Ideal for 2 or 3 devices
Easy to toggle between 3 devices, thanks to the three white buttons that stand out so prominently. It’s great to have only one keyboard instead of two. Also, unlike with other keyboard products, if you need to toggle between 2 or more languages on an iPhone and/or iPad, the key assignments are exactly where they should be according to the Apple standard. Moreover, the keys are pleasant to touch and highly responsive upon first touch, and it’s good to have conveniently accessible audio functions that are ideal for language learning purposes (e.g. listen -stop – repeat – continue ).
Good wireless keyboard
It is really good and it has o specific buttons for changing the connection to laptops easily, which is really good when you share the desk with someone else. The only downside is that when you use capital letters there is no light or indicator that this is turn on.
Usual quality
This is an updated version of what is a decent, well priced and reliable keyboard. These often hit the sales, so if you need a keyboard add it to your list.
The size is fine for my averagely sized hands for what that’s worth.
I have two of these which is more of a better reflection of its quality.
Really great little keyboard
Needed a replacement compact keyboard for my home office, and opted for this after a bit of research. Glad I made this choice. The keys are perfectly spaced, and it feels really nice to type on. Also, it is not too noisy. It feels robust made, and the connection to my laptop has been perfect over the last month. It was very simple and easy to pair, and I was working within 30 seconds of taking it out of the packaging. No faff or fuss. There is no lag or delay during any typing input (something my previous keyboard struggled with). I work full time from home, and so far the battery is stacking up perfect after a full month of use. Would definitely recommend.
You NEED this keyboard/mouse combo if you're constantly switching between computers, etc.
I do a lot of different projects, with different pieces of hardware, and having a million keyboards laying around really grinds my gears. So I decided to get this Pebble Mouse/ Keyboard combo and I am very glad I did. Both the keyboard and the mouse are of exceptional quality, and with the push of a button, I can switch between my Raspberry Pies, my PC, my Phone, or what ever I have connected it to. Fully recommend. However, it should be noted that the LOGI ‘dongle’ (used to connect via the 2.4 hz connection) is not included, and must be purchased separately. I will admit, this did annoy me, and I think I paid 12 for the dongle. But if you are only using a bluetooth connection (easy to connect, and very stable) then you will not need the dongle. The mouse has a magnetic top that is easily removed, and there is a ‘slot’ for the dongle to be stored within the mouse when you aren’t using it.
Neat and effective
This keyboard, Pebble Keys 2 K380s has turned out to be a great choice- comfortable to use and solidly built. It does not feel cheap as some people have said. It’s a good size for my restricted desk space. I work on various documents including music scores so I need room for papers. I use Linux Mint 21.2 with HP EliteBook 380 G2 (2015) laptop and 27″ monitor. The Bluetooth connection is very reliable so far. When I come back to it and the machine is asleep, it takes one or two keystrokes to wake up, but then is very solid. Can’t comment on battery life – I am only 5 days in. One thing I was concerned about, that I would miss keys, PgUp, PgDn, Home and End. However I have found these are provided by the fn and arrow keys. There is no caps lock key indicator light, but it’s not been a problem so far. F2 did not work in LibreOffice Calc (like Excel) but I found I can press fn-F2 to get this. It’s small enough to use in bed so I can use the monitor like a TV. I am really pleased!
Fab multi-use mini keyboard
This is a great little keyboard. The pebble keys are very ergonomic and your fingers kind of find the keys really easily. I love the option of pairing the keyboard with up to three different devices, and it is so easy to switch between them (e.g. TV and iPad and PC/Mac). It was more expensive than I wanted, but I wanted something that was compact, robust and with good battery life, and this keyboard fits all those requirements.
The Logitech K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard is built for those of us who have a desk that has more than one device which requires a keyboard.
The keyboard itself is comfortable to type on with responsive keys that are well spaced. It’s thin and light and feels a bit like an Apple magic touch keyboard. It has a nice set of function keys that manage to cover the CTRL ALT etc of Windows and the Option Command buttons of a Mac or iPad at the same time, which I appreciated as I use my work laptop with Windows and Mac Mini with this keyboard, alongside using it for an iPad.
The way it works is by having a set of the first three Function buttons at the top work as a set of bluetooth connection buttons at the same time. Press one for a few seconds and it lights up ready to pair, once paired you simply press it to pair to the device or press one of the other buttons to pair to another device. This means you can flip between devices that are on without mistakenly typing on the wrong one. It works incredibly well.
The keyboard is powered by 2 AAA batteries which are included. So far they’ve lasted fine but it’s early days, though based on other Logitech products I own, this will last a long time on a single set.
The only thing I’d like to see is a version that has a numberpad on the side rather than the smaller tenkeyless model here. Other than that this is a great keyboard I can recommend to anyone.
Love this keyboard, but there’s been a couple of defects so far. Had to replace the first order because of a broken key. The second one has faded button printing on 5 keys so some keys can’t hardly be read. Apart from this, it’s great. Quick and easy to connect to three devices, easy switching between, easy to type on despite circular buttons – I actually like these keys, spacing between keys are good, lightweight, battery has lasted so far. Definitely recommend and would order another.
Great Keyboard With Quiet Keys
Pros:
– Small. Very portable and great for smaller desks
– Stylish: looks sleek and modern on desk
– Easy to set up
– Great for use with Apple products and PC
Cons:
– Small. This keyboard is not great for larger hands. I’m a woman with relatively small hands and I find it easy to type on. My partner hates this keyboard as it’s too small for his hands. I guess it depends on how tall/large you are and how big your hands are.
– This is being very fussy I know, but the colour annoys me a little. It’s not a true white but more of a cream. If you’re into aesthetics and looking fo a pure white keyboard, you may be disappointed.
– Numbers are across the top, laptop style. I know this can irritate some people but it doesn’t really affect me but something to consider.
Overall, this is a lovely little keyboard. I like that I can use different products (Apple and PC) and it connects easily. I use this predominantly for work with a PC. However, I do also use it with my iPhone and it’s very easy and handy. It’s a small keyboard which is great for me and makes it very portable. I also bought the pebble mouse and they both work together seamlessly and look nice together on my desk.
