Perfect little media playe
I needed a device to stream music in my shop using the most common streaming services. I couldn’t afford to buy a second phone, so this was absolutely perfect. You can add an SD card to I crease the capacity too. The machine slows down slightly when full (I only noticed after I had 200+ hours of music downloaded) but it’s been incredible value for money.
Great for Pre phone kids
My 7 year old son loves this. We aren’t ready to give him a mobile phone yet but he loves his music so this is the perfect in-between tech for him. It has all the music apps – Amazon, Deezer, Spotify and more, plus social media (which we removed as didn’t want those). Great purchase.
Bluetooth sound issue?
Neat little unit with useful apps preloaded. My main issue with this device is that the volume when using Bluetooth headphones is abysmally low! Can’t see any way of rectifying this unfortunately, but will put up with it. Makers need to rectify this issue.

Battery life is amazing. Software optimised to improve this such as disabling wifi after some idle time when not in use.
Only real negative is the speaker is not great considering it’s a music playing device, but headphones work fine.

I subscribe to Apple Music and we use it across all our apple devices – for my daughter’s 9th birthday we wanted to get her a music player but we consume all our music through streaming now and Apple no longer do an iPod device that isn’t a phone or an expensive iPad. Searching online, this player turned out to be the cheapest and most effective way of listening to Apple Music on a non-apple device (also works with Spotify and other music platforms). Although the software is based on Android, it is a custom build from the manufacturer and you are reliant on them issuing updates. That means you can’t install any Android apps that you like and you are restricted to what the manufacturer includes. However, this was what we wanted as we wanted a simple, restricted device. Apple Music works great as do all the other apps included. You can restrict a child’s access to certain apps (eg. web-browsing with Google Chrome). My daughter loves her device – it has all the functionality we were looking for (primarily a portable music player to work with Apple Music) but also is limited enough that it hasn’t become a device she is fixated with (there is no social media etc on it). We bought the case too – probably not a requirement as it is a solid device but with young kids we thought it was safer. Highly recommend.
Update: After navigating Amazon website I found out how to contact the seller. I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with a supplier and within the week I have a replacement unit. So am now very happy as it is a very functional product. Thank you Lisa.
Purchased in Jan of this year, have only used this about 4 times at work while doing some tedious jobs, but now when I really need it to listen to some stuff, I put it on to charge and now it will not switch on at all. Absolutely gutted
Great decive for anyone that has a family member that isn't great with tech
I got this for my father to listen to music. I was able to delete any apps he did use or needed with ease. The screen size is perfect to be big enough to read the screen but not too big it is chunky. Would recommend it to anyone who wants an easy to use music player for someone or family member that isn’t good with tech but still wants that quality
I purchased this for use while out running as it is small but also has Spotify built in. I was most impressed by the range of apps installed (note although running android you cannot add other apps to the device) mostly aimed at music playback.
The acreen in surprisingly good for the size and cost of the player and is responsibe to touch.
The battery has lasted me a good few weeks of daily jogs, though I do power it down after use.
Bluetooth has been flawless and the sound is nice and balanced.

I have had an audible membership for years. When my San Disk I had “died” I decided to try something new. After much search I settled on this item. However when I got it I found I was linked with Audible.com. Now I have literally hundreds of books in my library and do listen to them . i contacted Audible.co.uk and although th chap was very nice I couldn’t do what he told me too. I contacted the company but they never got back to me. Fortunately my daughter came by and fixed the problem in minutes. All you need to do is go into settings and change the market place. Why don’t they say this, or better still have it set for the. UK market. When selling it here? The sound is great, no problems, easy to handle.
I’ve only been using it a couple of days, but so far so good. The sound quality is decent, no problem connecting to anything. I haven’t tried using the app to transfer files from Mac to player – I used an SD card reader instead, put the music on the SD card and then inserted it into the player.
i wanted this as a small dedicated i.e no distractions mp3 player for dog walks. Not interested in subscription services, just want to play my own music from an SD. This meets all my needs for that.
