Very much user friendly and a good companion to my S23 ultra
I like the health measures and quality of mesurements. Its an handy tool , that gives the motivation to adhere to active life style . The options such as ECG, sleep check, body composition check was unbelievable . Its total worth for the money spent.
It would have beem better if the battery would remain longer.
My main dilemma of this watch is whether this is sweat resistant and the performance and longivity is affected by sweat.

    Very Good
Battery – Has ~50% charge left by the end of the day. This is with always on display, endless video doorbell and garden camera alerts (#kids).

Size – 40mm is decent enough for a man unless you’re the Rock, or are going for Pilot watch style oversize. Thickness is not oppressive like in early smart watch days.

Functionality – slick. I don’t use screen protectors on any electronics as it ruins responsiveness. WearOS is much better now, and it plays nice across most services. Worth noting though, if you want blood pressure you need a Samsung phone or to mod your handset.

Appearance – as good as the publicity shots and pairs nicely with an aftermarket metallic band.

    inaccurate
here are many youtube videos saying this watch is not accurate and it kept telling me that my blood oxygen is 80 or even 70 which is not only dangerously low but would mean that im literally passed out. i checked with an oxymeter which was fine. its dangerous to give people devices that give wrong readings for health

    1st smart watch
Great watch, strap too tight for me, but once I replaced with stretchy material straps, was good to go. And enjoy all the features of a smart watch for 1st time.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFinally bought one!
After several months of undecided opinions on buying a smart watch I bit the bullet and ordered one. I chose watch 6 BT.

It does the job I want and seems a great addition to my phone. Plenty of faces to select which suits your needs and this is the one I prefer.

It’s easy to use, I’m not using it much mainly for a couple of apps to monitor my daily routine.

I charged the battery to 100% last night and taking it of charge at 00:00 currently the time is 14:55 battery life is 58% so it would appear to have a short life. This was expected but the charging dock is next to my pillow so not major issue.

The ECG requires a monitor and isn’t built into the watch. I did notice a lot of people complain about the ECG not working if buying a non UK region watch.. This doesn’t bother me as I don’t intend to buy a monitor.

The box comes with the charging cable and strap, but no plug so make sure you buy the correct plug. I have a Samsung Chrome book along with my phone so the plug from the chrome book is used for the watch too.

Edit, I noticed I was sent the grey strap not black strap and Amazon did drop the price of the watch by 15 2 days after my order(the day before it arrived).

Lovely UK Samsung Galaxy Watch6 - 3 years warranty- Used in Very Good condition & no battery charge
For a 40-50% lower price than a brand new item, I purchased from AMAZON WAREHOUSE WITH a 3-Year Extended Warranty! The UK Version – Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Smart Watch, Fitness Tracker, Bluetooth, 40mm. Condition: Used – Very Good in original packaging & missing battery charger.

I am a very happy customer so far. I bought a 3-in-1 contactless charger for my phone, watch and earbuds, so I couldn’t care less about not receiving the battery charger.

The product works and functions as it should, with full functionality as a fitness tracker and full access to
Samsung Health with measurements of blood oxygen, heart rates, stress, sleep quality analysis
Samsung Health monitor with BP and ECG measurements

Similar to the various other Samsung products I have purchased from different UK retailers, I registered the watch with Samsung using the S/N number on the box it came with. Samsung confirmed my 3-year warranty straightaway.

The only downside I can see is having to charge the Watch6 every day. Yet, reading reviews about Watch6, I knew that was bound to happen. Besides, I am using it to constantly record my heart rate, take all measurements needed for my sleep quality, and perform a few other battery-draining functions.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBattery life
The battery lasts about 24 hours, To give you an idea of how i use it : I only use apps on it once a day for when I’m running, the rest of the day I don’t touch it and use it as a regular watch, all notifications are off. I’m still pretty happy with it despite needing to charge it every day, pair’s well with my Samsung phone, looks nice etc. I got it on sale for 100 less than the regular price (335 at the time of writing), and at that price point I’d have no issue recommending it, I wouldn’t spend more than that though.

    Love i
My first smart watch and it’s great. The 40mm is more than enough as I have a smallish wrist. As I work from home it’s easy to get lost in my work and forget to move but the watch reminds me to get up and do some stretching. I also use it for steps and heart rate monitoring.

