I ordered this mid December and it has very light use but has been brilliant for when we needed it and reliable. It suddenly stopped working last week, it will charge up but it will not power anything anymore. I would like to reach out to the seller for trouble shooting but I cannot find any details.
Works well with Samsung
Although it wasn’t advertised for Samsung it works well on my S23 ultra. Although about 20mm thick it connects to my mag mount case with a good grip and is short enough not to cover the cameras. The charging ports and display are on the bottom so you can see how much charge it has without taking it off.
Great little charge
Perfect for iPhones as it utilises the magnetic connection. So easy to use just pick up and it magnetically connects to iPhone and begins to charge automatically. Can also use usb and C to charge other items through cables.
Great produc
It is very handy to have one of these but you can charge your phone once. Basically if you have 10% battery left it will take 90% of the battery bank. It is handy as you can just move around or keep your phone topped up.

Absolute must have battery!
I have three of these now. I bought one and the other half kept using it. So then decided to get another and the children use that so then bought a third and not sure how long until I have to buy a 4th. They have a good stand so you can have the phone on view on the desk for easy access. They are not chunky so you can slip one in your jacket pocket on your way out. The other half keeps hers in her bag every time she goes out. We leave them all in a central place so that you can always have one to grab. Very good value and I would highly recommend you get two or more of these as you become quite dependant on then if you have a few iPhones in the household.

It does exactly what it says on the tin.
Fast MagSafe charging, sticks well to my iPhone and it’s fairly compact. Great for when I’m commuting and my phone battery needs a boost. It’ll be ideal for when I go camping and I’ll be able to charge it via a solar panel so it’s a win/win.
Its good shame about the stand coming off
I have an android phone so this will work with either apple of android, it also has a fabric/cardboard stand that unfortunately separated from the charger soon after purchase so I can no longer stand the unit up, apart from that it is a good charger.
Absolutely amazing product with great design! I love the colour as well! It’s small and compact and easy to carry around. Recently went on a holiday and this worked wonderfully for me. Easy to charge and had an indicator of the battery left which is very helpful. Charges quickly as well. On and off button, usb and usb-c ports and also wireless charging and they all worked great. It also had a nice little stand to keep it upright if placed on a desk. Overall fantastic product and great value for money, go get one!
Fiddly to charge
The power pack works fine but can be very finicky when you want to charge it. It doesn’t like being to cold (anything less that 10’C and it doesn’t function).
Edit (Jan 2024): hot temperatures (+30’C) are not ideal. Very much a temperate climate charger.
I like the percentage available digital display and the fact that it will tell you how much charge it has while it is charging.
Edit (Jan 2024): the display is so bright that it can be used as a torch! There is no way to turn it off, so when charging your device or charging the power pack you have a bonus super bright torch!! At night this is frustrating, so I make sure that the display is in contact with the wall or something to block the light.
The magnetic charge point is helpful and I like the small size of it. The stand is a nice touch.

Using already for about 3 months every day. It’s a great charger for my iPhone. Better than apple MagSafe.
The price is affordable and it’s charging 100% my phone. It’s not heavy, is alright – not bothering. It looks good on my phone. I have saved quite a lot money. Thank you, sure I will buy again. Highly recommended.
Brilliant MagSafe charge
This charger is really portable and handy, not too heavy and easy to use with a single cable for charging it or the iPhone. Best of all of course it snaps snugly onto the phone magnetically and stand it up too. It charges quickly and is good for a couple of iPhone charges so can easily provide power for a day and night away from home for a couple. Great value and a good fit with my iPhone 13 Pro max
Great charger, simple, lasting, small and effective
Pocket size, best magnetic connect, lasts long, very sturdy. Highly recommended. True value for price. Until now I used to buy Anker but they very heavy and bulky or expensive, this is just perfect.
Edit – have changed my star rating on this as despite not being able to contact the seller prior to my review, they have very quickly refunded me now which has allowed me to purchase another just in time for my holiday so hopefully this one will be fine but top marks for customer service. My son asked for this for Christmas but has rarely used it, until he decided to double check it all in preparation for our holiday next week. The bank is fully charged, but will only now charge his phone if it’s plugged into a power source (so basically pointless for taking out with us). It’s fully charged but the power button on the side simply does nothing unless the bank is plugged into a charger it’s literally stopped working. Really frustrating that there’s no way to contact anyone for support either as we are past the 30 day return.