Only criticisms:
Takes a little while to boot up, but not too bad. Certainly not as a Samsung phone I’d been using
Would have been nice to have some sort of cover over the SD card slot. Think I will tape over that.
Exceptional customer service
I had a problem with the player more than 6 months after I bought it and I contacted customer service via Amazon. They bent over backwards to try to fix the problem remotely and when they couldn’t do that they sent me a replacement immediately. I was very impressed indeed. This is how customer service should be. My son loves the player as it allows him to listen to his own Spotify account. The problem arose because he uninstalled the app and couldn’t reinstall it. So not a hardware problem at all.
Great Innioasis Mp3 Playe
This was a replacement for an older mp3 player. I found it to be extremely easy to use. Music and video was easily uploaded, the battery will last for several days with routine use.
Quite impressed
I wasn’t going to spend quite so much on an MP3 player, but I’m glad I did. Mainly bought for the bluetooth function so I could hook it up to my speaker. This works great. The built in speaker doesn’t sound great, but you can tell what the song is. It is what it is I suppose. I haven’t had chance to hook it up to the sound system in my vehicle yet, but have no doubt it will function well there too. Overall I’m very pleased with it.
Proved to be an excellent buy
I have a full blown Sony player but wanted a relative inexpensive MP3 player with the capability of supporting Amazon Music and Audible whilst travelling abroad. Had a minor issue in getting the audible app to work but a tip for any buyer is to check the country setting. Mine was set to USA by default. Once corrected it worked fine. Download some audio books for when there is no Internet which is just what I wanted. In addition the after service is great with very prompt replies to my initial issue. Impressed.
I love this little gadge
I had been using my iPad and my phone to listen to audio books on audible. The problem with iPhone is no SD card so I wasn’t able to listen to any my of my own stuff. This is perfect for my music and audio books. There is a sleep timer in the music app too which is a great advantage. It’s not as easy to access as other apps I’ve used, but it is there. It’s a really nice size too, it’s like using a mini phone without the things you don’t need if you only want an MP3 player.
I was pretty sceptical. Cheap chi-fi can sometimes disappoint. A dap with most lossless music apps preloaded as well as audible, able to take a 1tb sd card, and LDAC Bluetooth for less than 65??!! Surely there’s a catch? This however doesn’t disappoint in any way. No gotchas, no catch. I have an all bells and whistles digital audio player but treasure it too much to take out. I wanted a small ‘basher’ dap that I could take out with me without worrying to much if it got dropped, damaged, lost or stolen. This little gem fits the bill perfectly. It comes preloaded with all the major music streaming apps and plays lossless music without issue on all. It also comes with audible preloaded which is an added bonus if like me you’re also addicted to audiobooks. All work perfectly. It took a 1tb micro sd card without issue and plays my flac library brilliantly using the preloaded Hiby Music app. Hiby Music isn’t quite as good as Poweramp which I use on my expensive DAP but still very good. You can eq to your heart’s content, and Hiby Music has the excellent MSEB for further tweaking. Only real drawback is that it doesn’t have much audio power. Can’t find any published ratings for Mwatts or VRMS, but this won’t drive anything but the most sensitive IEM’s and headphones. Anything less than easily driven IEM’s/phones and this will struggle. Tried it with my planar drivers and it was v dull and lifeless. With sensitive IEM’s it’s good. BT is also excellent. Especially as it has LDAC. All in all this is a feature packed DAP that punches well above it’s weight. I’d go as far as to say it’s a giant killer. You could conceivably forgo all the DAPS out there over 250 and just get this! I picked mine up on a special offer of 63. An absolute steal! Yes my expensive Dap with dual akm chips sounds better and has way more power for driving insensitive cans. Yes my expensive dap has full play store access allowing me to download any apps – which this doesn’t – but if I didn’t already own it, I’d be perfectly happy with this little diamond in the ruff. It’s a very well done cheap little DAP that performs exactly as promised and more importantly as needed. Very good indeed!
i have left this review for a while to be fair and honest, looked and looked at a lot till i took the plunge and reviews but you still have to jump in.