Amazon item title is wrong - warranty is 2 years, not 3 years extended
This is an excellent smart watch, and I’m really pleased with it.

However, the item title on Amazon is incorrect: it states that the product has a 3-year extended manufacturer warranty, whilst the paperwork in the box states that the warranty is 2-years from the date of purchase. I had real difficulty getting this issue resolved with Amazon, and it took two customer service agents and eventually a manager escalation to get the matter resolved to our mutual satisfaction. The warranty is 2 years, and Amazon is going to get the product page checked.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat watch. 2 - 3 day battery on a charge.
I bought this to replace and upgrade my wife’s Amazfit 4 mini which he’d been happy with for a year. This Samsung watch is a step up in quality and function. I doubt my wife will make the most of the functions but she really likes it.
Initially she was going mad over the required frequency of recharging. She had to recharge it at least once per day. However, I realized that she had ‘DISPLAY ALWAYS ON’. Once I turned this off the battery lasted much longer. It now lasts between 2 and 3 days which she is happy with. This is longer than my daughters new Apple Watch. Another advantage over the Apple Watch is that not only can my wife answer calls on the watch, she can also MAKE calls from it, if she wanted to.
We are both pleased with the watch now we figured out how to extend the battery.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersBrilliant watch
Absolutely love it. I had the original Samsung watch classic, which I decided was well overdue an upgrade. It has soo much more to offer and I’m very pleased with it and all the features. It was easy enough to set up. It’s linked to my phone so when it goes on charge my phone tells me when its fully charged so i don’t have to keep checking on it. It doesn’t take long to charge.
It automatically tracks routes and walks if you forget to set one when you go out. My old watch would log the steps but not the route.
I love the upgraded sleep tracking on this watch. It breaks every thing down and tells you each section of your sleep pattern and where you are on track. It monitors your BP and stress levels much more effectively. There are so many more watch face choices to choose from and different ways to customise them. It is lighter than my previous watch.

I’ve gone for the sport version rather than the classic this time and I love the sleek look of it, it’s very smart and I love the strap which does up on the inside so the end doesn’t hang out and get caught on everything. I love this watch and am very happy with this purchase.
It also comes with a free duo charger which you have to claim for on the Samsung website, this took minutes and was very easy to do. It went through straight away and it takes 45 days to get sent out to me.
Lots of other benefits to this watch too many to list. Very glad to have it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersJust keeps getting bette
I’ve had smartwatches since the very first one ever came out and tend to upgrade every other release as the changes only tend to be incremental. My previous watch was a Galaxy watch 4 classic. At first, I was worried that I’d made the wrong choice by not going for a similar look but it was rare that I’d use the dial (I appreciate that others love it) and the more I wear this watch, the more I love it. A huge plus for me is Google assistant, Bixby just doesn’t cut it and ever since Google assistant has been on Samsung watches, it’s been a game changer for me. For sleep, fitness tracking etc, there’s not a huge/noticeable change for me as an upgrade but for anyone’s first watch, you’ll be delighted with everything that you can do, whilst it also looks great with a slim profile. I have slim wrists but the watch does not feel too big or chunky. Early versions felt like I was always catching my watch. One great incremental change is the watch straps, that have a push button on the inner face that enables them to be swapped over easily by retracting the connection. Much better than the fiddly little catch from previous versions! One thing that is frustrating is the size of the strap you get by default (M/L), which is too big for me and the colour with the silver watch, which is grey, not as good as the black with the black watch (I didn’t go for this because chips and scratches showed on my Watch 2). The screen is big and beautiful, it seems so much better than my Watch 4. In summary it is an amazing watch and a worthwhile upgrade that keeps getting better.

