I ordered the small double /4ft bed size and sizing is perfect – easy to fit etc- when I first unpacked it from the very tight vacuum packed bag it was very very screwed up- after about 48hrs hanging over bannisters half of it puffed up quite nicely and looked as expected I left it another day to let the other half unravel but I thought at first the stitching or filling was faulty as it just did not want to smooth out — however before giving up I gently ran the steam iron over those crumpled areas and left it for an extra night hanging and hey presto it is now as the photo – all good and very soft and comfy – it is on a new mattress that is fairly firm so just using it for softness as apposed to support and it does softness well- so finally happy with my purchase just took a long time to get the crumpled half out !! One needs a lot of faith and patience with this product ! I would buy again. I bought when discount was applied so better still for value. Fast delivery in good solid box – (would have to be vacuum packed again in your own bag if wanting to return in box as will not fit inside again once opened)
