Answer: Don’t worry, if the watch screen is damaged due to external impact, please let us know and we will repair or replace the watch for you.
The first time I tried the call function it didn’t work and after reading the reviews I gave up on it and purchased another watch with a call function. However, my daughter damaged that one with water so I decided to give this one another go. Inserted the sim (previously turning off it’s pin using my phone), but still no sign of network picking up so I just left it as is. After it sat there through the day, I checked it again for some reason and sure enough the network bars were present so I tried to call my number and it worked! It still works even there are no network bars present. Video attached.
Bought this watch for my daughter’s 8th birthday, arrived prompt and quickly. It’s beautiful girly colour, easy to use. She loves music on it, really enjoying the games and loves using the torch!
The most important feature is that I can get in touch with her when she finishes school so I can meet her halfway when she walks home.
It’s a fab and affordable kids smart watch. Has everything you need for a younger child and the little girl really loves it!

Got this for our daughter for Christmas. When we came to charge it the watch wouldn’t turn on.
I contacted the seller straight away, even over the holiday and received a reply within 48 hours.
After going through trouble shooting options and replies back and forth. It was determined that the watch was faulty.
With no question a new one was sent out and received within a week. Fully charging and working and we have one very happy little girl.
It fits perfectly on her wrist (she’s 7), the games and controls for all the different applications are easy for her to use and she’s been able to work it all out brilliantly.
We are so grateful for all the support and replacement of the watch.
It was definitely worth the money and does as it says it should.
We are yet to purchase a sum for the watch however that wasn’t the sole reason for buying it. So we are pleased for everything it does.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas she’s 6 and it fits her perfect and so easy for her to use! Lots of games and comes with frozen song preloaded onto watch! Definitely recommend
Love the product, got this for my daughter. It has some features that keeps her entertained and your able to insert a sim card. Your able to make calls and receive calls. Would recommend this for children rather than giving them a mobile phone.
I purchased this watch for my 9 year olds birthday she was overly impressed with how easy it was to use. She found it fantastic she could call myself and her friends and was always locateable while having the watch on her wrist. The games are fab to keep them occupied while in the car aswell as her finding the enjoyment of being able to call her friends using her “watch” . The battery life is real good even with continuous use and the whole look of the watch is perfect for a young girl to show off to her friends they all wanted one themselves for Xmas!
Very good watch for the price. Very easy to use and set up. My 7 year old son can use it with ease. Battery life lasts him at least a week even playing games.
