He did feel inclined to tell me that Grey Goose is actually an American company though, and using the French facade to make the vodka more appealing and ‘upmarket’. Whether the vodka is truly smoother than others or if it’s just placebo, we had a good time with it.
Perfect last minute birthday prese This was a perfect last minute Birthday present for my wife. It was cheaper than buying it from our local supermarket and meant I didn’t have to leave the house. Arrived in good time, with no damage. Perfect!
Great for cocktails You can definitely tell the difference in cocktails. Tastes much smoother than the others. If you like lime, I would recommend mixing it with freshly squeezed lime juice, a bit of lime cordial and lemonade. Drink the mix chilled (with ice), very refreshing!

COVID Relief As with many around the world dealing with COVID i turned to this – i’m not ashamed either, My kids, yep i love them , but after days locked up with them, i have a new respect for teachers and anyone else that has to deal with my darling spawns of Satan* for hours on end during the week. I am sorry I put this on you. how on earth you don’t have these stashed in the back of your arts and craft draws in the classrooms i have no clue.

It is a higher price point, but its worth every penny and Amazon will always be cheaper than your supermarkets, even when they have their offers on. We love it so much we’ve even bought novelty Jeroboams of it for special events with LED base lights to get that VIP club feel at home!

Grey Goose is a beautifully smooth vodka which you can drink on its own or whip up a classic Grey Goose Cosmo or Vodka Martini with. This vodka has very citrusy undertones which is generally why it is a bit easier to drink neat than many other vodkas out there.
It’s expensive, sure, but if you aren’t a fan of the harsher kick that many vodkas bring to the taste buds and you fancy a bit of a treat, then Grey Goose is one of the best easy-drinking vodkas you’ll find on the supermarket shelves.
Makes lesser vodkas taste like lighter fluid in compariso Very smooth, premium vodka. I drink it neat from the freezer in a small shot glass. Just sips. To each his own but I do think it is best drunk on its own where its creamy flavour really shines – especially at this premium price point. There is no harshness to it at all, very smooth.
I do not like the budget brands like Smirnoff and would never drink it neat. My preferred lower cost vodka for mixing is Russian Standard which is regularly on offer in the supermarkets and is a quality spirit. It’s also good as a base for making your own vodka flavours.

Overhyped average at bes
I cannot say it is bad, but it certainly doesn’t live up to the hype.
I find Grey Goose to have an astringent aftertaste that even comes through when mixed with powerful supporting ingredients.
It is certainly worth a try, so that you can judge for yourself
