I was tired of chasing my other big pans all over my glass top stove, afraid that one day I’d lose control of it and splash Hot grease all over myself! Have never owned cookware of this caliber (in my 70’s) and had to think hard about this purchase. Used it today and it’s absolutely Perfect! Heavy enough to sit still, heats up Fast & Evenly, when I raise or lower the cooking temperature it is so much quicker, the Lid on this pan is wonderful as well! I don’t regret this purchase at all and plan to add more pieces as I’m able to! No need to think about it Hexclad cookware is a must for your kitchen!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love the weight, dual handles the size and the lid with hole for steam escape. I have roasted two different times a wonderful black Angus, grass fed prime rib. That was 5 pounds each. They both turned out perfectly. Love pan that you can use on stove top and in oven. I use it almost every night. From poached salmon, chicken thighs and legs for one person. It practically cleans itself. I just wipe it out with paper towels and easy wash and dry.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis pan with its high sides and large size makes it the most useful pan I own. I’ve used it for frying (less spatter), roasting and steaming . Because it has a lid, Ive even used it for making pasta. No need for water to be deep; just deep enough to cover pasta. The water boils more quickly so the pasts is done sooner. It’s a bit expensive but its versatility certainly justifies the cost.

It was a terrible idea to buy this pan. I bought it when there was a lightning deal going on. I bought it because I was looking for a deep pan that didn’t have the tapered edges. I wanted the 90 degree sides, nonstick, and a pan large enough to cook for several people. This pan looked like it would check all the boxes and let me tell you, it doesn’t disappoint!! We fell in love with how easy to clean it is. The amount of food that fits in this pan is unfathomable, and it cooks the food evenly too! Which isn’t something that can be said about all larger pans.
I end up using this pan for the majority of my cooking. Large and small meals alike.
After we started using it, we made the decision to start switching all of our cookware to Hexclad.. it’s going to be a slow process, but it’s going to be worth it.

I had came across this pan when I was searching for Hexclad pans. I honestly did not want to spend $200 on a single pan without a lid. I had compared reviews from both this pan, and Hexclad. I honestly wasn’t a difference between the 2.
Further more research, I felt as if Hexclad was sold for the name and not the use. So I basically compared them to yeti which is a brand of low quality and high pricing.
I purchased my cooksy pan a few months ago and fell in love quickly. The pan cooks evenly, non stick, as well as metal utensil safe(I cannot bring myself to test that.)
The pan will literally wipe out with a paper towel. I have used this pan a decent amount but yet it still looks brand new.
I am very happy I made the choice to try this pan and save the money. I was going to test it and return if I was unhappy. But all it took was one cook and I knew I had made a great decision.
I will be moving into a larger apartment soon and plan to add to my collection from this brand.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis pan is incredible and is true to its word. it’s gorgeous, easy to clean, distributes heat well, and is totally non-stick. that I can use metal on it? amazing. It’s huge so I can cook for a large group and it easily goes from stovetop to oven. so versatile and pretty. The handles aren’t perfectly easy to touch when hot, but it’s much better than most. I love this pan and will buy more in this line. you cannot go wrong.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis pan lives up to all the hype! Yes you need to season the pan, but then it is an amazing stick free pan that is easy to clean. I thought it was a bit big at first but now I think it is perfect for frying, saut and cooking anything that needs a high walled pan. To saut vegetables and then add shrimp and my pasta. This pan works perfectly and keeps everything in the pan. I like it so much I purchased this pan for my two daughters as well.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is why I love Amazon. You can review and then decide what to buy. I now have an 8 inch HexClad Hybrid Nonstick and a 7-quart Hexclad to cook my vegies in. Amazon gives you the choice. Here is a hint. You get what you pay for. These 2 pans will outlive me. Ten stars.

Update: I threw into the 7-quart a bunch of raw vegies, creamed mushroom soup and teriyaki sauce. Holly cow. It all cooked fantastic. And there was no worry about anything spilling over because it the perfect height. Much fast and better than a crock pot and so clean. Well done, Hexclad. I love great products that work, it was well worth the extra money.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI cannot claim to have even average cooking skills. I wanted to do a perfect fried egg…. or at least pretty good on a truly nonstick pan. I’ve had several pans over the years that claimed to be, but never were even close to nonstick. After watching several info videos on it, I purchased just this one Hexclad pan as a birthday present to myself as it’s fairly expensive. First I fried cut up new potatoes to see how even the heat was on my 7-inch burner with the 12-inch pan. I did take the info ads advice to use low to medium heat, electric stove setting 5 and then 6 out of 10. The coin potatoes fried beautifully and evenly over the whole 12 inches. Removed potatoes and cracked 3 eggs separately over pan and ended up with 3 separate and beautiful over easy eggs. NO STICKING AT ALL with small amount of olive oil. Easy to clean. LOVE THIS PAN. Size will be great for oven as well as stovetop.

Pan is very large and holds a lot. Items did stick a bit but the pan is new and has only been oiled once. Looking forward to using it more.

Although these pans are expensive, they are very nice to use. the cleanup was the fastest I’ve had with any pan. The bake on food literally washed off without any scrubbing. I’ve only used a couple of times, but I already love them.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHave cooked 3 lbs ground meat or 20 scrambled eggs at a time for burrito and it turned out great. Have also tried 15 curry chicken legs in one go. Easy to clean.
