This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this product, it works perfectly and lasts a while, I can usually get 3 charges to 100% from empty with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It’s a great size for travelling and comes with a pouch to protect it.
Power bank charger reques
Hello there – I am sorry I am actually trying to reach out to the seller but couldn’t find the option to so do. This is my second power bank from yourself. The first one was fab. Worked very well and very handy! Perfect of travel!
This second one I bought in August as a spare I have used 2-3 times as it was a spare but its not working at all after a couple uses and some kind of smokey smell appears. It could be faulty some how and I’m wondering if I can be sent a replacement as this was quite an expensive item for me. Thank you

A useful back-up when out & abou
I bought this for my teenage daughter for Christmas who, being 17 is often out & about. I’d noticed on Life360 quite a few times her phone said she had <10% battery. I want her to be contactable in case she is in an emergency so bought her this. I have one myself too - never have to worry about running out of charge now.
Great charger on the go
I ordered this charger after a recommendation from a friend. I have to say once I got received the charger, and started using it, its been amazing. I’ve managed to charge my Pixel 7 Pro 3 times from a low battery to full charge.
The only thing I would say to be aware of that it does take time to charge the powerbank, but once done, you won’t be disappointed by the performance. As an added bonus it comes with a nice case to hold the powerbank and the charging cable!
Does the job
I bought this as a Secret Santa gift for a colleague who kept borrowing another colleague’s power bank to charge her mobile. The internet is full of power banks but I particularly wanted one that was sourced in the UK not one that was going to take a month to get here! I finally came across this one and liked the spec and the fact that delivery was within a couple of days. My colleague has now used it and is absolutely thrilled with its chargeability and the fact that it can be used for any device she has. She particularly (as do I) like the paw print which shows how much charge is left in the power bank, which is completely neon blue when fully charged to 1 pad of the paw showing neon blue when only 25% charge remains. The look, weight, milliampere-hour (mAh) being 10,000 therefore holding the charge longer, the soft power bank travel pouch, USB-C charging cable and the box it’s presented in and the reasonable cost definitely makes this product (for general use) a better one than many more expensive ones that do not to come with a charging cable and has less mAh. I am very happy with this purchase as is my colleague.
