Just bought a plastic shed and of course you cant hang anything off the walls so these seemed a good by at 2 for 56, im super happy with them, they seem nice and solid too

Had a problem with not all the parts being in the package, but company were very quick and helpful to send the missing parts out. Shelves are very good quality and can be built with one able bodied person ,just make sure you have plenty of space around you to build and Def use a malle

Well designed product that pleasantly surprises with the solidity once assembled. Shelves look too thin but adequate with central support. Overall for the money a good buy and recommended for anything other than stacking gold bars.

Spot on – easy to assemble, strong enough to hold a load of tools, paint cans etc and keeps my garage from looking like a complete junkyard. Pleasantly surprised given the price of this unit compared to other similar units.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought the product for my garage for storage of tins and dry packaged food. Initially disappointed with the shelf material…..mdf sheets….should have read the spec. However not deterred I bought some mdf treatment, treated the shelves, assembled the product and loaded it with produce.

My garage like many others with electrical white goods can suffer with condensation so this would be a test for the shelves. A desk fan sorted the condensation on the cold nights but more importantly the shelves survived the winter. No mould on the shelves only a slight warping but nothing drastic.

Once assembled the product is pretty sturdy and I suspect will last for many years. The mdf shelves are still on probation though. It is what it is for the money and serves its purpose.

For all my doubts I bought a second set of shelves! However don’t make the schoolboy error I did, the second set was exactly the same except 10 cms less wider, again quickly read the spec and thought it was the same, couldn’t be bothered sending them back and they now stand together serving their functional purpose.

I have already recommended to family members.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEasier to put together than using nuts and bolts. You get 8 plastic feet, but be gentle because they are brittle. A mallet will shatter them. I got to fit the 4th and thought I had the knack but smashed it. Not too worry there are 8.

The legs are not adjustable so any uneven surface needs to leveled / packed.

I did not look until I finished but the holes for attaching to the walls are not on both ends of the verticals so take care and ensure they are where you want them. Saying that I just used a metal drill bit and created my own on one post.

Much heavier than expected and feels more robust than my previous shelving unit which had been around for 25 years. I suspect this one will last just as long. My only doubt would be the wood shelves so we shall see if they warp over time, but you could put your own shelves in.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought for garage storage. I took a tip and varnished the shelves prior to assembly as the garage can get cold and damp during winter. The principle of sliding/tapping all the components together is easy and straightforward. Practically speaking however on at least a dozen occasions during assembly the tongue part which fits through two slots missed the second slot and went the wrong side. This meant tapping the item back out and using a combination of techniques (twisting the shelf while fitting, hammering and holding the tongue in place above the second slot with a screwdriver) in order to get all tongues and all grooves/slots fitting together properly. So it took a few hours and some patience by myself. However now both shelving units are assembled they are great, they slotted together nicely as well.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersEasy to assemble – in the same way that stitching is “easy”. Simple enough but frustrating the entire time.

All the pieces slot in, but every single one of them screech, kick and fight you the entire way. The instructions say you should use a mallet IF needed. What they don’t mention is that you’ll need a new mallet by the end of it.

Assembly was like a horrible game of wack-a-mole, except in this game, the mole sometimes bends out of shape and you have to pull it out, bend it back to its original moleness and hammer again.

Once it’s all assembled, you need to hammer out all the dents you needed to make in order to assemble the damn thing. Extra points if you use a black Sharpie to cover the black paint that inevitably gets stripped away.

In hindsight, I should’ve just used a gallon of WD-40 instead of following the instructions.

I’ll try that with the second shelf and report back – when I get over the trauma of the metal rubbing on metal sound.

    Rant over.

    The shelves are nice.

4.0 out of 5 stars Like a shower hair trap. Annoying as hell, but damn does it work.
