantly light.

The following are points to consider:

    – The collection chamber is small. You need to empty regularly. However this for me is a pro. I can Hoover the downstairs in one go and empty in the kitchen bin with out spreading dust everywhere because there’s so much in the collection chamber.

I agree that pushing it forward on a pile carpet is harder work but then I note it’s really light and easy to only use pulling back.

If I could improve, I’d add a longer cable and add 2 clips on the handle to store the attachments.

Even though I’ve suggested improvements I’m still giving it 5 stars since it is a great bit of kit for the price. Happy hoovering without backache!

    Hope this helps.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersRemarkably powerful for its price, size and weight (lifts the carpets off the floor!) ….but as others have said almost useless on any sort of thick pile carpet as it just suction-sticks to the carpet and won’t roll …..its a simple design flaw on Beldray’s part as the two rear wheels are too small – almost level with the base of the floor attachment – leaving no clearance on carpets and no room to roll……got around it simply by wrapping foam backed adhesive tape around the wheels to increase the circumference of the wheels …..problem solved – for now – will no doubt have to reapply the tape periodically but as a quick fix it’s doing the job nicely….

4.0 out of 5 stars Great - after a slight tweak!

Really powerful suction, but it sort of gathers hair and doesn’t pick it up…. strange as it does other debris. Filter inside is a bit flimsy, can’t really see it lasting very long as it’s accessed every time it’s emptied.
All in all, well worth the price though.

Very lightweight sometimes I feel like I am picking it up. You can push it over carpet but very hard work, easier to pull it backwards. I like the handheld part but not easy to take off. I have a big hairy dog, cleaned up all his hair but can probably do one room at a time before it needs emptying and filter needs cleaning. All in all, if on a budget it’s a good buy but takes a bit of getting use to.

My old hoover broke and couldn’t afford an expensive hoover. I looked at this and WOW, its performed better than the 250 I paid for my last hoover. It arrived and I wasn’t expecting much in the way of suction or performance for the price, but I was so surprised. It lifted everything up off my carpets, kitchen and bathroom floor. My floors were gleaming and felt so clean. I suffer from Sciatica so this was easy to use, no bending and so very light weight. The electric cable is long so no switching sockets for different areas in the room. I also vacuumed my large corner sofa with the two attachments and it had great suction. I really cant understand why some have said anything negative about it and not given it 5 stars for which it deserves. They must be such fussy people. If you want a hoover for simplicity and good suction which is extremely good value for money then buy it. You wont be disappointed at all. BUY NOW!!!!

I am hoovering on wooden floors & 2 flat weave rugs

    Pros
Very powerful suction, does a great job. Took up pet hair, dust crumbs etc no problem.

Comes with 3 year warranty on box

Very lightweight & easy to manoeuvre (my 10 year old found it easy to use)

Takes up very little storage space
    Easy to put together
    2in1 design is handy
Nice cord loops to neatly wrap the cord + cord quick release catch

It’s a nice touch that they plant a tree for every one sold

    Cons
Come with extra tools but there is nowhere to attach them to the stick

It would be nice if the cord was a metre or two longer

It took a minute to get the hang of pushing it back and forward on the rugs. Like other reviewers It was stuck to the rug. But I got the hang of it.

I don’t think this would be suitable for thick pile carpets.

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersI am really surprised. This was an emergency replacement for an expensive but old and powerful vacuum cleaner that malfunctioned.

I expected something resembling a child’s toy. It is better than that.

No problem to fit together and tools easy to interchange.

Put it together and switched it on. Was surprised how powerful the suction was.

It picked up hair, cat biscuits and much else. I think it does a great job for the money and easier to get under the bed and tables.

It is also light enough to do the ceilings and wall crevices.

Yes, as others have said, it is harder to push forward but that meant it was getting more out of the carpet. Easy to pull back and I felt it was doing a better job than the old cleaner. I think it picked up better.

It worked fine on a hard floor and on my mattress.

I think it will need the filter cleaning each time you empty it but useful to see what it has picked up.

I agree it is noisy but really, who cares.

I think it may get hot but common sense dictates stopping after a while and resting. It is a small machine.

Of course this is only the first tryout but if it continues to work as well I am getting my 91 year old mum a present. It is a lot easier to use and empty than her current stick hoover.

If there is a none corded version I might get a second so I can clean the car.

Definitely do not feel this is money wasted and if I still had teens they would each have one in their room.

Of course it is only day 1 and who knows how long it will last, but with a cat around it is a weight off my mind!

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersVery lightweight and an almost too strong suction, consequently it can be very hard to push forward on carpet. It is excellent on hard floors though perhaps a bit too ‘scratchy’ for proper wood block. I would have to say that this is not good on deeper pile carpets (there are no rollers on the suction head), the suction is so strong you could end up with a bald carpet! I believe it would operate well on carpet tiles as long as they have been securely fixed . So long as you’ve only got a small area of hard wearing carpet, or hard floors this will do the job, the handle is a bit flimsy particularly given the oomph you’ve got to use to push it forward, so care is needed not to snap it. You can reduce the amount of force needed to push forward by bringing the handle closer to the floor, the only trouble with that is that you end up constantly bending forward. It is very noisy so if you don’t want complaints from neighbours don’t vacuum too late/early! I was going to give 3 stars but considering the price (pretty close to being the cheapest) 4 is a fairer rating. Remember you get what you pay for.
