Some toe rag stole my last camera this one arrived next day delivery, so easy to set up, I think that the polarising lens is an essential addition clear pictures even in the stormy wet conditions in the U.K. just now.
The only very minor niggle the size of the SD card, 32 really is not enough when you do a lot of mileage.
Over all a very good investme

Easy to fit and the video quality is great. A lot more compact then the old 212 camera. The rear camera is easy to adjust so you get a good rear view. The video quality is really good and having a 128gb card is great. If you are already hardwired for the series 1 don’t worry, my camera is working perfectly with existing wiring kit.

This dash-cam does not show the vehicle’s speed on the video. And the stick on mount has to go with the car when you sell it. Okay, it comes with two mounts, but I modified the old Nextbase mount, which had a sucker mount, and stuck the new one to that – works fine.

Excellent dash cam, it’s easy to set up and use, small enough to sit next to the rear view mirror without the sun visor blocking the view for rear cam. Well worth it.

I would give this 5 stars but if you have it in motion detection mode, so it springs to life when the engine is off and something happens in front of it it will keep coming on and off all the time. Although, in theory, a great feature it can be a bit annoying as there doesn’t seem to be a way to pause this when you are in the car or even if you take it out of the car. The magnet which attaches it to is base is incredibly strong and can make separating them tricky.
A great car cam all the same – easy to set up and use.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThis is a very good value camera, which I bought after a recommendation in Which? Magazine. It works well and the mounting arrangement is particularly neat. The addition of the rear-view camera is a bonus. The only snag with the device is that it does not have GPS imbedded in it, so there is no recording of speed or location – you need to buy a more sophisticated model if you want that feature. Otherwise a neat piece of kit and good value for money.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersOnly had this a few weeks so bear that in mind. Once out of the box it is IMPERATIVE that you charge the dashcam for a couple of hours so that it can retain the internal date/time. Then you connect the bits together which, even without instructions would be fairly obvious, and then position it in your car. This has a sticky pad, rather than a suction pad (which I absolutely don’t like), and so it’s very easy to stick it in the position you want. Mine uses the USB connection in my car and it’s working great. It feels real quality in the hand and I’m hopeful it will prove to be a long-lasting quality purchase. The instructions that come with it aren’t the best but like I say, it’s so simple to set up. It’s very small in size but that’s a good thing – you don’t want it dominating your windscreen. I haven’t viewed any recordings yet so can’t comment on those. I’m very happy that, several weeks in, it shows the correct date & time when I start the car. My previous dashcam (from China) stopped doing this after only a few days.

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersThis is a simple Dash Cam with very good quality video. It doesn’t have GPS and some of the more sophisticated functions but it is easy to use, simple to fit and does the job for a very competitive price.

Only problem is that the magnetic coupling system is very strong and makes it tricky to remove from the mounting system. If you are going to remove the camera every time you use it then you may want to look elsewhere. Recommended

    Pros
Very simple to use. Easy menu system and buttons for all the main functions. Just start the car and it automatically starts and then stops (default setting) when the car ignition is turned off.
Good quality video for day and night driving with good wide angle view.
Easy to fit. I am not very practical but I fitted the camera within five minutes.
Very stable and reliable mounting system with very little camera shake.
Has a parking mode allowing the camera to be left on when the car is unattended.
Has a quick save button, so that vital video is not lost during an incident.
USB lead supplied to connect to PC.
Good quality piece of kit for the price.

    Cons
Difficult to detach from the mount so if you need to remove every time you use it then look elsewhere.
No GPS so position and speed not recorded.
