Perfect pan for cooking a variety of meals
This pan/pot has turned out to be my go to cooking pot. Bought it with one thing in mind, and now I use it 90% of the time on the stove top. Anything from egg/mushroom/bean breakfast to a bolognaise with Mediterranean vegetables. It’s really versatile, not too huge, not too small and, it’s so very very easy to clean. I really love it. Toxin free was an important selling point for me too.
Best pans we ever had
Had to get these after moving house and being forced into induction cooking from previously gas at our old house.
Had these a few months now and they have far exceeded our expectations! Great non stick, and very durable. We use it for everything from frying to casseroles. And it’s very easy to clean. We got a smaller version too which we mainly fry and scrable eggs in, and that is brilliant too. These pans are amazing!
Quality French Cooking pa
After purchasing an induction hob and down sizing our cooking pan requirements I went in the hunt for a pan that had to look good, had a good 5 star rating and was a fair price and had the build quality.
This french brand ticked all of these with a well weighted stylish pan that has the black ceramic coating inside and a glass lid with stylish wooden handles.
I only purchased the frying pan but now intend to buy 2 smaller pans as well for our downsized cooking pan requirements but if I was looking for a full set there is an excellent offer of just about every pan requirement for 89 as I write this review.
his is my favorite pan!! super high quality and it looks really pretty as well. it’s gotten a bit scratched after a couple years of daily use but that’s really just a cosmetic thing and doesn’t affect the function at all. much better than teflon as there’s no non-stick coating to flake off into your food. it’s quite deep as well so it can be used to boil stuff as well. literally the only pan you need if you’re not feeding a family, you can cook pretty much anything in it due to its size/depth. super easy to clean as well
Decent size pan and super easy to clean. Food cooks much quicker when using lid and little to no oil is required as food does not stick. Quick wash with soft cloth and soapy water and it’s good to go again. Great buy in my opinion 🙂
Large but not too heavy; works with inductio
When our new flat came with an induction stove, we had to make do with converter plates and our old frying pan. I finally bought this one to replace it and I’m SO glad! It’s large, light enough, easy to clean and looks good too. It’s big enough to feed the family in one pot and makes quick work of dinner, plus the stove isn’t discolored from the plate we were using. Recommended!!
Using it for the past few days for a variation of pasta, curry etc, it heats up well on a gas hob, and does its job. I like the pouring extensions at both sides, perfect for adding sauce to the dish after getting more solid food onto the platter. The lid fits nicely.
My only concern is the visible wear and tear that has been done after about a week of use, there are scratches at the bottom of the dish even though only a wooden spatula was used when cooking, so hopefully, I can get at least a few months’ uses out of this…
Likes: 1. deep and big in size can prevent oil splashing around
2. Thick material can sit firmly on the cooking hob and durable.
3. It could be used as frying chips or steaming food
4. Good value as the glass of the lid and the metal of the pan look very good quality.
5. Good looks.
6. Its handle is good to grip.
7.non stick.
8. Could be easy to wash according to the others. But I won’t try it as yet till this Christmas.
This is a great lidded pan. I went for the 24cm version which I found to be a little bigger than expected as it’s quite a deep pan. You can get plenty in it.
It is of excellent construction, very non stick and very easy to clean. Arrived well packaged and was straight out of the box, a wash in soapy water, and onto the hob for a tasty chickpea and chorizo stew. I found the heat distribution impressive. Even on a low heat the stew bubbled away evenly across the surface. I was unsure about the pouring lips to either side as I expected too much steam to escape with the lid on (which has a small vent hole) and for the stew to reduce too quickly, but I was pleased to see that this was not the case.
A very versatile pan which looks like it will last the test of time. We’ll see. There are many much more expensive pans out there, but I am pleased I chose this one.