This a stunning looking gem some one commented on the case I agree it needs a dam good case to look after it, weight is surprising but good like a mini phone touch screen works well navigation is good.
sound I do not have top end buds but this picks up sounds or instruments on tracks I did not hear before level on sound good. Bluetooth works well and connects all the time 5.0 . you can set up your own music files as many playlists as you like but needs to be done on the mp3 but its no hardship single, loop repeats ect all available as said easy to load over from pc more you can do if you take the time.
Battery life is good sure using bluetooth will pull more but thats life but still charge time is not bad at all.
i use it for the fact of playing music and i am really impressed more expensive players am sure and cheaper but i am very pleased with this i had ipod it finally died but in fact this is way better .
if someone is looking at this give it a go i did am smiling a gave a 4 rating overall no bad reason dont want someone thinking its perfect but damm near i love my music and this so far loving i

I brought this for my autistic brother because my mum doesn’t want him having a phone 24/7, but musics helps calm him down from meltdowns. It is super helpful because he can only use it for Spotify and photos which we downloaded onto it for him.
Fantastic bit of ki
I was looking for a new Mp3 player that had Bluetooth and WiFi and found the Innioasis player I was a little bit sceptical at first because of the low price but I bit the bullet and ordered one, well what a fantastic little bit of kit it does everything I wanted and more, my wife was so envious of my new little pocket jukebox she brought one for herself and uses it everyday. It is great with Bluetooth earbuds.
Useful bit of kit!
Looked at quite a few mp3 players as I like to keep my music separate from my phone, and saw this. Surprisingly good little bit of kit and very easy to set up. Battery lasts a decent amount of time too. The ability to add and update apps would be appreciated and take it to another level, but for a simple mp3 player it performs well, and able to browse online too which is a bonus! I absolutely love this player! And the value for money is crazy too. Great sound quality, although it doesn’t support Hi-Res audio (but it doesn’t bother me, it still sounds great), battery life is great, it lasts for about 4 days give or take on WiFi through Spotify and wired headphones, if you use it to listen offline it lasts even much longer! And speaking of Spotify, you have that one plus all the other popular music streaming apps pre-installed (which you can uninstall if you don’t use some) so that’s fantastic! It comes in a nice, compact and lightweight format, perfect for when you’re either on the go, or just at home reading, studying, researching or just plain meditating/relaxing/sleeping. Couldn’t recommend this player more! This is an essential for me.

Fantastic Christmas Present for our 5yo So
We purchased this for our 5 year old sons Christmas and it is one of the best gifts we have bought him. We wanted something for him to listen to music as he loves it and this MP3 player ticked all the boxes! It looks modern, has a touch screen that our son is able to use with ease but is also very simple. Our son has his own wee playlist and really enjoys singing along while listening to his music. It only allows for pre-saved apps, which for us is a fantastic safety element for young children, like our son – as we have no fear that he will come across anything unsuitable.
Exemplary Customer Service
I experienced an initial issue as the Audio app defaults to the US version and consequently my UK User ID and password was not recognized. Before I worked this out I sent an e-mail to Innioasis not really expecting to receive a reply and, probably. to end up dealing with a bot. However I received a swift reply from an actual person with a real commitment to assist. I then experienced a further issue but once again my request for assistance was met with a swift and helpful response and there was real and genuine commitment to ensuring the issue was resolved and that I was fully satisfied.
Such an approach should not be as rare as it is increasingly is and I was highly impressed with the customer service experience I received
Got this primarily for the audible and the high – 1 Tb expansion. Eventually I got the audible app to work-after I told it I was a UK customer .Audible works well. However be aware that not all the 16Gb is accessible and this means , that although the descriptions and icons will be downloaded , the books will have to be selectively loaded as only a few can be fitted into the available memory. This is an audible problem as books cannot be loaded into the expansion SD card.