    High tech smart watch
The screen is fabulous. Very responsive, bright, crystal clear and engaging. The amount of apps is endless to help you go about your day to day activities.
The side buttons give off a pleasent crisp click once you have pressed them, give ming the watch a high quality feel.
The watch has a very sleek elegant whilst still high tech, it isn’t too bulky atall.
The ease of replying to messages and answering phone calls via the watch is a.real bonus. The speak to text option also translates quickly and clearly.
I have always been a fan of Samsung products and it is ually my brand of choice, however the battery useage always seems to be the thing that let’s them down. And there’s no change here. The battery life on this watch is some what disappointing. On the first couple of uses of the watch I didn’t get two full days usage out of it without it going flat. After alternating my notifications and screen brightness it did last a third day, but I’m comparison to other brands this is still quite poor.
The charger was also a problem. It woukd have been really handy if the box also contained a small USB C to USB adapter as I was unable to use it once it was first delivered and un aware I would have to purchase a specific plug for the watch. Although only a.small niggle, I think for the cost of the watch Samsung could add in a small adapter to the product package.
I was also hoping to see an E-sim option on the watch to comment through my phone, so that it is usable when I’m not near my phone, but this doesn’t seem to be an option.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI love this watch
This is my second Samsung Smartwatch, I never believed I would love a watch like this. The first one came with my Samsung Smartphone two contracts ago, sadly it died. I spent three weeks without it and missed it, so I got myself a new one.
I found it super easy to set up with my phone, a few minutes and the job was done. I am watching my heart as much as possible and this gives me the option of being able to run ECGs, Blood pressure (you need a sleeve blood pressure to set this option up), heart rate, record my sleep. I love the screen as it’s much bigger than the last watch. The strap came in M/L and fits perfectly, snug and the tail end folds into the strap so nothing hanging out. Even though it is bigger it sits lighty and doesn’t annoy me at all. I have no fear that this will fall off. I can record my pilates/ yoga/ walks/ gym/ weights on the watch. It can even tell me how fat I am lol, its good over time watching that % dropping down.
The watch comes with a USB-C charger, which I can only charge through my phone as I don’t have a USB-C port. This is still pretty quick to charge. I’m disappointed by the need to charge the phone every other day, or while I’m on my laptop I put it to top up the charge. With all the different functions it is going to use up the battery.
I have been watching my sleep over the weeks and the type of sleep I’ve been getting and it surprised me that I sleep a lot better than I thought.
My partner asked me what my favourite thing about the watch was, and I replied, I can turn my alarm off without getting out of bed lol

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersBest WearOS watch
There are so many options these days for WearOS watches but very few that support the latest OS. In my opinion, Samsung has done it the best.
Setup is easy, especially when paired with a Samsung phone and connectivity never falters.
The design is just great with tiny bezels, great build quality while maintaining a light weight. The screen itself is pin sharp with outstanding brightness when outdoors, a definite improvement over previous generation and I don’t need to use my hand to shade it anymore on sunny days.

Health tracking has been great, metrics consistent with my other devices and autodetection of workouts has been very reliable as has sleep tracking.
Body composition is about as accurate as the composition scale I have and works well for measuring trends more than 100% accuracy. This applies to the scales too so to have this on your wrist instead is awesome.

Now I have the 40mm and battery will last me the day and sleep tracking. If I have a particularly busy day tracking walks and GPS, it will still last the day but will either need to go on charge before bed or will need a top up if I intend to use sleep tracking This is not really that big a deal as the watch charges surprisingly quickly quick 20 mins before bed will net me more than enough for the night.

One issue that I’ve run in to and it might not bother you at all and is not a dealbreaker for me is, despite having a newer CPU this year, the OS still has it’s stutters. If waking from not using it for a while or quickly swiping through the tiles, things can occasionally take a second or two to respond or stutter which does hurt the experience a little.

One feature that cannot be overlooked for those with different work and personal phones, is the ability to switch what phone the watch is paired to without factory resetting. This is something I’ve been wanting for years and from what I can tell, Samsung are the only ones to do it.

Notifications, music control and google assistant all work great and I’ve been really enjoying this watch. The Watch 6 & Classic series are in my opinion, the very best android smartwatches to date.

Upgrade from Watch 5 to a Watch 6
I bought a Samsung Watch 5 earlier this year as I had started going to the gym and generally trying to be more active. I found it quite chunky, so when I saw the Watch 6 was a lot thinner I had to give it a go!

It is indeed thinner, and the screen is bigger without the watch being any larger. I was disappointed that I didn’t have the choice of the 40mm watch in silver, but maybe this will come in time.

