I have been sleeping on this mattress weeks now, not too soft or too hard, the memory form give the support to my back well, nice sleep experience very comfortable.
The mattress was very sturdy when I opened it. There was no smell when I opened the package, and there was no problem with the size. I slept on it for a week and it was very comfortable. The quality is very good and can be supported without making any noise. It is worth the price.
Bought this for my son, it is pretty good. We have the more expensive king size and another single, but this cheaper one is still pretty good and no complaints.
The fabric is soft and comfortable to the touch. It doesn’t smell, and it’s the right thickness. Turning over doesn’t make any noise. It’s resilient. It won’t collapse. It’s comfortable to sleep.
so far so good.it seems the width is slightly low to the one I ordered. Over the course of a minute or two the mattress expands to size – it is advised you leave it for a good period of time before use, so better to do early in the morning and leave all day.
We use the mattress for our four year old son, it’s clean, well made and has the usual safety labels.
The mattress is comfortable though I would class it as firm, it is closer to hotel style mattresses than a typical softer plus one.
Been using this mattress for a month now and it is amazing, delivery was as expected, fast and well packed, Mattress is thick, comfortable and supportive, no more back pains which is incredible, I’m so happy that having good night sleep recently . Thumbs up

I bought this double mattress about month ago and it arrived really quickly just in 2 days . It is very good price and it has been very comfortable since I got it on my bed . It’s very supportive of my back. I would recommend this.
I bought this for my daughter’s bed. This bed was delivered by rolled up . I was initially think this would be too soft ,but it surprised me when opened up.It is thick and hard which just what I want .It would be used for at least 10years and with no smell at all. This helps for teenager’s body development.
Touching cosy, laid back is comfortable and not sink, medium firm is good for me, when I wake I was not feeling back pain as usual. Another one is important is no bad smell. This is very important.
Also inflated quick but I still leave it for two days after unpacked.
Delivery is quick and security.
The mattress I have received is perfect! It is extremely comfortable and soft each time you lay or sleep on it. Setting it up was slightly challenging because of the weight but it has a huge pay off once you use the mattress! The material is also soft and comfortable, almost like you are on a cloud! I would 100/10 recommend this to everyone!
I planned to use it in my guest room , but my cat made awful mess in my bed and luckily I had it instead . This mattress is not very thick compare to my previous one, feeling more firm . I had slept on it for almost a month and at beginning feeling a bit stiff when I get up, after about two weeks I totally used to it and feels ok. The price is great, I had this brand for many years and tried different models, this brand never let me down . This model might not the best ,but is a good buy .
I was initially happy with mattress until a few months later Spring in the mattress is defective and is causing pain to my lower back. Spring quality is unsatisfactory and has caused the mattress surface to be uneven. Will contact infonia customer service to raise this, as this is unacceptable and unsafe.

After using this mattress for a few days I started to get used to it. This is the first time I have bought a mattress online and I was a little worried when I received it because it was rolled up flat and in a vacuum pack. When you cut the vacuum bag it will return to a normal mattress. The first impression is that it is moderately soft when you are lying flat on the bed and only collapses a little, but when you sit on it it feels very soft. It took a few weeks to get used to it but it is quite a comfortable mattress, it’s definitely on the firm end of the scale but not so firm that it feels uncomfortable.
To give you a bit of context I’m 6ft tall and about 87 kg, my butt sinks about 2 or 3 cm into it but otherwise the rest of me is flat, there is a small layer of memory foam which explains why it’s not super firm and why I sink a little into it, but I’m quite happy with that as I didn’t want a super firm mattress.
I can get a good night’s sleep on it, I don’t feel the springs or feel uncomfortable, very good mattress for the price, but I don’t think you could get better even with a more expensive one.
Hope this review will help you to decide as I know buying a mattress online is a difficult decision when taking into account the possibility of it not being suitable or perhaps even manufacturing flaws, which Incidentally happened to me previously.