The audio volume is a problem -I use X-fi and Soundcore cans and its virtually inaudible at max volume an sound cancelling. Even the SonyWF-1000XM3 in ear are only marginally better. However with the addition of Volume booster GOODEV and its equaliser all is now very good. I find the music apps pretty dreadful and not at all user friendly-so I use VLC , Musio and Avee players. The alarm and timer features are also excellent.
Bought so I didn’t need to take my phone on long runs when wanting to listen to my music/podcasts/audiobooks offline via Amazon Music and Audible. It can be a bit slow to react on start-up, but other than that it’s a good MP3 with a clear screen, excellent battery life, crisp audio, and fits nicely in my pocket because it’s so small and light I hardly know it’s there.
Great little media player!
We bought this media player for our 11 year old and he is a huge fan! It’s easy to set up and use.
And it was very simple to remove any internet facing apps.
The USB C connector can be a little tricky to keep connected when charging, but that’s not a huge issue.
Would definitely recommend this media player.
I purchased the MP3 player as a Christmas present for my wife. She owned a number of MP3 players before but there was always an issue with the battery life. My wife has to listen to music all through the night (9pm to 7am) to be able to sleep. Her previous players all ran out of charge before the morning, however the Innioasis MP3 player lasts all night and has 45-50% charge remaining after constant use for 10 hours. The sound quality is excellent and the large screen and android logos make navigating your music, artists, albums and tracks a breeze. Bluetooth connection is quick and easy. The additional extras such as Facebook, Twitter, kindle E-book reader, Video player and a host of others make this an essential purchase and one to recommend.
Great produc
Bought this for my 10 year old son as he loves listening to his music on the go. He is able to access his playlist from our Amazon music account on the device so it saved him lots of time, not having to download music onto the player itself. Great little device.
Not working
I returned the original player as faulty and received a refund. Innoasis got in touch and replaced the player, free of charge, explaining they’d received a faulty batch from the factory. Very happy with the replacement and the exceptional customer service.

Purched this player after looking at quite a few. The features were what I was looking for and seemed to be what I was looking for. It arrived in good time and in good packaging. I made sure it was charged up fully before transfering music onto it. I connected it to my blue tooth headset and tested it on the same day. The next day I decided to start to use it so switched it on. It kept restarting it self. It gets to the desktop screen and then restarts. Could not swtich it off either. Letft it for a few hours, but no difference. have returned it back to Amazon. Will have to look for another one now. I have given a rating of 2* as not had a chance to use it and was naot able to.
Stopped working after 30 minutes
I would keep away from this device,. Initially switched on ok but went defective after 30 minutes. Continuously resetting itself until battery is empty. Avoid
Update – Seller contacted me and offered a new version of the MP3 for free. Received 3 days later and works very well. Cant honestly say any seller has ever done that so full marks to the seller.
Outstanding Customer Service
Originally received a faulty item. I was immediately refunded for return. The company got in touch. The customer service provided was excellent. I was sent a replacement and received an apology for the faulty item. New player seems much better so far. Although we haven’t used it yet it’s held a charge for 36 hours so far (WiFi and clue tooth on) So thank you once again for the outstanding customer service.

The product was purchased to go with air pods and it has not disappointed great for music and games my daughter who is 7 has been on it constantly since receiving it at Christmas the battery does seem to go down quick but to be fair she is playing with it a lot too
09/92/23 UPDATE: replacement item has functioned well and Zoe at customer services has endeavoured to ensure that new product is satisfactory. I’ve added stars now that we have received a new fully functional item and had exemplary customer service. To review the item itself, very easy to manage and work and my 7yo loves having the freedom to listen to Spotify Kids and all her favourite songs. We’ve easy deleted apps to ensure that they can only use Spotify Kids and nothing else. Would recommend after our initial disaster!