I like that you can now view your sleep cycles on the watch rather than having to look at the phone. I find the step count pretty reliable, and I love logging the different exercises I do by just clicking the work out complication that I’ve added to my watch front screen.

I have chosen the watch face that can show a lot of info at once glance, e.g. step count, next calender appointment (it is synced to my Google calendar), weather, workouts and heart rate. I do however find that the heart rate drops out a lot more than the Watch 5 did, not sure why. Overall I love it, but I’m not sure I could justify the upgrade from a Watch 5 to a 6 to someone, as there aren’t that many extra features.

    Pleased but still learning
Firstly I should say that I am a Samsung and Android virgin, so this is a huge learning curve for me, but so far quietly impressed. Not a great start though, firstly I did not have a USB-C adapter and one was not supplied (all mine are USB) so had to wait a couple of days to receive one. Then I encountered issues registering my watch on my phone, tried for about 4 hours then gave in. Decided refreshed the next morning to try again — worked first time. Personally, I think the watch is attractive, a really like a round face watch, I would not describe it as chunky, it is of similar size to its counterparts in the market, the visuals do set it apart though, they are amazing. Icons clear and a good size, the watch is uber easy to navigate, and apps are intuitive to get in and out of, to add and remove. Syncing also very easy. Volume is great, the app itself I find intuitive to use, to adjust and to add/delete and to customise the features and the watch face so it shows what you want to see in an instant. The battery lasts around 26-28 hours of just regular use, this is a lot less than I am used to but is made up for in the speed of charging 5>100% in an hour. I usually choose to charge when I get up, whilst having my morning brew. Packaging was plain and minimal, always a win, very elegant watch – love trying different faces dependant on my mood, from functional, informative to fun. All in all, still a lot of functions for me to try and to play with but overall impressed.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersGood value watch
For a change I’m going to start with the things I don’t quite like about this watch. First and foremost, the battery duration. Although I wasn’t expecting it to last for a week, having to charge it almost every day is a bit frustrating. I’m aware the more connectivity and the more features it has the less the battery lasts but I was expecting a bit more. I’ve tried to switch off “Always on” and that helped a bit so if you want to save some battery I’d recommend having it off. The other thing I’m not happy with is the charger. I have a multi usb wall charger so I’ve had to buy an adapter for the watch usb C charger. I know it’s becoming the norm for phones and gadgets to come with usb C though. Moving now into the things I do like about this watch. First of all the packaging is excellent with a well thought design. It gives you the feel of an expensive quality product. Setup is pretty straightforward and quick. Once taken out of the box, it takes literally 2 minutes to set up and the process is well guided and smooth. Customization wise it comes with a lot of options, not only for the watch faces but also for the tiles and the granularity of the notifications permissions. A plus for me it’s the different vibrations mode for the alarm. The display is outstanding. I’ve not struggled in any single condition, from the most bright direct sunlight to complete darkness, as the brightness adaption works no bother and the images and text are sharp and very clear. Having also tried making and receiving calls with the watch, I have to say it’s exceeded my expectations. The sound is loud enough and crystal clear and the microphone must be good to cause people haven’t notice I’m using the watch instead of the phone. Some other great features I love are the ability to pay wit it. I initially set up Samsung Pay seamlessly and then also tried Google Wallet. The health monitoring features are good too and integrated with Samsung Health. I like the detection of the activity/sport as it saves you time having to select the sport you want to track every time. To finish off, the watch is very lightweight and the strap is top quality. I’m used to sleep wearing a smartwatch and this is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever had

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBattery Life!!
Battery Life is manageable, it only takes an hour to fully charge so if like me you have had a busy day, charge it when you get home an hour before bed while you eat and watch tv. If you are using the Battery Saver mode and not using all of the special fitness tools the battery will last much longer. Multiple fun clock faces, sleep apps, and other useful tools are there for you use, the device is very comfortable to wear however my personal preference is not to wear this product every minute of the day so downtime to charge every other day (depending on usage) is recommended. Phone connection was easy (S20). I recommend a good waterproof screen protector and casing as the one I initially got did fog up.