I ordered the firm king size mattress after testing similar mattresses in well known bed shops and I do not regret this purchase. I move around a lot in my sleep and will position myself on my front, back and side at different times of the night, and it is really supportive for all of my body in the different positions.
Some mattresses can get too hot, but this mattress regulates temperature well. It was cool over the summer and perfect now in Autum/winter (not too hot or cold).
I would recommend this mattress to others, I have now learned that you don’t always have to buy a super expensive mattress from one of the big retailers. This mattress surpassed my expectations and for a great price.
Update – March 2024: I’m still so happy with this mattress. It still feels the same now as it did when I bought it years ago. Definitely my best purchase from Amazon ever.
We are still very happy with this mattress. Comfortable, no broken springs and still no sagging.
Update 29/10/19:
So we’ve had this mattress a little over two months and so far, no issues.
Any new/chemical smell has long gone and we cannot feel the springs at all.
So far it’s holding up really well; no sagging or dipping.
My husband and I spent many hours looking for a short term mattress to replace our one and settled on this one eventually.
It’s not a magic cure for all your aches and pains – it won’t solve any back issues you overnight. It has certainly not made them any worse though! The mattress is comfortable and took no time at all to inflate to a point you could sleep on it. I’d say now, 48 hours later, it is at its full inflation.
Felt the springs on the first night because I don’t think it was fully ready to sleep on but since then, not at all. I have read some of the reviews and I can see that some people may be more sensitive and will feel the springs but no more than any spring mattress which isn’t under 1000 I’ve found! Definitely not enough to interrupt sleep.
It’s a good mattress for the price. Thick, comfortable without a topper and fits into our double bed frame perfectly. I’ve also found it to be a lot cooler than memory foam which is a bonus as I sleep very hot and suffer in the night due to medication.
Very pleased and would recommend based on it so far. Any changes to this and I will try and remember to update the review.
Edit – no chemical smell which I know people have mentioned. Even when I stuck my nose right on it. Just what I would call a “new” smell. Like new carpet or a new car.
I’ve seen vacuum packing before but this is next level. It looks more like a big lilo when you see it.
My tips for installation are as follows. Open the top of the box on the floor and let gravity help it slide out a little. Lay the box flat and then slide the mattress out. The mattress is rolled up in TWO layers of cellophane. Place the mattress on the awaiting bed near the foot. The 2 layers do 2 different jobs. The 1st layer simply stops the mattress from springing open. Unroll this layer first. You will see it start to roll out still in it’s flattened state. As the 1st layer comes away the air starts to slowly seep in and you will see the mattress inflate but it won’t fully inflate until you cut into the main bag. You will see your mattress unfolds upside down but that’s actually helpful because to remove the big bag once cut open you slide the bag out as you’re flipping it. The supplied knife is great as it’s a safety blade so you can’t actually accidentally cut the mattress or yourself. It is currently still slowly expanding. They say 24 to 72 hours to fully expand so I am taking the time to clean the new bedding etc and I’ll stay in the spare room letting it do it’s thing.
There is no bad smells or anything from the mattress. So far a great experience. I will update in a few weeks.
The mattress is currently upstairs ‘resting’ after it’s journey. I tried it out & I can report that it is in fact firm, you cannot feel the springs, nor can you hear the springs when bouncing or moving around & I am a big built woman!
The mattress is very heavy & the thickness is quite impressive. A standard fitted sheet does just about fit it though. There was hardly any smell upon opening the plastic & it sprung to life immediately! When sitting on the edge of the bed I didn’t find the sides collapsed much at all.
I have included some photos of the mattress straight after unboxing. I have also included a video of the (fun) plastic removal & I also tried to demonstrate the fact that when moving around it won’t affect the person sleeping on the other side. (During the demonstration I had my electric blanket bottom sheet on the bed).
Overall I am very pleased with the mattress so far & I am very much looking forward to bed time! I will update my review after sleeping on it for the first 4 weeks or so.

We changed it early on a Sunday morning, which gave it plenty of time to settle before going to bed later that night. As I unfurled it on the bed, it looked pathetic, to be honest, in it’s vacuum pack, thinner than an average quilt, but making an ominous slight hissing noise.
Using the provided safety knife, I made a quick incision and sliced along the edge, and before I knew it, boom, full sized mattress hissed it’s way up onto the bed frame. Ok, it didn’t boom, but you get my meaning?
After a few hours the top of it became more and more puffed out, producing a very comfy top layer, and we couldn’t wait to try it out, for SLEEP, before anyone gets the wrong idea! For a couple of years now, me and the wife have been suffering lower back pain, caused by our old mattress, and immediately on that first night I knew we had a cracking mattress. I no longer have that niggling lower back pain. The wife took a bit longer to get used to it, but now she is saying she’s free of back pain too.
For the price, it is WELL worth taking a gamble this will sort your sleep issues out, because it WILL. I am surprised how such a robust mattress can be vacuum packed down to a pancake flat, easily shippable item. It is much thicker than our old ‘Dreams’ mattress too, which became more of a nightmare than a dream, to be honest, not that long after paying over 400 for it, about 10 years ago, well over twice what this mattress cost!
Based on our EARLY impressions, I highly recommend this mattress.
After having a good look round I decided this looked ideal with the claim of 7-zone spring systems that are scientifically proven to align the spine and directly combat back aches and pains I thought it could help improve my back. The mattress arrived in a big and very heavy box with the mattress being tightly sealed in a vacuum packed plastic having a little plastic release knife that avoided damaging the surface when opening.
Once I ran the opening tool down the seam the mattress instantly expanded into full size and easily slid into place, the quality looked very nice and it felt very solid so I made the bed up ready for a night’s sleep, I had not realised how bad my old mattress had got until I started using this one and the difference was like chalk and cheese, the mattress is not too soft and not too hard it sort of hugs your body without you sinking into it if that makes sense.
I have been using the Inofia mattress for a month now and it really is superb, my back pain has eased off considerable and I am getting a good uninterrupted night’s sleep, my wife who was very dubious about it even more so when she saw it arrived in a long box rather than flat is now completely convinced in its quality and attributes.
Overall I am very pleased with this mattress and it certainly delivers great quality, I don’t understand all the technical aspects such as having a 7-zone spring system or pocket springs and how they work but I really don’t need to as long as it works and it does, it’s comfortable and very supportive and I would not hesitate to recommend it especially to anyone having back issues like mine.
