Comfortably supports my weight and easy to adjust heigh
I mainly ordered this for my young child to burn off energy on rainy days but it can comfortably support the full weight of adults.
I haven’t used the included screw in bungs, as the bar often gets moved to different heights depending on who is using it or sick of bumping their head on it! We found that these weren’t necessary as the clear rubber stoppers in either side gave a very secure hold (they even stay stuck to the doorframe after the bar is removed).
The bar easily tightens or loosens by twisting the part with the hand grips and is secure when fully tightened, I was able to balance my full weight on it so I feel confident letting my child use it with supervision. I’ll periodically check it hasn’t loosened if he’s swinging on it but we’ve had no problems with it coming off while in use.
There are a few stretches printed on the box, the spine arch stretch is particularly nice for back pain.

So this was easy to install but the screws to hold it in place are tiny so I was a bit worried about it taking my weight but it has been in place a week now with no problems (although I do find myself giving it a little twist before I start to use it to make sure there hasn’t been any movement.
I can see a bit of give when I pull up so was a bit nervous at first but as I say been up a week and all good so far so maybe I’m worrying over nothing.
Its grip is comfy and i don think you can ask much more of a pull up bar than it to be stable and comfy to use, so its good