    Quality and looks A Class
First impressions last, and my first impressions are this watch is quality with performance. I’ve had smart watches before but the Samsung Galaxy watch 6Fresh 44mm is the real deal. Ultra clear display and a traditional watch face is a nice combo. The apps are laid out well and the interface is very easy to use, the build is quality and the watch just looks the business! Notifications are clear and easy to customise, the health monitor functions are easy and very accurate and informative too, and easily set up, i even managed to calibrate my blood pressure readings in a matter of minutes. Wayltch has also receiveda few compliments on how good it looks, You can’t beat a proper round watch face! So far so good, very happy with my purchase.

    Daily essential!
This smartwatch is so useful and essential in my everyday life. I’ve been wearing it from day one and everyday since, and cannot imagine going a day without it from now on. It is super useful for providing a quick glance at notifications or a quick check of today’s weather, or how many steps I’ve taken. It’s easy to set up and to pair with my Android phone. It looks so stylish on my wrist and goes with whatever outfit I’m wearing, whether it’s smart or casual. I love the fact that I can decide to change up the straps in the near future if I wish so, and there’s just an endless possibility of colours and designs to it. Overall it is an essential part of my life now and I’d highly recommend it for everyone!

Golden Review Award: 29 From Our UsersOverall it's a win!
First impressions, great. As always with Samsung, the packaging and presentation is top notch. I’ve not had a Samsung watch before but always used their phones so I expected it to be user friendly and it really is even though I’m certain I haven’t fully experienced all it can do yet! I love the look of it and the range of faces you can choose from. It’s sleek and stylish looking. And can be as subtle or as lary as you choose! It fits nicely. The band feels like quality. Connecting was simple. I particularly love the sleep tracker. As a chronic insomniac it’s really helping me track and improve my sleep timings, quality and general knowledge. The fitness tracker is fantastic. It comes with all the bells and whistles you’d need. It even measures stress, BP, ECG etc which is great and beneficial and actively encourages you to breathe deeply and slow down… or to get up and move if you’re having a lazy / computer day. Replying to messages and receiving calls works very well. I didn’t even know it had a mic/speaker until my first facetime when I realised I was talking via my watch and not my phone. My only gripe would be battery length. Initially it didn’t even last one day. I’m not sure if that’s normal. But I’m getting into a habit of when to give it a boost charge and that’s working out well as it actually charges at lightening speed so it’s no huge issue. There’s loads more to say and I’ll add to this once I’ve had it longer and explored more. For now, it’s a big win.

    Fantastic new smart watch
The new Samsung Smart watch is a fantastic upgrade to my old smart watch, Did think i needed on till I had this new one. The quality of the watch is fantastic and surprisingly light to wear, Very comfortable and nice on the wrist. The set up to my S23 was fast and user friendly and the app is so simple. once all powered up and ready to go, i was super impressed with the features, so many options to suit each person. If you into your fitness or just keep an eye on you health this has options for you, heart rate monitor is very accurate. the step logger was very good, having the options to locate the watch from my phone is also handy. the amount of screen faces you can choose to suit you personally is also great and can easily spend an hour scrolling at them. overall the first 2 days of owning it I was upper impressed and supper happy with the upgrade on my old one. defo one to recommend this to friend and family. Fantastic and well worth the money!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersGraphite Samsung watch 6
I enjoy the fact you can use your phone camera through your watch as it makes it easier to get the right angle and not be in an uncomfortable angle with your body
Although there is a down side the fact that there is an extra fee to get your smart watch and phone connected it’s about 7 a month as much as it isn’t a big expense to me it might be for others. I’m not sure why there is something else to pay for it as it is just an extention of your phone for when you can’t use your phone. People pay over 200 for this product and then to have another fee on top is a bit much especially as it doesn’t specify that there would be another charge on top of what was already paied.
I like the fact that the clock faces can be customised using the SAMSUNG WEAR app.
The instructions from the watch are simple to understand but there is a lot that goes on in a short amount of time. You’d swipe up for the apps, down for more options, left for health and right for notifications, sometimes it doesn’t quite register the correct swipe so it does something else so the screen is very sensitive and the swiping needs to be precise.
I like the strap it comes with as it is comfortable to wear but the clasp feels a bit light, like it could break if someone sat on or stood on or even if it was dropped on a hard floor.
It was surprisingly easy to text on the watch and easy to type so there were no issues with that.
The blood pressure monitor needs to be used with a cuff to start with to calibrate it but not everyone has a cuff and may use the watch as one.
I do like the watch and the features it has like the sleep and exercise trackers.
Both the sleep and exercise trackers seem great and seem accurate. I like that the sleep tracker shows what kind of sleep you may have like deep sleep and light depending on your heart rate, the only thing was that the watch wasn’t overly comfortable to sleep with but if worse enough I’m sure it would be easy to get used to.
Over all the watch is good quality and seems like a good thing that others can use but unfortunately I don’t think it’s something for me, but I’d suggest it to people who can’t always be on their phone or have it on them especially if they need to communicate quickly.

