Great range of effects
We bought the 20m set and put on a 5 foot tree. Probably too small a tree for the lights but the effects are brilliant and it’s great to link it to the other Govee lights and to use Alexa for control. Fab.
Great lights, super quality.
Can’t fault these lights in any way but at the price this should only be expected.

Pricey but grea
I like my Christmas tree to have a warm glow using coloured lights. I tried a new set of LED lights in 2022 and whilst beautiful and bright, the blues were just too overpowering and it also looked too cold. Since most new lights are going down the LED route I thought this was just something I was going to have to put up with until I found these Govee string lights.
Since they are fully customisable I have chosen light by light what colours I want to go where to get the perfect look I’m always after. My Christmas tree is in a bay window so when the sun shines through I usually turn the Christmas lights off because you can’t see them. With the Govee string lights I now leave them on because they can go very bright. They can also go very dim for the evening when I don’t want them to distract me.
Some people have complained about the white cable being obvious on a green tree. Yes you can see it but I don’t really have an issue there. Maybe that’s because I put tinsel on so it kind of blends into it, would it be worse without tinsel? I’m not sure, but it doesn’t bother me and worth it for the versatility of the lights.
I got them in the Black Friday sale for 59.99. Expensive for a set of string lights but if I get 4 or more years out of them I’ll be happy.
Nice, bright and easy to use.
These are easy to set up on the phone and in Google Home. The app provides a wide variety of styles and displays. I’ve only used Google Assistant to turn on/off and change colour so far. A little bit pricey so keep an eye out for offers.
Stunning Lights
Without a shadow of a doubt these are the best Christmas lights I have ever owned. So versatile, so bright, so easy to set up. So pleased I managed to get a set as everyone wants them & they are in short supply. Blown away!
You Cannot Go Wrong With Govee...
The first time I bought these lights, and WOW I am amazed at how bright they are, and the amount of control you have over them with the app, there is literally hundreds of different patterns to choose from at the touch of a button and the lights react to your chosen pattern. You are spoilt for choice and there is a pattern for every occasion honestly. I certainly highly recommend them and will purchase another set when they become available, maybe another 2 sets, they are the best xmas lights ive seen, you wont be disappointed either. You can even schedule then when to come on, amazing huh? and so much more.
THE best christmas lights!!
These lights are the third Govee lights that we have purchased and we are REALLY impressed. As with the LED strip lights that we had previously, using the app for Govee lights is super simple. Joining the lights to the WiFi and to the app is really easy too. Once they are added you can give them a name and speak via Alexa (we do this using a Echo and Show devices) to turn them on / off, change the colour change the brightness etc. I cannot fault these lights at all, other than they are quite pricey but I think you get what you pay and these lights are great!

Beautiful lights
I bought these for the Christmas tree because I liked the idea of dimming them but they are so good and seemlessly integrated with my other govee products that I’m using these ones as an add on to my TV back light and I will buy more for the tree. As with all govee products they are bright, saturated and easy to install/setup.

Amazing lights
These are made to put around a tree and comes in a roll. The wire is thick and feels very sturdy and is quite bright. Its also rgbic so it allows you to have multiple colours set through the app. Can also be used year round for other decorations to reputable brand hence the price but your getting a quality product that is gonna last some time.
