Very light and easy
After dragging a traditional hoover around my place this is a much needed relief. Very easy to get to grips with. Great suction and easy to handle. Got myself a bargain on the Prime days.
I’m being picky here but it needs emptying a lot – that’s because it’s picking up loads. I used my Henry then my shark and I was amazed at much more my shark picked up

My daughter and I have long hair and this is the perfect vacuum and it is so nice to have a cordless vacuum in an older flat without many outlets.
Replaced our cordless Dyson with this shark. My wife has long hair & it gets tangled in the hoover brush which does affect the efficiency- not now though. The shark’s design stops hair tangling. It picks up great, easy to manoeuvre, comes with the usual attachments for hoovering other than the carpet, bends in the middle (which I didn’t think we’d use, but it’s a good feature that we use giving a better hoovering finish), because it bends in the middle it stows away great while charging. A great alternative to more expensive machines.
Great cordless vacuum cleane
I love this vacuum cleaner. Much prefer it to the Dyson, which I have been using for years. Love the way it folds up too, so it’s much more discreet to store. Cleans well and easy to empty. A full charge cleans all the way round my small home with some power still left, even after using it on BOOST mode in one of the rooms. Well done Shark, highly recommended.
I would prefer the Dyson over all
I do like the fold ability of this item and I do think it has the edge on the Dyson for the anti hair item yes – it is a bit heavy when folded and its not powerful I like the light – definitely
I would say that for the purpose I required it is just fine enough – its so I don’t have to take one from downstairs to the upstairs so this is folded and in a corner its neat – we have not pets of children so its so clean this is like a carpet sweeper electronic style – does the job
The Dyson is attached to a wall in a discreet area and this is a little more powerful I find and very very robus

The first one arrived but was damaged. Return wasn’t as straightforward as usual with Amazon but we did eventually get a replacement.
This is the best vacuum, either cordless or corded. I struggle with bending and lifting usual vacuums but this one is no bother at all, I can even carry it upstairs.
My Shark corded does not get used anymore as this cordless is simply the best.
It does not stand up on its own but it does when folded down, and it takes less space when folded.
Don’t hesitate to buy.
A great hoover for a quick clean.
I bought this vacuum cleaner for my sister for her birthday and she loves it! It’s so easy to use.
I have the same Shark cordless vacuum cleaner, it’s great for a quick whip around and for cleaning under beds.
So pleased we decided to buy this make. It really does pick up dust and dog hair. There is a light on the front so one can where the dust is which is naked to the eye. The only issue I had was when the suction stopped working and there was a loud “whirring” noise coming from the machine. Out came the handbook, I unscrewed the bottom and there was a ENORMOUS plug of hair and dust right up in the hosepipe. It took a good while to remove it all. But it was fine again after that. So bear his in mind if it stops functioning well. I wash the filter cloth now and again and also wash out the plastic drum now and again. Great little machine.

Exceeded expectations. Very good vacuum. I read the reviews about the weight & noise, but don’t see it myself. It isn’t that heavy, and if it is a bit heavy it’s because it’s quite well made. It is a bit loud in max power in a small area (like a porch) but really no cause for concern. Very good Hoover with quite a good battery life. I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace a very well used vax blade and I’m beyond impressed. It gets around a 4 bed house – nearly all carpet – with no problems and on the higher setting. Its suction is good, I can see the carpet being lifted slightly. It picks up bits quite close to the edge as well. It’s not so great on hard floor but that might require something I haven’t worked out yet. It’s easy to empty too but I haven’t taken it apart to check yet as we’re plagued by pine needles which get stuck in the pipes. I haven’t used the attachments properly yet but they’ll be fine I’m sure. It’s lighter than the vax and easy to manoeuvre. It also folds in half to tuck behind my door. There’s seriously nothing not to love about this machine. If you’re deciding – buy this one.
I had a shark corded hoover, which had great suction and was easy to use. I decided to purchase a cordless one, despite having issues with the suction power on a previous cordless i’d returned.
This one is great, while it doesn’t feel as powerful as the corded one it copes very well with my house. The fact its cordless means I can just grab it at any time so I hoover more often and less is required.
One thing I miss that was included with my corded one, was a wall mounted bracket/hook. It made it easier to store. Luckily it does have a hook molded onto the back, so with a bit of adaptation (cutting a slot out of my old sharks bracket) I was able to mount this one in the utility for easy access.
It comes with one battery and a plug to charge it, where as a previous cordless version (the one I returned because it was terrible) came with two batteries and a dock.
Stand up thin vacuum cleane
Everything is pretty good. To empty is easy. To charge battery is easy. Looks good. Down side is it’s really quite heavy and the long arms seem quite flimsy. It doesn’t come with a wall stand to clip it to while not using so we have to lean it into a corner where it keeps slipping down and hitting the floor. Still it does what it should and definitely helps with picking up hair and not tangling in vacuum. The suction is not bad it’s pretty good too.

