These straps are durable, solid, and I love the bright colour – which is perfect if you need to bring attention to them.

We’ve used these now a few times for various things – ranging from “compressing” a mattress to take it to the tip (and to fit it in the car!), lashing wood together to transport on the roof rack back from the builder’s yard, and just this morning we used them to tie-down some tarpaulin over builders sacks to keep them dry until the weekend.

Amazing quality, really versatile, and great price. At around 13 at the time of review, these are very much recommended.

Used these straps to secure some furniture in the back of a rented van and they worked really well. Can’t comment on the load capacity as the furniture was nowhere near the max load, but am happy with them. Recommended!

These are pretty much as you’d expect for a pair of two piece ratchet straps.
The hooks, ratchets and straps all seem good and strong. The ratchet parts are maybe a little cheaper feeling than I’d like at this price, but everything works as expected so no real complaints.

I get through ratchet straps, not because I wear them out, but because I buy so many that are rubbish and just don’t work. Often cheaper ones can just spring open without warning, especially on trailers where the road can be a bit bouncy.

These so far have been great. You have to remember to lock them into the closed position when you tighten them and they seem to stay put. They are good quality too. The straps are heavy duty and I believe they can hold 800KGs. The ratchet mechanism is also nice. Compared to some more expensive ones I have these are smoother and just felt better quality. The rubber handles are a nice touch too, making it less likely to hurt your hands.

When towing something like a dinghy I do tend to put a zip tie around the mechanism too, just to ensure it doesn’t spring open. This is from years of using poor ones springing open and ending up flying off into a field!!! I guess, but these I would have a lot of confidence in.

I do like the colour too, it helps me find them more easily in my box of ropes and straps!!!

Hopefully won’t be buying any more for a while!!!

A pretty well made ratchet strap. Reasonable quality for the price. It depends on your definition of heavy duty but I wouldn’t be strapping down a vehicle with these. I wouldn’t do much more than a pallet of bricks. They are ideal for what I’ll use them for, strapping kayaks, timber, tip runs etc.

Nice ratchet movement and strap and hold solidly. I’ve certainly bought worse, for more money. These are the 800kg straps.

4.0 out of 5 stars "Heavy duty" might be pushing it.

These look and feel decent enough quality. These are very similar to a set of 4 my son bought very recently.

    The price seems fairly reasonable.

One big issue with this listing is the fact that we think some of photos are obviously fake / photoshopped. This cold be very misleading, especially using skinny straps to secure very heavy things.
