Good mini fridge
Its ideal for cans. Or water bottles if you take out the tray. I just use it for my peptides and it does a good enough job. Temperature is reasonable. Noise is very low. Portable and easy to use.
Keeps fizzy drink, yoghurts and chocolate nice and chilled in my teenage daughters room.
It does make a background whirling noise and, actually, does heat the room up a little – but that’s how fridges work.
As long as you know about these, it’s a good little fridge for teenage snacks!
This is the second mini fridge we’ve purchased from AstroAI, and it’s every bit as impressive as the first. This specific off-white model was bought for my daughter’s room, and while I may not fully understand the logic, she absolutely loves using it to keep her makeup and beauty products cool!
It’s not massive, but that is a huge asset, as it fits perfectly on a desk or nightstand without taking up too much space – it’s big enough for everything she needs. The quality is excellent, and it’s quiet enough that it doesn’t disturb her sleep. The fact that it’s AC/DC compatible also makes it a great idea for travel, ensuring we can take it on road trips or holidays. Highly recommended for bedrooms, dorms, or anyone needing a compact, reliable cooler.
This review is based on my replacement unit:
Pros:
It runs pretty quietly, my gaming laptop fan is much louder!
It’s aesthetically pleasing.
It doesn’t take up too much room.
When I did have a problem with it, the service I’ve received from AstroAI was really good.
Niggles:
It’s a little smaller than I expected as it fits 7 rather than 8 typical 330ml UK style cans (if you remove the little shelf) but it still meets my needs, just pointing it out incase that’d be a deal breaker.
It doesn’t run quite as cold as I’d like, it’s fine for drinks but a little warmer than I’d like to keep food at.
A bit of water tends to gather in the bottom of it.
The door is a bit stiff to close.
Note, the first fridge ran quite loud compared to one I’ve had before and didn’t get as cold as the other (same make and model). A few months after I got it, the fan then started running really loud (in a ‘something’s broken’ rather than ‘that’s distracting’ way!). The service I got from the supplier couldn’t be faulted. They asked for evidence and quickly replaced the unit without putting me through the hassle of returning the original.
Tidy and nea
The only issue I have with this little fridge is the opening of it. It can move when you are trying to open it and you have to make sure you close it. We use it for medicene that has to be stored in a fridge and it is ideal for tha
Mini travel fridge
Small and simple low energy consumption fridge, like it a lot, only dislike the door because it has to clip shut not like a house door where you need to pull or turn a handle to reassure it is open or closed me minor nagging on that comment it is nice unit.
Just what i was looking fo
Bought this mini fridge has we were staying in a budget hotel with no fridge . It was big enough for a a 1pt of milk and even a couple packets of sandwiches. Just what we needed. Worked really well and was very cold. It is now being used by my granddaughter in her bedroom as she was always asking for one. So win, win.

Great product for bedside table.
I recently purchased the AstroAI Mini Fridge during a Prime member deal, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in several ways.
Design and Size: The compact design of this mini fridge makes it perfect for small spaces. It comfortably fits in my bedroom without taking up much space, and its sleek deep black finish adds a touch of elegance to the room. Despite its small size, it can hold up to 8 cans or various skincare products, which is exactly what I needed.
Versatility: One of the standout features is its dual functionality as a cooler and warmer. This versatility makes it suitable for a range of uses, from keeping drinks chilled to storing skincare products that benefit from being kept cool. It also works well for travel, thanks to the AC/DC adapters, allowing it to be used in a car or plugged into a standard outlet at home.
Performance: The fridge operates quietly, which is a big plus for a bedroom setting. The cooling and warming functions both perform efficiently. My drinks stay cold, and my skincare products are at an optimal temperature. The fridge cools down to 32F (0C) below ambient temperature and warms up to 150F (66C), providing a wide range of temperature control.
Value for Money: Given the features and performance, the AstroAI Mini Fridge offers excellent value for money, especially with the Prime member deal. It’s a versatile, stylish, and functional appliance that caters to various needs, from personal care to travel.
Cons: The only minor downside I found is that it could use a bit more interior space for larger items. However, for its intended use, this isn’t a significant issue.
Overall, I highly recommend the AstroAI Mini Fridge for anyone in need of a compact, reliable, and versatile cooling and warming solution. Whether for your bedroom, office, car, or travel, it is a worthy investment.
Bought this to keep my baby’s night bottle in and it really does the job. Gets cool quickly after plugging it in and not very noisy like some other mini fridges.