I liked everything about this vacuum cleaner – it is light and easy to use on room carpets – and the hand held section is easy to remove from the stick and is great for my stair carpets. The hand held section also folds down on to stick, so easier to store when not in use. Has anti hair wrap so no brushes to clean. I do like Shark vacuum cleaners, and would definitely recommend this one.
Very impressed
I bought this to replace a broken Dyson. To be fair I’ve had my Dyson for about 15 years and it was one of the first rollerball designs. On opening my new cordless Shark, the first thing that struck me was how lightweight it was, that was slightly concerning as I thought it just felt “flimsy”. However, after the first use I was totally sold! Yes it is much lighter, I can actually pick it up with one finger, so that impressed me after having to lug around my old one. The cleaner head looks small, but that of course means it can get into smaller places. Being cordless is an absolute gamechanger. I will point out that we live in a 2 bedroom bungalow with no pets, just visiting Grandchildren and family . We have a mixture of carpet, hard floors and rugs and switching from one mode to the other is so simple.
All in all perfect for our needs.
Got this to replace the Dyson we had which had lost its suction ,battery power and overall effectiveness. This vacuum is in a different class from the overpriced Dyson and my only regret is I didn’t purchase this Sharp first. Great suction, ease of use and stores away neatly.

Excellent compact hoove
This is a great hoover. It’s powerful, small, and the flexible hose feature is a big distinguishing feature from other hoovers of similar design.
The 40 min battery life is fine for a 3 bedroom house, and it recharges quickly. It’s also very easy to store compared to traditional hoovers.
Was fed up with my Dyson, saw great reviews for Shark. Totally lives up to the hype. Plenty of battery life, light weight, great performance, cleans brilliantly. I can vacuum every day quickly. Not a chore like the old heavy corded cumbersome Dyson!

Always purchased Dyson but this has better suction , the unit on the handle is heavy , and the dirt collection box is small but saying that very pleased with its performance and easy to charge , best feature folds so it stands on its own . Would highly recommend
I love this vacuum. It’s so easy to use and has lots of different attachments. It’s great how it folds in half to store away. The battery life is good and it lasts well. A cordless vacuum is definitely a game changer. Would highly recommend.
This was a Black Friday purchase, with the approximately 100 reduction in price sealing the deal. The floor head is fitted with two sets of brushes, one for hard floors and a second for carpets that agitates the fibres. Not only does this help it pick up dirt from the carpet, it also revives it somewhat. You select the setting by moving the on/off switch progressively. There is also a pistol grip you can press to get a turbo boost. This only works whilst being pressed.
This pack came with a good selection of tools allowing you to easily use it as a powerful handheld for things like the stairs and others for upholstery and use in the car.
Some people have mentioned it as being a bit heavy. I disagree. I just think it is solidly made. My only gripe is that it is not easy to move the floor attachment, with its long pole, in order to empty the canister or use a different attachment. It is very unwieldy to do on your own. I have found the easiest way to do this is to lay the machine flat on a sofa for stability.
