Seem ok, arrived promptly
Very impressed that these arrived so quickly, less than 24 hours.
They fit very nicely in my size 6 shoes, was expecting to have to trim them, but didn’t have to. They are not uncomfortable and time will tell whether they help alleviate the pain of my injured foot. Therefore could only give 4 stars as full effect not yet known.
An end in sight to plantar fasciitis!
I’ve had problems with my feet since I was a child- I wore custom orthotics for years from the age of 3 and I’, 37 now. The latest quote for custom orthotics was 500, something I couldn’t stomach after just having bought a new house and paying a fortune for private dentistry. These insoles had great reviews, so they were worth a shot.
Straight away, I’m so much more comfortable when walking. Not perfect, but even with custom orthotics it’s never been 100% comfortable for me. I have severe overpronation, and collapsed ankles, and these insoles help me significantly. They’re thin enough to wear in other shoes- which I cannot say for any of my custom orthotics, they’ve always been too thick to be comfortable in “normal” shoes. They fit my shoe perfectly, not too long or too short, not too narrow or too wide. Can’t tell they’re in my shoes.
I now have multiple pairs of these insoles, so I can wear different shoes without having to change the insole every time – they’re cheap enough that you can buy a pair every month or 2 to add to your collection. I’ve been using them daily since the beginning of October 2023, I walk my dog multiple times a day, and still going strong! Would 100% recommend.
Innersoles
Best innersole’s I have ever purchased and I’ve tried loads which have been a waste of money. They are durable and extremely comfortable to wear, I have since purchased a few of these for other footwear including my slippers. I do on occasions suffer with extreme heel pain which affected my mobility, these innersoles work a treat and since I started using them the pain is virtually non existent, just a niggle now and again when I’ve been on my feet too long. Can’t rate them high enough.
Nice and supportive, but big for more fitted shoes
I’m really pleased with these, though there are various shoes I can’t use them in as they take up quite a bit of space, but that is often the case with this kind of thing. But they seem true to size, decently constructed, and in shoes with a bit of space, or slippers, they provide a really good but gentle support and are comfortable. My feet are happier than they’ve been in a while. Though these aren’t cheap in comparison to others it’s worth it.
Ordered a size 5 ladies and fits my shoes perfectly. Easy and quick to insert in shoe and to transfer between pairs of shoes. I wear mainly trainers so they fit ok even with the insole. Very comfortable and I could wear all day right from the start. Hoping my plantar fasciitis will be resolved but still early days. However, I am walking more normally with less pain using the insoles. I will probably order a second pair but they are a bit pricey.
Fantastically supportive insoles and not overly thick which is a bonus as some insoles are too thick, taking up too much volume in the shoes/boots theyre in, making them feel tight and too small. I have high arches and can often get achy feet, particularly under the ball of my foot. I bought these insoles with not a huge expectation, I couldn’t have been more wrong! They’re incredible in giving both my heel and arches support, they also give me comfort in the toe box of my walking shoes because the heel and arch support is there. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve since bought a pair for my husband, who has no real “foot” issues but wanted some supportive insoles for his walking shoes. I’ll also probably get another pair for myself, for use in my walking boots!
