For the 15.99 price tag, this is a decent set of resistance bands. I wish the weights were written on the the bands, but I guess you soon remember what they are. Door tether included, which is really useful. None of the bands are particularly thick in width, but that just makes them more expandable really, and great for beginner and pro alike. It’s just that looking at some of the stock photos, they all look wide and sturdy, so don’t be fooled! I love the versatility of resistance band loops as you can use them at home and away and have a great work out in a small space.
A nice flexible band that can be used in yoga and resistance work. Love the colour and a good price. Taking a star off as could be a little wider.
Having recently injured my neck I saw a physiotherapist who gave me some resistance band exercises to do at home. Having snapped my old bands during use I needed some replacements and got these. They are a great set of long circular bands in three thicknesses and resistances. Yellow being lightest, red middle and black strongest resistance.
These are thinner in width but thicker material type bands than some more yoga type
bands which are wide thin strips of rubber. I’d describe these as being more like huge thick rubber bands not dissimilar to ones you’d use to hold lids on boxes.
They are very strong and very well made. I wouldn’t foresee these snapping easily, or at all. They come with a hand carry pouch and also an attachment you can thread the bands through and put behind a door and then close the door so you have an anchor point for certain exercises.
I thoroughly recommend these. They will be great for my recovery and also for some gentle strength training too.
The three piece set comes in a neat bag for storage. The yellow band has fairly low resistance but may be useful for beginners like me! I found the door anchor very good to loosen shoulder tension and strengthen back muscles. Hope I can work up to the black band sometime soon.
Easy to use and seem to be quite durable. I like that there are three different sizes and that they come with a storage bag. No instructions but I found some useful exercises online.
The bands have different resistnaces great for targetting different groups of muscles and movements. With sufficient size.
I got these for my mother to be able to work more on her motion without needing to resort to weights which are a little bit more cumbersome to store and drag out and plate appropriately each time.
These can be used anywhere quickly and easily and stowed away really easily too. They are hoidng up well with no clear sign of imminent failure.
Great for those who like to do resistance stretchign or working on rehab etc
I think the black and red bands look most useful, and these look sturdy and have a good resistance.
The yellow band is much thinner and has a lower resistance. I suspect it is less robust if pulled hard.
Overall they seem a quality set of resistance bands in a useful small bag to keep them tidy.
