Well worth the money
I bought this Dashcam for my Wife’s car. There is a front and rear camera. The image quality is excellent. It is easy to set up and operate. It connects to her phone with the downloaded app. Perfect.
Great customer care
Received my product and after installation noticed damage to the screen, flagged this to the seller and they sent out a replacement straight away. Great customer care and very happy with the product.
So far so good
Product is ok a bit pricey for what it is.
Packaging is good, installation of the wires with the orange key thing easy.
Camera is great good quality and records well.
Negatives:
Sticky wire holders usless and the electricsticker as much use as a fart in the wind.
Cameras turning point very stiff.
So all and all it’s OK works well atm think it should be a bit cheaper in price but it works and serves it purpose. Not tried to download the data to phone yet so will see .

The dash cam is small compact very good quality pictures, tuck it up under the rear view mirror or any were out of the way then forget about it let it do its job.
I had a couple of minor issues, i contacted customer service I am so grateful to them for everything they did for me they went above and beyond what they needed to do, and very fast response to any questions.
Brilliant company to deal with.

Having had
cheap dashcam’s before and mostly failing during summer time, I thought it was about time to spend more and buy this. So far so good, everything is working as expected and I’m quite pleased.
Pros
-Easy to install.
-Easy to connect to phone and use app.
-Looks much better than most
-Records in HD on front and rear camera.
-Audio recording.
-Accepted my 256GB SD card (some don’t).
-Rear cam cable has plenty of length and fit comfortable in Saab 9-3 with more to go.
-Unexpectedly came with a 64GB SD card.
Cons
-Connectivity is via WiFi rather than the usual Bluetooth which means you can’t stay connected to your broadband whilst using the app or downloading footage from your dashcam.
-Only 1 button on the entire dashcam which isn’t very user friendly.
-Does not come with hard writing kit which is required for 24hr/parking recording. Supplied power cable is for cigarette lighter socket which on my car depends on ignition being on. Will be perfect for a car with a continuous live feed to the socket i.e MK4 Golf.
-Built-in speaker is extremely poor and I can hardly understand what the automated voice is saying most of the time, worse when the volume is set to maximum. Not bothered by it personally as I don’t watch the footage back via the camera.
-Downloading footage takes a while.
Excellent piece of device. You need a hardwire kit for parking surveillance.
The cam quality is very good. The only thing is that we realised the 24h parking surveillance can only be possible if you connect it with a hardwire kit which is not included. But the Bestsee’s customer support is outstanding. They were efficient to order the kit and deliver it within a weeks time despite the holidays (Christmas – Newyear). Very much satisfied and I have to appreciate their representative Emma for her effective and prompt handling of the case.

The Dashcam arrived quickly and well packaged.
The quality is 4k if using front camera only and if both front and rear cameras used its 2.5k front and 1080 P rear. It comes with SD card and trim tool to keep cables tidy. Camera can take a larger memory card up to 256GB.
Installing the app was straightforward, as was linking it to my phone. Very easy to download videos to app.
The basic install was really easy to do. If you want the parking collision / 24 hour monitoring then you need to also get a hardwiring kit which doesn’t come with it. Customer services were really helpful in sending one to me as well as a video showing how to install. I have yet to hardwire so cannot comment on the parking monitoring.
I had some issues with the stickers that attach the cameras but customer services were great in sending replacements and so far so good!
The video also has important information displayed like time, date, exact GPS location and the speed at which you were travelling. Images/video is very good and crisp in both day and night.
Very pleased with product, will be buying another for another family car and most definitely recommend! Great value for the price! Customer service is second to none!

Best Dash camera I have had it will track your route traveled. Speed and mileage.

Great dash/rear view cam
The dashcam arrived very quickly and was easy to install – front and rear cams can be installed in 10-15 minutes, and a handy crowbar is provided to hide cables underneath the car’s interior trim. Build quality seems excellent, as is the picture/video quality (4k if using front camera only, 2.5K if both are used). The best feature, for me, however, is that the camera can connect to your phone via internal wifi, enabling videos and photos to be transferred to your phone (and from there to a laptop) for viewing on a bigger screen, which means you can see much more detail than on a camera screen alone. This really elevates this cam and makes it an excellent buy. The video also has potentially important information displayed too, including time, date, exact GPS location, and the speed at which you were travelling. This is a great dash/rear view cam.

Bestsee seem to know exactly what customers want from a front and rear dash cam.
Everything you need, from the obvious cameras, cables and concise instructions to cable clips and trim tool to aid in cable tidying, and spare M3 sticky pads so cameras can be relocated. A good sized sd card is included, so no extra cost.
Not the cheapest on the market, but a dam good dash cam for the money.
Brilliant bit of ki
This is one of the best dash cams I’ve used, a great deal better than my old one, arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Seller is very helpful and always replies quickly. I’m very impressed with the image quality for the price.