I bought this watch because my smartwatch is now a couple of years old and lacking in a lot of the features that are now standard. When unboxing, my first thought was what a beutiful watch. It looks more premium in person compared to the pictures online due to its bigger screen and smaller bexel. Its quite light and very comfortable. Its also fast has 16gb storage. It has standard features like steps, exercise, GPS, sleep tracker etc. but also has other great features such as blood pressure, ECG, blood o2, stress monitoring, The battery is lasting me over 2 days so its better than advertised and apparently this will improve further as it learns my patterns and adapts. The setup is very simple and there is no need for any passwords to be reentered as it syncs with my Samsung Galaxy S23 seemlessly. The integration with the Samsung health app is great and the amount of infomation it provides is the most I’ve seen from a smartwatch. I got it working with Google Wallet instead of Samsung Pay and it was easy. The only downside is that it requires a password or swipe lock however, this is standard and it seems to only need to be entered ocasionally or after taking off the watch and putting it back on so its not too bad. Overall I’m extremely happy with the watch.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersIntuitive, looks great, performs great, excellent bit of ki
I got this to replace a first-gen Watch Active. The principle’s the same, but I’m very pleased with what a big upgrade step it’s proving to be.

It’s only slightly larger in physical size, but because the screen reaches far closer to the bezel, the difference in screen size is phenomenal. The old Active watch’s screen was a good quality, this one is visibly better, with incredibly crisp lines and some beautiful line rendering. It’s a gorgeous display that even looks good displaying photos you’ve taken on your phone.

Functionally, again I’m amazed at how much of a jump up it is. The switch from Tizen to WearOS makes a big difference. WearOS is intuitively much closer to being the same experience as on a Samsung Galaxy smartphone. The watch feels like a natural extension to the phone. Despite the different OS, set-up was really quick and within a couple of minutes of unboxing it I had it up and running.

The customisation is great. By fiddling with the settings for the ‘complications’ (the widgets visible on your watch display) you can easily set it up with the quickest possible shortcuts to the apps or controls that you use most often- in my case, Strava for jogging and then music controls. The rotating action for adjusting your music volume is an example of a neat simple control that this phone just gets absolutely right.

Touch sensitivity is good, and it really picks up well on which part of the screen I’m aiming for. Apps like Strava work much better than on my old phone. The extra screen size allows for more information to be shown with greater legibility.

The health features are almost sci-fi and I’m only beginning to scratch the surface of them. The array of sensors included is impressive. The numbers it seems to come out with all seem reassuringly plausible- for example there is a strong correlation between how fast it feels like my heart is pumping, and what the watch tells me my heart rate is.

Since the screen is so much bigger than my previous watch, with more sensors being used, I expected the battery life to be worse but it’s not. It’s pretty much the same. On a typical day I’m using about 20% of the battery capacity, or if I’ve been hammering it a bit with exercises, I’ve hit 30% usage in a day. That’s more than enough for a long weekend. A plus is that it uses the same charging base as my previous watch, which now means I can use the old one as a spare.

One thing I knew I would change is the strap. There’s nothing wrong with the silicone strap it comes with, but because this watch uses a standard watch strap size, it means you can fit any one of hundreds of different watch straps to this watch, for personalisation and for comfort. I happen to prefer fabric watch straps, so that’s what I’ve fitted.

This watch is top-of-the-range in a lot of different ways and I’m really enjoying it.
