I have to say I contacted Customer Service three times about different things and they have been amazing, very responsive and couldn’t do enough to help.

After looking at several of these, I decided on this make/model, glad I did!
Very easy to set up, the web site and App are good, easy to navigate.
Setting up took 20 mins in total, it took about 5 mins after the subscription payment for the unit to go live, then a short ride around the block to calibrate it
All done in about 20 mins from opening the box, very good tracker.

Not a great deal you can go into when it comes to fitting as it just plugs into the odb port and your away. Added the app, picked payment method and your away. Pretty much came live in 5 minutes. Im hoping theres a setting which sends a notification if vehicles moved whilst not being in it, if not its no big issue for me. Just adding another level of security to the van and monthly subscription plus the price of the unit itself doesn’t amount to that much especially when it comes to the extra piece of mind. Give it a 5* as everything so far was so plain sailing

I got this for my son on passing his driving test
I had myself worried about him and where he was in the initial days weeks following his test. This simple little device has set my.mind fully at ease. It tracks every stop, every journey, distances, speed etc. It motofys you if he goes outside his boundary, he isn’t even aware there is one in the car. The monthly subscription of 4.99 a month is so worth it. Would highly recommend to all parents of kids who are now mobile. 5* plus rating for total peace of mind

Very affordable, impressive tracke
A car tracker needs to be reliable in all areas. Personally I am off grid in terms of mobile signal and Internet in very rural Cumbria. This tracker and app worked accurately from day 1.
Easy set up. Do a 10 minute drive to complete installation, as per instructions. Couldn’t be simpler.

So impressed with the rechargeable one I have had for past few months, I have just bought the OBD one for my other car. The customer service is exceptional if needed. Simple set up and routing details kept are more than adequate. Both cars come up on mapping screen. Well pleased all round.
Peace of Mind
After a neighbour had his car stolen, I decided to investigate trackers. Safe Tag impressed me by the comments about Customer Service, and the plug seemed the most satisfactory. I was amazed at the price, not just the initial purchase cost, but at the yearly license cost. Easy to install doesn’t really do it justice. Clear instructions meant I had it running in no time, and tracked the short journey I needed to make to activate the product. I did have to contact support to enquire about changing from monthly to annual subscription (at time of writing 4.99 to 49.99) and had a reply within a couple of hours. Very helpful and chatty. My car shows clearly on the map, and I can see where my wife has parked for her shopping. I find this product amazing, and have no hesitation in recommending it.
Excellent for the price
I’ve had a few and this is the gest by far, the user interface is great, ok a couple of tweaks so you can filter certain things but the tracking is really pin point accuracy.
If you look on their website they have more products and I will definitely by buying move.
Only issue is they should do discounts on the subscription the more you buy but to be honest its far the cheapest on the market so I can’t grumble.
Easy to set up
Excellent piece peace of kit really simple to install, accurate to about 50 meters so much so i payed 12 months upfront, would highly recommend, some insurance company’s will will knock of a bit of your premium as well.
It Works Really Well
I was surprised by the accuracy of this device and even more so with the excellent customer services when I contacted them about settings. They responded within a couple of hours with a full response. It is very easy to install. Literally plug and play. The Company are improving their app and website in a few months and responded positively to my suggestions. It works on both mobile and website for a tablet or laptop. It provides a position and speed reading every 30 seconds. You require a subscription to get the tracker to work up front but with a seven day free trial. As you can tell I was impressed. The only negative point I can think of is that the operating instructions need to be more comprehensive as there are settings and options on it you need to know.

Easy to set up. Accurate location indicated, to within a few yards, rural Sussex. Very strong signal usually indicated. Lowest observed was 30% during heavy rain with meteorological office weather warning in place.

Well what can I say. This is an amazing easy to use piece of kit. I even bought a second one. Couple of teething problems at first but had online support every step of the way. The app is easy to use the installation is literally plug it in and ready to use with in 15 mins. The app keeps you updated at all times in real time. Knowing there is some one there to help u was fantastic. Would not buy from anyone else now. Amazing tech amazing people big thumbs up from me.

Wanted to get a new 4G tracker for driving my campervan around Europe and chose this one. Took 3 seconds to install, and works perfectly. Alerts are fast, tracking is accurate. Don’t think you can get a better value for money than this.
I was a little sceptical when I ordered this tracker, as I’m not very familiar with cars and had no idea where it was supposed to go. In reality though it was stupidly easy, just a quick google for the OBD port location, then I was away! Literally took a minute to install. Excellent product, great value, highly recommend!
