It is a great phone. Good value for money. My son loves it as it has all.tgw features one would expect from a smartphone. The only issue is it just died and would not charge nearly 3months after purchase. Jessie (customer services) was very helpful in attempting to resolve my issues and eventually facilitating for a new replacement phone to be issued.

I originally wrote a negative review because the Google Assistant would not fully disable. Despite following all instructions over several days from information on the internet, I was still constantly receiving an invitation to use this intrusive device.
I wrote to complain about this issue and the fact that no full manual is available online and received a response within 24 hours offering helpful advice and suggestions.
Once I was able to set up three point gesturing so as to have icons at the bottom of my screen for changing to different screens, the irritating Assistant stopped appearing.
It has taken me days to set up the phone but, now that it’s done, the Blackview functions extremely well. The display is great and the phone is sturdy and smart-looking.
Incidentally, an excellent screen cover and case are provided in the package so you don’t need to buy these separately.
Had I been able to access a full manual I might have been saved some time in setup but the customer support was excellent.
The Blackview turns out to be an outstanding product and especially given the budget pricing.

I got this A52Pro Blackview mobile phone for my son, who is in his first year of college. In the search for something simple, not too pricey, with good battery life, and solid camera quality, this phone seemed to tick all the boxes. The camera and sound quality are also very good for the price. It has proven to be a surprisingly reliable choice, especially given its affordable price of less than 100.
The phone effortlessly manages his daily apps and YouTube watching without a hitch, and its one-handed usability is quite convenient, thanks to its reasonable size and weight.
One of the highlights is the impressive battery life, easily lasting a full day before needing a recharge. The inclusion of a free phone case and screen protector is a nice touch, adding some extra value. With a decent 128GB built-in storage, expandable up to 1TB, it offers enough space for his apps without any worries. The 6.5″ screen provides a pleasant viewing experience, and the dual card slots supporting 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM card and 1 TF card ensure practical usage.
No gaming on this phone for my son, just YouTube and calls, but he’s content with its performance and hasn’t raised any complaints.
All in all, this Blackview phone delivers a good balance of functionality and affordability, making it a sensible choice for users who want decent features without splurging.
Top quality
I have had a few Blackview products in the past and they have all been great, this phone is no exception.
The Blackview A53 phone has a decent size screen but is still lightweight and manageable to carry around. It has brilliant sound and picture quality, along with an amazing camera, making my pictures crisp and clearer than any pictures I have taken before.
Some other features include face recognition to unlock the phone, long lasting battery life and a decent amount of storage space.
I would definitely recommend this product because even though it is cheap the quality is unbeatable.
Good value for money
In comparison with previous phones I’ve had, this one feels nice and light. It’s easy to set up and use, and it has plenty of features for the price. It performs well in general, is fast on the internet, and the battery is long lasting. The seller provides excellent customer service too, with quick responses to any queries.
This phone is as good as any, twice the price.
Large, clear screen. Long lasting battery. Great signal. Incredible memory expansion.
But it comes with a large number of apps which cannot be uninstalled. They also can’t be moved into a folder, to keep them out the way.
I accidentally touched one, activating the install. There was no cancel option. It ended up installing some sort of launcher which completely obscured my screen. I ended up having to do a hard reset. Not too bad when the phone is new and there is hardly anything in it.
So, lesson is, great phone, worth the money, but don’t play about in that apps lis

Having had a phone mainly for texts and phone calls I decided to try smart phone because everything seems to be on apps.being older aged found it hard at first but now fine with it.
Functionality
I like that it is competitively priced.
Having been used to two other popular brands, I find the layout relatively challenging to navigate at first, but like everything else, it gets better.
I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a basic best priced, smart phone.

It was never going to be a great camera phone and the bluetooth is temperamental and weak. However, it works, it calls, it’s got a very decent battery ( a month into use) it does everything else probably not as well as handsets with bells and whistles. This is a handset with a tiny bell and small whistle.
When I open the Package and try to set up the Phone, I met with all sorts of problems, I contacted Amazon helpline, it was the most horrendous experience, helpline on this Issue was the worst ever. These people get paid to help, don’t they? The Treatment I had from the person/people was enough to feel that the functioning of Amazon helpline is just a show to meet trading regulations. Okay, back to the phone, it ran so hot , I was scared that it would explored. I managed to switched it off. After several hours waiting for Amazon helpline to answer, to guide me, to reassure me, to no avail, I switched the phone back on again. To cut the story short, I would rate the Blackview Phone as the best, a very sensible phone that really need to be launched on a different stage. Its a great product that can leave Phone manufacturing Giants grasping for air. Gosh, I really mean that this phone is just magic. I want to write some more about this intelligent device. Thanks to the maker of this Phone, I am going to purchase another one from Blackview directly. Some of Amazon Staff are just too pompous and arrogant. Who loose out, are the retailers, depending on Amazon helpline.
