This is fab. I put all my gran child’s pics and videos onto it. I have this set to come on at 11am till 8 pm. When I’m not with her I see and hear her everyday.
Great quality
The product was delivered on time and in good condition. Instructions were easy to follow and setup. Picture quality is good for the price of the product, will definitely get a few more for around the house and family as gifts

Great digital frame
I had one of these for Xmas and it’s so good that I decided to buy one for my mum. It’s really easy to set up and use, we all have the app and love sending photos to it.
Brilliant for mum
Got this for my mum as a Christmas present off my sister. She loves it. Download the app on your phone, send everyone a code, and it’s done. Easy peasy. We can all now send mum pics of the grandkids and such, and she gets to display them all on her frame. The user interface is really easy to understand. My mums not super techy but she can use this really easily. Does need WiFi but that’s not an issue for us 🙂
Easy to setup and works well
Intuitive setup and great picture. Only downside was that using the USB stick meant I could only stand it in portrait mode as the stick poked out too far. Sure there are shorter USB sticks available but be aware!

Works well. Loads of setting Inc a random one. Could sware it shows some pictures more than others but…
Not used for video and I find if I don’t resize ny photos it sometimes doesn’t show the pictures quite how I want but suppose that needs a human eye.

Easy to upload pictures , even if you set a time of 5 sec per photo it’s pretty enough
Quality is good , you have to watch out how you save the photos before uploading , they should be in the correct format or won’t show on the frame
Really versatile digital picture frame. Huge capacity. Send all your latest pics straight from your phone. Invite friends and family to send theirs. This is the second frame we’ve purchased. It has helped us to enjoy all those digital pics that languish unseen on phones, tablets and pcs.
Bit disappointed
I ordered this as a gift but due to restrictions with covid could not take the gift to the recipient until recently. Unfortunately the frame did not work and so I tried a new adapter in the frame – fortunately now the frame works. I know nothing can be done about my purchase but I wanted you to be aware of this. I will however somehow need to make a new plinth for the frame to sit on as the replacement adapter does not have a right angle end and therefore the picture frame does not sit as it should on a windowsill.

I bought this for my mum’s 50th birthday because we saddly lost my dad a year ago, and now we can have all the pictures on one screen, even now my mum still breaks a tear everytime she sees it.

It's give a good quality picture
I bought the 8.2″ model. It gives a good quality picture and video but the sound is not as good. It’s reasonable easy to use with the remote but has no controls on the frame, loose the remote and it’s all over .
The product is fair value for money when discounted; however, if it was at the rrp. of 99 I’d pay a bit more and just buy a smart tablet with a stand to do the same and more.
Fantastic Produc
Fantastic product! I was looking for a good quality digital frame that gives my parents easy manual control. The picture quality is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My mum & dad love this gift because it means they can flick through pics of the grandkids during lockdown. The picture quality is so much better than I thought you could get on a digital photo frame. Very little setup was required by me – once I put pictures on it, the parents pretty much figured the rest out on their own.
Good Frame & Customer Service
I bought this frame for my mother, who is not good with technology. Talking with her on the phone we got it connected to her WiFi, then I set up the app on my phone. The app is a little limited because you can only upload batches of 9 photos at a time, but I eventually sent several hundred. I emailed a couple of photos, too, but they didn’t turn up. Not a big deal as email size is limited as well so might as well use the app.
The slide show defaults to change the picture every 5 or 6 seconds which is annoying, and my mum couldn’t find the setting to slow that down. I emailed SSA and they replied in just a few hours, and my mum followed their instructions (Album setting– Slideshow interval) and set it to change pictures every 5 minutes. All in all, does what we want.
Easy to use...
My only disappointment was the screen is very small but that’s probably my own fault for not paying more attention. You wouldn’t want to be sitting too far from the photo frame!
Easy to set up
After deliberating over a few different digital photo frames I took the plunge and went for this one due to the price and the reviews and I’m very happy indeed with it! Load up a memory stick, plug it in and away you go…The instructions are easy to follow…The picture quality is very good and I’m sure this particular present will go down a treat!
Brought this photo frame because of the reviews. On reflection a good buy in terms of picture quality. Remote control does not always work when activated first time round. Picture frame generally just starts by it self when switched on, however on a few occasions it has frozen and proves difficult to start up again when first installed. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this product despite the issues with the remote.
Bought this as a birthday present. The picture quality was sharp and clear. We very easy to set up. You just need to plug in a usb with photos and/or videos and away you go. The remote control allows you to select either you videos or pictures and begins to cycle through. All I would like is to be able to view both videos and pictures in the same slideshow. I would recommend this to my family.
