Perfect cup
Looking for a cup which keeps the product warm this is it. So far so good. Like the new shape no leaks and easy to clean. On the cleaning you must really do this well after every use and it makes such a difference..

Can’t fault it at all
Keeps drink warm, avoids spills, nice lid, can go in the dishwasher, easy to clean. I got the stainless steel version because i saw some other reviews that say the colour comes off
Its great in every way except it doesn't hold your drink warm.
Its definitely leak proof and the size is perfect, however my tea and coffee gets cold just as fast as it would in a mug. Its great if you just want a warm drink while having a short journey as it doesn’t spill, but its not for people who like their drinks hot.
Great thermal flask. Not great design for cleaning lid
Thermal element of the flask works well. Keeps my coffee hot for 3-4 hours while working outside in the cold. Reason it didn’t get a 5* is because the lid design of the push is a bit naff, hard to clean. There is a release button to make the mechanism loose to try and clean it but still isn’t great to be able to get a sponge and scrub in there. And I have a feeling it will fail soon. Only been using 4 weeks. We’ll see
I purchased this because I wanted to break the habit to buying hot drinks whenever I’m out and this has been great in helping me do so. The thermos genuinely does keep your drink hot for hours. And I do understand what the other reviews say about it being ‘too hot’ sometimes, but I guess that’s expected. I would recommend that before you seal your hot drink you leave the lid unlocked for 5-10mins depending on when abouts you want to have your drink.
Unfortunately mine didn’t pass the 100% leakproof test, so I wouldn’t recommend tossing it in a bag. The mouthpiece seal works great but the liquid can still get through the actual lid. Personally, this is not a huge problem for me as have a little slot in my bag that keeps the bottle upright but just something to bare in mind if it’s important for others.
Cleaning is fine if you know what you’re doing, you have to play around with the mechanics of the Autoseal a little bit. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and the colour hasn’t eroded like I’ve seen being said in other reviews.
Overall, a great thermos to keep your drink warm. Would recommend 🙂
Travel mug
This keeps your drinks hot for at least 4 hours. I dish wash the lid but not the mug as I’ve seen that it can peel the top layer off, I’ve had mine quite a while now and still in good condition. Very pleased with it, and a great colour.
Good Travel Mug
I bought 2 of these for my wife and myself, and after several weeks of constant use by both of us, we are still happy with them.
They have a locking system to help prevent leaks which has worked perfectly so far, and they do keep liquid warm for a considerable time. (I haven’t tried with cold liquids yet so can’t comment on that.)
On one occasion while I was doing some delivering, I actually forgot that I had it with me, but 4 hours later my coffee was still warm enough to drink.
**A word of caution, they are good at keeping liquid warm, so be careful as you could easily burn yourself. (I learned this the hard way)
Cleaning the lid and the sealing mechanism can be a bit fiddly but ok once you get the hang of it.
All in all a good Travel Mug and I would have no problem buying one of these again.
Used every day
My wife and I both have these and I use mine often twice a day but at least once every day of the week.
Perfectly holds a double coffee from our bean-to-cup machine which keeps me going most of the day.
My only slight criticism is that, probably because of the design of the lid, it does not keep the contents hot quite as long as my previous sealable flask (I don’t generally pre-heat the flask). However, this one is MUCH easier to drink from, especially in the car. Also, though larger, it still fits in car cup holders (though it stands a little tall of course).
Sturdy, clever design with easy to use mechanism – push button release on the ‘spout’ at the rear of the mug, keeps hot drinks hot for a decent amount of time, enough capacity for around 2 “normal” full cups of coffee. Definitely recommend.
Buy now if you're in need of a cup
Initially dubious about the product and price, but the amount I have spent on crappy cups over the years does not compare. I can get from 7amish to 3pm and my coffee will still be drinkable, certainly not boiling but drinkable.
My only issue is the product is that good it keeps my drink too warm. Often I forget this and end up burning my mouth as it’s still piping 2 hours later. (can’t have it all really, eh)

Really good, doesn’t leak when you forget to keep it upright, only down side which others have mentioned is, as it’s so good at keeping your drink warm it can be too warm for you to drink..
Perfect Cup
I’ve had contigo before but I dropped and dented my old one which made it leak so I needed new! This one is great, the lid configuration allows for either drinking or pouring which is handy when I take it to breakfast (I don’t like their coffee!!). I did a test and the drink stays hot for a good 6 to 7 hours as you don’t need to take the lid off. On the whole I would definitely recommend this mug!
Been looking for a decent insulated mug that doesn’t spill since having the kids as any open mug either gets cold before I can get to it or risks being spilt and hot liquid and small kids isn’t a great combo. I’ve tried many brands with varying success but bought this one 6 months ago and it far outstrips all others – keeps genuinely warm even outside in winter for many hours and doesn’t spill even if knocked over or loose in a bag and falling about on its side etc. Brilliant.
Impressive heat retention and easy to clea
Bought this to go to cold winter mornings football, coffee is almost to hot by half time exactly what I wanted, no need to preheat cup. Ease of cleaning also worth a mention. Worth the money compared with competitors.
One of the best. It keeps drinks hot, it seals properly so there are no leaks and you can drop it in a bag and trust that the liquid isn’t going to go everywhere (unlike some others). It’s nice to hold, and the latest design shape is great. Word of warning the matt finish version is good, but I didn’t like the gloss version as it was a bit more slippery to hold (and didn’t look as good as the photos).
Have had this got months now and love it. Keeps things hot for a long time, easy to drink from on the go and I appreciate the button press and the lock that make sure it won’t leak when not in use – so far no leaks! The lid is dishwasher proof which is the fiddliest bit to clean, so I’m happy to hand wash the mug itself, seems like a small price to pay for such a good product.
Durable cup
I like this cup for tea while on my way to work. It holds the heat for a long time. Seats neatly in my cup holder in the car.

It’s leak proof, really good insulation (sometimes too good so I have to make my drink cooler if I want it immediately).
I’ve had no peeling (I don’t put it in a dishwasher – as it says clearly on the bottom not to). The un clipping in the mechanism in the lid is perfect for a proper wash.
The only thing is I dropped it and there’s a slight ding on the plastic on the drinking spout- but I dropped it full, face down, in a pavement. It’s a tiny blip – I think it says more about the quality rather than anything else.
It’s really great!
It’s a great cup. It’s shape allows you to grip it comfortably. The extra lock on the lid makes it easy to carry in a bag without spillage and is a safety feature if it’s close to a lap top or keyboard and gets knocked over. The written instructions are hopeless, but the pictures show you how it works. The lock button is like a light switch with a padlock design, easy to use. Unlock it, grip the mug and press the vertical button, this unlocks the flow to the mouthpiece, drink. The instructions don’t tell you how to clean the lid and it is a bit fiddly as ideally you need a small bottle brush to get to all the parts. Inside the lid, the grey clip pulls back showing the inner small mouthpiece which also comes out further for cleaning. It then just folds back and clicks into place. So I’ve given 5 stars for the mug for heat retention, style, ease of use, being spill proof, but only 3 stars for ease of cleaning because of the mechanics of the lid, but I’d buy another nonetheless now that I’m familiar with it. Overall its a good product.
