Really comfortable
So the ROTAI Massage Chair arrived allot earlier than originally predicted (was predicted after Christmas) but actually arrived before so kudos to that!
I wasn’t there to see delivery but apparently it was a tricky item to get through the door (do look at size guidelines before buying haha) but it manages to get into house eventually and was straight forward to put the parts such as foot rest together.
First impression upon seeing it was that it’s big! A bit bigger than your regular sofa in the lounge! The material and general feel of the chair just feels like premium it doesn’t feel cheap and look like it will fall apart, which I’d expect with the price.
Its very comfortable to sit on, I wouldn’t say you could lounge in it all day as after all it is a massage chair. It’s fairly straight forward to use with the controls being pretty easy to understand for anyone giving you a wide variety of massage techniques. I would say the shiatsu is my favourite mode as it feels the gentlest. I’d follow what the instructions say that if your new to the massage world then start of with little sessions and gentle massages otherwise your muscles and back WILL feel it, learn from me.
Overall I think this product is pretty good for what it’s intended for, I had a sore back after work, sat in the chair for 30 minutes, got up and what was a sore back was no more. To really benefit from the product I would highly recommend following the instructions, overuse will yield no benefits.
Zero Gravity function is pretty cool that with the Bluetooth speakers listening to calm music whilst the airbags are compressing your body it’s rather easy to fall asleep as its that relaxing!
Very happy with the product, it’s definetly a talking point looking forward to using it more and more!
Amazing massage chai
I brought this chair for my wife for a Christmas present as her back is not that good. She’s already had improvements on the back from the massage and then i and the rest of the family. Also benefit from it is so relaxing and soothing and helpful definitely five star review. The quality of the product is very good the music system, the heated seats and the way massages you highly recommend.

This massage chair is so comfortable with many different modes, it helps the body to relax. It also has high quality cover and the colour is very nice! Worth for owning it!
Truly Relaxing
Firstly Delivery was fast,easy to assemble, quality is excellent, functions are out of this world, the chair is snug and comfortable and easy to use.Would recommend this to anyone and so far a big talking point between friends and family.

Would have been better if the assembly manual described how to get the retaining clips off to fit the leg unit. other than that, awesome and well worth the cost. the 2 clips that came in the accessory bag are spares
Product was delivered as stated – however, it was assured that the team would delive and set up to ensure the chair was working. In reality, they dropped it off at the door and I had to put it in place and assemble it on my own. This wasn’t the deal guys! So just beware if you are on your own as I was and wasn’t prepared for this. Otherwise, so far a good product and does the job well