Downside is the door can be a bit finicky to close and usually needs one or two goes at it to close properly.
Nice size and Quality
Purchased this small fridge to use in bedroom holds 8normal size cans of cola etc keeps them cold not too noisy really light nice still works perfect for my needs
Lovely design, bought for mum who lives in a care home to keep her chocolate and fruit cool. Can hold a few small storage tubs with room for a trifle or yoghurt, adjustable shelf is good feature and inside door holds chocolate bar x 3. Overall great little fridge and reasonable price, low noise and easy to open, she is very happy with i
Good Size and Space inside
The Fridge is good for storing small Lipbalms and other Makeup products. Can fit about 6 Cans of fizz inside, though if left on for long periods of time condensation will begin to form in the back,
Not too loud and just requires a plug socket.
The product is great works well, although I would say it fits seven drinks not eight although you can get it in to tend to fall out and you have to lay some down at the bottom as the tray on the side of the door enables it to close when they are stood up
This is a very quiet fridge that we are using for storing breast milk in a bedroom for night feeds. It keeps the milk at the right temperature (cold) and is quiet enough to not disturb sleep. For referance, we have a dehumidifier in the same room and its about half the noise level.
My only consideration if indeed using for milk, is that the fridge shelf isn’t at the best height. I can fit in either 4 x 150ml bottle or two of the 240 bottle as shown in the images. Ths is enough for current use for ourselves but if you had multple kids then you might want something larger.
Smart but dirty inside
Upon my son opening his birthday gift it appears to have something inside not sure if its blood, wasn’t impressed, had to be sterilised. Other wise it’s a nice little mini fridge. Waiting for it to cool down. I’ll update in a week on quality.
Very impressed
This is a great little fridge, we use it for baby bottles at night time. We make sure to have the bottles icy cold from our main fridge before putting them in this for the night and it keeps them just as cold all night! We leave it plugged in constantly to keep the chill in the fridge. I would highly recommend it.
Ambient temperature of the room is approximately 19 degrees, this mini fridge is colder than my actual fridge. I use it to store baby bottles overnight ready for reheating for night feeds. It fits 3 mam bottles if you take the door compartment out. It does make a noise but I believe it’s a consistent noise rather than turning on and off like a standard fridge would, so it’s easier to sleep through. Perfect for how I’m using it.
I’ve only been running this for about ten days but I’m very happy with my fridge. It’s maintaining temperatures cold enough for milk and perishables at the moment, easily below 5c and 3.9 at last check. I do find if I keep opening it it can creep up to 6 or 7c and I expect the same thing would happen in a heatwave but I have found at those times a couple of small ice packs in there soon sorts it out. And all of these mini fridges are essentially coolers so to be honest I’m getting lower temperatures than expected, I was thinking I would have to put new ice packs in every day but I haven’t needed them. It has a good bit of space if you’re smart with how you stack things in there. I’ve bought some containers like plastic jars to enable easy stacking otherwise things fall out! But that’s no fault of the fridge.
It’s next to my bed and I filmed it so hopefully you can hear the volume. It’s like the noise of a quiet bathroom extractor fan. I can sleep fine with it. It kind of becomes white noise.
I used an energy metre and it’s running on about 44 watts. I actually had the 4l and returned it as I needed more space and the 4l seemed a tiny bit louder but also drew the same amount, so it doesn’t cost more to run the 6l which is good to know.
I can open and close it one handed as you can see in the video, I’m not sure what those reviews are about that have said its a struggle to open and close. Overall I’m really happy with this fridge and would definitely recommend it.
Bought one for my brother in law going in and out of hospital uses it everyday day gives him a little home comfort during a horrible time he loves it so much and bragged it up to me till the point I got my self one for my room. Highly recommended
I got this mini fridge to keep in my office to store drink. Plus I live in Florida, so I wanted a little fridge to have that I could run off of a portable generator if we had a hurricane or the power went out. Thank goodness we didn’t have a hurricane over the summer, but it’s handy to have in my office for sure!
However, it is super tiny! I was able to fit eight cans of sparkling water in it, but I had to take out the plastic piece that sits in the front of the door. (It’s the piece that’s sitting on top of the fridge in my picture) and although I’m able to fit eight cans in there upright, it was very difficult to get them out. So I just keep a total of six in there, laying down, so it’s much easier to get them out. The mini fridge keeps my drinks cold, and I think it would be perfect for make up too, although I don’t use it for that.
