This Bed Sure Orthopaedic pet bed is an exceptional product. The high quality of the memory foam mattress and the cover can be seen. The foam mattress is not squidgy and has a good firmness that will give very good orthopedic support but will still also be comfortable. There is a good depth to the mattress so should not flatten or lose it’s shape. The cover is made from soft velour fabric which has been piped around all the seams and the cover has a good quality zip that opens half way around the cover allowing for easy insertion of the foam mattress and the piping helps to keep the mattress pad in place and neat into the corners of the cover.. The underside of the cover has a non slip bobble fabric which keeps the bed from sliding around and does the job very well. The cover has been made extremely well. This bed is an excellent buy but unfortunately my Border Collie for what ever reason wouldn’t sleep on it and so disappointingly for me I am having to return it. But I would definitely recommend this bed as a proper orthopaedic good quality pet bed.
Reasonably good. The outer cover has a fluffy top and a good nylon weave material on the sides and the bottom. Zip seems fine. Not sure about the longevity of the fluffy top surface yet. Nylon material bottom does mean they tend to slip on hard flooring a litte bit. Zip comes around two sides for easy removal of the foam. Foam is in a secondary lining and consists of a foam layer with an eggshell-box shapped foam for the top, which makes it soft. So far covers have washed in machine with no problems. The top fluffy layer although not deep, does seem to hold onto bits of loose materials, bits if lint, fluff, small leaves etc but the top vacuums easily.
The dog mattress is great and has Very good support for my dog because he always lays on the floor now he has arthritis and he prefers something flat so it is ideal for him very good quality and value
