A really nice smelling face scrub, that seems to work well. You can feel the freshness on your face and it’s always consistent in how is feels and smells. Recommended, and good value.
Whether it be first thing in the morning or last thing at night, I’ve never bothered with face cream/scrubs before. I chose L’Oreal because I always go for their deoderant roll-ons, so I thought why not give this a try. The scrub texture gives a good, gritty feeling when applied and it has a nice rejuvenating smell, it leaves my face feeling great.

Good brand / is it everything – No but it’s cheap and I suppose it’s doing a job better than water and soap – grit pieces are ok but I doubt it will last long

I have been using this for a few months now, primarily in the shower before shaving..I am very impressed so far. Exfoliates and cleans well giving me a better shave afterwards…
One word of caution, MAKE SURE TO THOROUGHLY RINSE OFF as these micro particles can cause nasty sores in the form of clogged pores. I have even resorted to using a pad & micellar water when finished just to be sure..otherwise great produc

I’ve been using this for many months now and its truly been incredibly impressive. After daily use my skin feels soft,fresh and super clean it is my go to face wash. Top tip,use this then wash it off,shave then finish off with moisturiser. After a week of daily use my skin is super soft and looks so much better. Get it while its on offer too!

It’s a exfoliating wash, which really helps smooth out the skin and remove dirt and grime.
You don’t need to use a lot, so even at full price this is a good buy but at the current 50% of offer, it’s an absolute bargain!

I have been using L’Oreal Men Expert products for some while now but this is the first time I have tried their face scrub.
This is an exfoliating scrub and new users should be aware that it contains tiny grainy particles that help to fully cleanse the skin. Always ensure this product doesn’t get into the eyes and take care to clean the face thoroughly to ensure all traces of the little exfoliating grains is removed – damp cotton wool balls I found to be the easiest for this.
In use, it takes a little while to cleans and then fully clean off the skin but the results are particularly good. Priced at only 2.38 at the time of this review, and given only a small amount of the product is needed to be used each time, I find this to be excellent value and a sensible addition for all male grooming.
I bought this “Deep Exfoliating Face Scrub” to exfoliate my skin in order to get a closer shave with a double-edged razor.
It exceeded my expectations, and in fact the first time I used this product I achieved my first truly barbershop shave, something that seems repeatable as I have had truly smooth skin every time I have used the product.
With this in mind, I’ll continue to keep stocked up on this stuff as I have found it indispensable and has saved me from having to go back to cartridge/electric razors which are more cost prohibitive and seem to cause give me the odd pimple.
So aside from shaving, upon rinsing the stuff from my face after giving a good minute or two of rubbing it around, my skin does seem clearer and cleaner. This is because the micro-beads (which are biodegradable in L’Oreal products, otherwise I would be looking for an alternative) cause friction which removes dead skin and other undesirable things. With that said, my skin does not feel sore or dry after using this product.
The scent of the product is rather nice, the ingredients list limonene which is a citrus scent, but to me this product has more of a sea smell to it, I can’t quite put my finger on it but it is mild and pleasant.
So in conclusion, I don’t have anything bad to say about this stuff. L’Oreal is a top notch brand and I guess the rest of their men-expert and barberclub range has piqued my interest. Will definitely consider buying more of these products in the future.
