They go on my outside taps easily, to fit snugly. The velcro is well positioned and long enough to wrap around securely and hold them tight. Nice touch to have some reflective tape on them to reduce the chance of accidentally biffing them on a dark night or morning. We haven’t yet had a fierce frost to test them, but they look as though they will do the job.
At the current price of 5.99 that’s almost 3 each, which seems a fair price to reduce the odds of frozen/burst pipes.