30/12/22 UPDATE: original item sent back and item refunded immediately. Have bought a second device in the hope it functions correctly. I’ve had some very honest and open discussions with the manufacturer and it appears there are a batch of these units with fault’s which they are incredibly sorry about and are more than happy to replace. Zoe, the customer services representative is being very apologetic and helpful. Keeping my fingers crossed the new item works as advertised, but I cannot fault the customer service I’m currently getting to resolve what was otherwise a very disappointing Boxing Day!
26/12/22 ORIGINAL REVIEW: My little girl is devastated as this item has stopped working on the second day of use. Battery fully charged and item will now not start up. Keeps running through load screen, crashes, then attempts to load again with same negative results. Need a replacement and cant contact seller, argh!!! Help please!!!
Streaming services music player with social media
This compact music player impressed me very much, I can stream my Amazon music with ease and download to the device for offline music functionality, it also has Spotify and Deezer streaming.
Facebook and Twitter work well and with the built in chrome browser you can open YouTube links and articles in posts with just a click and fast, I find the sound quality good although I had to tweek it to my own preference, the inbuilt MP3 player has one of the earphones of a slightly lower volume but not so much to upset, the volume of the MP3 player app is not as loud as I would like but adequate.
The compact onscreen keyboard is pretty accurate and I can answer posts on Facebook and Twitter with ease while listening to music.
Anyone with a love for music and a social media addiction will really love this device,
All in all I’m pleased with my purchace.
I wanted to replace my iPad shuffle which had completely pack up. I searched for a while until I came up with this MP3 player. I wanted a device small enough to put in my pocket. The other thing I liked was that it had Amazon Music and Spotify pre installed. I have a lot of music on Amazon Music but I also wanted to try Spotify. Theres also other music apps pre installed but I haven’t tried them yet. The main problem with this device is that I can’t get it to play through my ear buds. I am able to play music through my iPad and my kindle. The iPad plays through the earbuds with without any problem. Whilst I was trying to connect the earbuds I got a pop up message for a fraction of a second saying I was trying to use the earbuds ———. I selected allow and the earbuds worked. However the ear buds are simply not working now with this device. I am using the new device with my Philips headphones and the sound is brilliant. Except for the earbuds problem I see lots of good listening ahead of me.
We had a FIIO v5 but felt after all this time it is beginning to fail. FIIO replacement price had gone through the roof so we looked for alternatives.
From the write up and reviews this looked pretty good, and for the price
It does everything it says on the tin so in that respect it’s good value for money.
I couldn’t give 5 stars because a) it seems to lose wifi and not recover the connection b) the charge appears to be less than I like and c) the volume may be limited.
However I’ve not used it much so am still experimenting.
I have inserted a 256gb micro SD card that’s around 75% full of music. It was worryingly slow to load initially but once fully uploaded there is no problem with playing it. I haven’t loaded any video or film so can’t comment on that.
Sound is fine but not yet moved from the default setting. Touch screen is instant.
It has a lot of apps preset but don’t envisage using many except Spotify as long as the wifi connection holds.
Overall a satisfactory little machine.
Update:- I was a bit premature regarding the life of a single charge. It lasts an acceptable length of playing time, over 3 hours. One remaining gripe is minor but from mute to the lowest sound level is quite a jump. Sound quality is really good and you can set your own parameters.
Every time I put music on to the device it either didn’t go on or it went on corrupted. It was only when I sat down to return it that it occurred to me that the problem might be the generic SD card I’d bought to bump up the capacity. So I returned it (the sd card) and ordered a San Disk SD and now the player is working beautifully. It is very easy to install music and the sound is amazing. I bought it to replace an iPod classic and the new player is far superior in every way. I highly recommend it.
It’s a very deceptive little device. Sounds excellent over Bluetooth and hard wired. The Spotify and Amazon apps included makes this a very flexible player. There is a lot under the bonnet and, unfortunately, not the best user guides. I’ve got 5000 tracks and the music app performs faultlessly. You can even save short cuts to Spotify play lists on the home screen. What’s not to like. I could go on.
